20 Year Old University of Colorado Student Berry Tyler Allen Missing Since 4/14/15 in Boulder, CO (Update: Found Safe)

20 year old Berry Tyler Allen, a University of Colorado student, has been missing since April 14, 2015 in Boulder, Colorado. Tyler was reported missing by his parents on Saturday; however, he has not been seen on Thursday, April 11 and last heard from on April 16 when he sent a text message to his friends, according to Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel.

Berry Tyler Allen was reported missing by his parents Saturday. He was last seen April 11 and texted with friends Thursday. He has not been seen or heard from since. He doesn’t own a vehicle or a bicycle.

Allen is described as a 140-pound white man with blond hair and blue eyes.

UPDATE I: Parents come to campus to spread word of Missing Berry Tyler Allen.

Allen goes by “Tyler,” and was last heard from on Thursday, April 16, at 1:57 p.m. in a text message to one of his roommates: “Oh, I’m alright, spent one night with a friend and one all nighter at [Norlin] library.” That text explained his whereabouts on Tuesday and Wednesday, and was traced by Allen’s phone service provider to the area around Folsom Field on the CU campus. He was last seen by roommates on Tuesday the 14th, according to his parents.

Allen’s parents, Berry and Sheryl Allen, said that he swiped his Buff Onecard into Macky Auditorium’s main entrance on Sunday, April 12th, but did not get in; he does not have access to the building on his card. Allen is in CU’s University Choir and has a class in Mackey. He attended choir practice on the night of April 13, according to his parents.

Allen is a communications major who transferred to CU in January from Clemson University in South Carolina. He is a second-year student and lives off campus.

UPDATE II: Search continues for missing CU student.

“We got a phone call last Saturday from his roommates that he hasn’t been seen in quite a while,” Sheryl Allen said. “It’s a call no parent wants to hear. It’s a call no one wants to ever receive.”

“He took his guitar, his laptop and a backpack. That is all that is missing from his room, no clothes,” she said. “We’re concerned. He meant to go somewhere temporarily and something happened.”

The Allens have been putting flyers up on buildings around campus. They are following his class schedule and talking to his classmates. They have created a Facebook page called “Find Tyler Now.”

Kim Kobel is the spokesperson for the Boulder Police Department. She says that detectives are working every possibility, but they do need more leads.

UPDATE III: Search for missing CU student Berry ‘Tyler’ Allen to shift to Chautauqua.

On Wednesday, there will be an organized search focusing on a popular hiking trail at Chautauqua park.

The Allens flew in from Chicago on Monday, six days after their son was last seen.

Allen attended a choir class April 14 but hasn’t been seen since. On Thursday, he texted his roommates to tell them he had stayed at a friends place and pulled an all-nighter at the library.  That was the last anyone heard from Allen. But while canvasing Tuesday, the Allens got their first potential break.

Boulder police ask anyone with information on Allen’s whereabouts to contact Detective Sarah Cantu at 303-441-4328. Those who have information but wish to remain anonymous may contact the Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-444-3776.

UPDATE IV: Berry Tyler Allen Found Safe.

A CU Boulder student who was reported missing over a week ago has been found and is safe, according to reports from his family.

Allen’s family told FOX31 Denver sister station WGN that the 20-year-old had been found on Sunday morning. A Facebook post to the page of a group dedicated to searching for Allen echoed the good news.

The New York Times is reporting on a bombshell book, “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by Peter Schweizer, that even Democrats are going to find shocking and possibly question her run for the presidency. Let’s see Hillary Clinton try and scrub this one from the public’s awareness or dodge questions regarding cash for favors while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. The book asserts that foreign entities made payments to the Clinton Foundation and to Mr. Clinton through high speaking fees received favors from Mrs. Clinton’s State Department in return. Hmm, isn’t this called a bribe? It was not too long ago that Ron Fournier stated that the Clinton email controversy was a scandal for “Anybody With A Brain” … but stressed that the Clinton Foundation taking foreign money when she was Secretary of State was an even bigger controversy.

The book does not hit shelves until May 5, but already the Republican Rand Paul has called its findings “big news” that will “shock people” and make voters “question” the candidacy of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

“Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by Peter Schweizer — a 186-page investigation of donations made to the Clinton Foundation by foreign entities — is proving the most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle still in its infancy.

The book, a copy of which was obtained by The New York Times, asserts that foreign entities who made payments to the Clinton Foundation and to Mr. Clinton through high speaking fees received favors from Mrs. Clinton’s State Department in return.

“We will see a pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable U.S. policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds,” Mr. Schweizer writes.

If was recently that Rand Paul said there was ‘big news coming’ in weeks that will take Hillary down. I guess this was it, as opposed to all the other lies and misrepresentations from Hillary. I guess we know why Hillary scrubbed her private server that contained her emails while she was Secretary of State.

Sen. Rand Paul keeps referring to “big news coming” about Hillary Clinton’s foreign donations, and now it appears the big secret will be revealed in May.

Last week, in a speech to the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, the Kentucky Republican and presidential candidate said, “There’s going to be stuff coming out about the Clinton Foundation and their donations from different companies that get special approval from the secretary of state. Coming out in the next couple of weeks,” Bloomberg reported.

