25 year old illegal immigrant Hermes Rivera has been arrested and charged with 3 counts of aggravated rape against a 10 year old girl. Hermes Rivera, the undocumented child rapist and sex offender was the boyfriend of the 10 year old girl’s mother. The girl’s mother discovered a video on her daughter’s cell phone claiming they “made love.” Um, made love with a 10 year old? The police said the acquaintance confronted Rivera, who admitted to engaging in sex acts with the young girl because she had asked him to do so. Really, sure she did. A 10 year old asked him to do so and he obliged? What a sick SOB. Hermes Rivera remained in custody Monday; no bond has been set.

Does this mean he is now a documented illegal as he is a child sex rapist? What are the odds that this heinous act will not even get him deported.

A man living in Kenner has been charged with three counts of aggravated rape against a 10-year-old girl after the victim was seen in a video claiming they “made love,” police said.

The mother of the girl found the cell phone video on Thursday, April 16, 2015. It was recorded by her daughter. On it, the victim alleged that she and her mother’s boyfriend had “made love” three times.

After confronting her daughter, police said the 10-year-old victim told her mother it happened in their bedroom.

25-year-old Hermes Rivera admitted to police that he had sex with the victim three times between March and April 3, 2015.

Why would it be difficult for Barack Obama’s White House press secretary Josh Earnest to say categorically that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not provide special treatment for those who were donors of the Clinton Foundation? One would think that would be a straight forward response of, absolutely not. However, not with the most transparent presidency in history. The Obama White House does not seem to have an answer to the accusations made from the recent book by Peter Schweizer, Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” otherwise known as Quid Pro Dough.

The new book, “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” by Peter Schweizer, lays out the case that contributions to the foundation influenced State Department policy from 2009 to 2013, during Clinton’s tenure.

ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl asked Earnest Monday, “Can you say categorically that no donors to the Clinton Foundation – nobody paying any honoraria to former President Clinton – received any favorable treatment from this administration or from the State Department?”

Earnest talked at length about the memorandum of understanding Clinton signed when she joined the Obama administration, saying that it went above and beyond ethical guidelines, given her unique circumstances.

“I know there have been a lot of accusations made about this but not a lot of evidence,” Earnest said. “So, the president continues to be extraordinarily proud of the work Secretary Clinton did as secretary of state. For the details of some of those accusations, I’d refer you to Secretary Clinton’s campaign.”

Karl pressed, “Can you assure us absolutely no favorable treatment given to donors of the Clinton Foundation?”

Earnest repeated, “There are lots of accusations. There is no one who is marshaling the evidence for this. I don’t want to be in a position.”

16 Year Old Olivia Freas Missing since 4/20/15 in Bowling Green, KY (Update: Teen Located)

16 year old Olivia Freas has been missing since Monday, April 20, 2015 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Warren County sheriff office said they received a call Monday morning that 16-year-old Olivia Freas went missing from 1710 Greathouse Road. Authorities believe she may be in danger. Olivia Freas is described as a white female, 5’5″ tall, 120 pounds with collar-length auburn-colored hair and she was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black combat boots.

Deputies say 16-year-old Olivia Freas of Bowling Green was reported missing on Monday morning.

Freas was last seen wearing a black hoodie-style sweatshirt and black combat-style boots. She is a student at Greenwood High School.

Police say information they’ve received during the investigation leads them to believe Freas could be in danger, but they won’t elaborate.
