Following the anarchy, lawlessness, looting and rioting in West Baltimore in the wake of the Freddie Gray funeral, Gov. Larry Hogan signs an executive order declaring a state of emergency.
Some how Baltimore, MD was caught with their politically correct pants down on Monday as riots and lawlessness spread throughout the community as thugs and punks looted and destroyed the city. With all the signs pointing toward riots, no one in a leadership role looked at past events like Ferguson, MO, and other incidents where blacks were killed and a violent reactions that took place, as a means to set up safeguards in advance to prevent the chaos. Thus, we got the riots, looting, vandalism and craziness that took place in Baltimore yesterday.
Governor Larry Hogan today, at the request of Baltimore City, has signed an Executive Order declaring a state of emergency and activating the National Guard to address the growing violence and unrest in Baltimore City.
The governor, along with Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford and National Guard Adjutant General Linda Singh, will hold a press conference at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency this evening at 8:30 PM.

The National Guard has also been called in to come to Baltimore, Maryland.
Maryland’s governor activated the National Guard on Monday and the city of Baltimore announced a curfew for all residents as a turbulent day that began with the funeral of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, the nation’s latest symbol of police brutality, ended with rioting by rock-throwing youths, arson, looting and at least 15 police officers injured.
Gov. Larry Hogan declared a state of emergency, and the Maryland State Police, who took command of the response, said they would ask for 5,000 law enforcement officials from the mid-Atlantic region to help quell the violence. Some National Guard units were to arrive on Monday night, with others deploying on Tuesday in armored Humvees.
In Washington, Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch, on her first day on the job, briefed President Obama, who in turn called Governor Hogan. Mr. Hogan said the president urged him to have law enforcement officers exercise restraint, and he assured the president they would. “But,” the governor added, “I assured him we weren’t going to stand by and allow our city of Baltimore to be taken over by thugs.”

Too little and way too late to prevent major damage by the thug culture that exists in the city.
I am not at all surprised. Thirty years ago I drove through Baltimore in the late afternoon and early evening on a vacation. We had planned to stop and spend the night with the intention of visiting some of the historic places the next day.
What we observed was a dangerous city with rundown buildings,trash in the streets and groups of blacks hanging around street corners. Our decision was to get out of Baltimore as quickly as possible and we did.
The Democrat party has totally ruined a major historic city with their lack of leadership and this exists from the local level all the way to the federal level.
The black family has been destroyed by the social programs of the “Great Society”. The country has spent upwards of twenty-plus trillion dollars trying to help the blacks make the transition into a viable part of society. Perhaps ten to fifteen percent of them have succeeded.
It really boils down to just behavior. If one is an uneducated out of control being with no job skills and less social skills, then you revert back to the behavior that existed in the tribal jungle of Africa of 4,000 years ago. This is what we are witnessing in this situation.
this isn’t about the death of a guy, it’s about rioting for free stuff and causing the destruction of their own neighborhood. there is no intelligent thinking at all for these criminals.
A mandatory work week for all these welfare thugs to draw a check would be in order immediately.
A city is being burned, looted and destroyed. And our wonderful Pres asks for law enforcement to exercise restraint. WTH is this country coming to?