According to The New York Times, that “stuff” is a book titled “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by Peter Schweizer.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) Says He’s 91% Sure He’ll Run in 2016 GOP Presidential Primary

Lindsey Graham says he is 91% sure he will run in the 2016 GOP presidential primary … I am 100% sure he will lose and will not even be considered a viable VP running mate.

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace that he is 91% sure that he will throw his hat into the 2016 GOP presidential primary. Graham stated, “I’ve criticized the president for leading from behind, being weak and indecisive;” however, that hardly makes one a candidate to be president or carry your parties banner. Graham is so far out of touch with Republican voters on climate change, raising taxes and amnesty that polls show Graham is running fourth behind Scott Walker, Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz in his home state of South Carolina. The polls found that 55% of Palmetto State voters wouldn’t vote for him for president. It is hard to imagine that Lindsey Grahamnesty will run for president on the GOP side because one has to wonder who would finance his campaign.

WALLACE: Are you too moderate? Are you too far in the center on nondefense issues to win the Republican nomination?

GRAHAM: Not at all. I believe climate change is real, but I reject the cap and trade solution of John — of, you know, of Al Gore. He’s made a religion. It’s a problem.

I would like to clean up the air and water, become more energy independence, create jobs. I’m for offshore drilling. I’m for finding oil and gas that we own. I’m for coal, I’m for clean coal, I’m for natural gas but I would like a lower carbon economy over time. Clean up the air and create jobs in the process.

WAPO – Lindsey Graham says he’s ’91 percent’ sure he’ll run for president.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said his decision on whether he’ll run for president depends on whether he can raise enough money, but he said there’s a “91 percent” chance he will.

“If I can raise the money, I’ll do it,” he said on “Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace.” He added, “I think I got a good message, I think I’ve been more right than wrong on foreign policy. I’ve criticized the president for leading from behind, being weak and indecisive. I’ve been a problem solver in Washington, and I think I’ve got something to offer the party in Washington.”

He said he would make a decision by May.

Note to Lindsey Graham, had you had a viable GOP primary challenge you for Senate in SC like Trey Gowdy or Joe Wilson, Graham would have lost and been back to practicing law.

Female Air Force Veteran Michelle Manhart Arrested by Valdosta State University Police for Protecting US Flag from Desecration … Valdosta State University Loves Flag Burners More so Than Flag Wavers

WELCOME TO THE POLICE STATE THAT HAS BECOME THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA … AND THE SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR OF COLLEGE CAMPUSES.

There are not too many times that I take the side against law enforcement, this is one of them. SHAME ON YOU VALDOSTA STATE.

38 year old Michelle Manhart, a military veteran was detained but not charged by Valdosta State University police after she approached a group of protesters on campus who were walking on an American flag and took it from them. The incident where it would appear to be a protected police act was at Valdosta State in Georgia. As part of their protest against racial inequality, some students stamped on the American flag. Because that makes all the sense in the world, these fools trampled on the very symbol of a country that provides them their freedoms. Manhart was given a criminal trespass warning which effectively bans her from any university activity, including graduation and football games. I am guessing that Manhart really has no plans on attending any Valdosta State football games.  As I matter of fact, neither do I. A word to these ass-bite protesters, if you don’t like this country and you think you are being treated unfairly, LEAVE!!!

I don’t know what their cause is, but I went to pick it up because it doesn’t deserve to be on the ground.”

Manhart said she was taken into custody by VSU police officers who then returned the flag to the demonstrators. She admitted to The Valdosta Daily Times that she resisted arrest after seeing the flag being returned.

The cowards who desecrated the American flag refused to identify their groups name. What a bunch of brave souls you are, almost as gutless as the Valdosta University police.

The group reportedly declined to press charges against Manhart. The officers attempting to detain her also declined to press charges for resisting.

Instead, Manhart was given a criminal trespass warning which effectively bans her from any university activity, including graduation and football games, said Andy Clark, vice president for enrollment, marketing and communications.

The demonstrators declined to identify their group to The Valdosta Daily Times or speak with a reporter about their cause, but they did engage VSU students in heated debate.

Check out these sad, pathetic little police officers take down Michelle Manhart. It took four of these little men to bring her down and arrest Michelle Manhart as one of the loser cops tells people to back up as no one seems to be near . I hope you all are so proud of yourself. The four of you are a complete and total disgrace.

Meet the brave Valdosta State University that arrested a woman for protecting the American Flag

Valdosta State University loves flag burners more so than flag wavers.

Valdosta State University, which is funded by tax dollars, issued two statements defending the desecration of the American flag.

“We respect the rights of people to peacefully assemble and voice their opinions,” the statement read. “Our primary concern is the safety of our students, faculty and staff and our ability to carry out our responsibilities to all our students on campus. We are monitoring the situation.”

On Saturday, the president of Valdosta State, sent me this statement:

“The American flag represents everything that is best about our country,” Dr. William McKinney said. “As the Supreme Court has held, one of those things is the right to free speech, which includes the right to disrespect even the symbol of our country. While I firmly disagree with the actions of the protesters, I understand their right to protest.”
