NBC/WSJ Poll: Nearly 60% Looking For Change in 2016

According to a recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll, more Americans are clamoring for change in the upcoming 2016 presidential election than they were in the “Hope and Change” year of 2008. However America, be very careful what you wish for. America cannot withstand another Barack Obama whose change was to fundamentally change America. Look where that has gotten us. Anyone who believes that Hillary Clinton and Jeb Bush are a change, are sorely mistaken … they are the same old, same old.

Full poll results HERE.

More Americans are clamoring for change in the upcoming 2016 presidential election than they were in the “Hope and Change” year of 2008, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

That desire for change is a potential roadblock for two of the leading frontrunners – Democrat Hillary Clinton (the former first lady, presidential candidate and secretary of state) and Republican Jeb Bush (the former Florida governor whose brother and father served as president).

But it might be a more significant challenge for Bush, given that fewer than half of Republican primary voters believe he would provide new ideas and a vision for the future, versus nearly three-quarters of Democrats who think the same of Clinton.

In the poll, 59 percent of all voters prefer a candidate who will bring greater changes to current policies, even if he or she is less experienced and tested – up from 55 percent who said this in July 2008 during the general-election contest between Barack Obama and John McCain.

Sixty percent of registered voters (including 42 percent of Republicans) say that Bush represents a return to the policies of the past, versus 27 percent (and 49 percent of GOP voters) who say he will provide new ideas and a vision for the future.

By comparison, 51 percent of all voters (but just 24 percent of Democrats) think Clinton represents a return to the policies of the past, and 44 percent (including 73 percent of Democrats) say she’ll provide new ideas for the future.

Personally, I am not looking for change. I am looking for a competent leader who understands the US Constitution exists and someone with Conservative principals and knows how to lead.

Clinton Apologist Lanny Davis Is Owned by Chris Wallace on FNS Over Hillary’s Emails

This past weekend on Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace held Clinton apologist Lana Davis’ feet to the fire regarding Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. Chris Wallace would not let Davis spin and continually interrupted Davis to maintain control of the interview as Davis made ridiculous comparisons and tried to defend a negative with a negative.   Chris Wallace began the interview asking the following question.

Now, we want to bring in former White House special counsel Lanny Davis, who handled legal troubles in the Clinton White House, including campaign finance, and impeachment. Lanny, you said repeatedly Friday, and this was your quote, “Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong.” I can understand saying she didn’t break the law. But do you really believe she did nothing wrong?

Fox News Sunday – Transcript.

WALLACE: No, let me go through if I may. A list of the various rules, regulations, laws, that she may have violated. Let’s put them up on the screen.

DAVIS: May have violated.

WALLACE: If I may finish, sir. The State Department’s foreign affairs manual said employees must use secure department approved computer systems. The agency that regulates the Federal Records Act, that’s a law, said e-mails must be, quote, “preserved in the appropriate agency.” The Obama White House said private e-mails must be preserved, and later, 2011 when she was still secretary of state, that all work should be conducted on government email. And you say Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong? DAVIS: So, you interrupted me when I said or about to say that the director of litigation for the very agency you just quoted, the National Archives Administration said she did nothing illegal or violated any of those rules you just quoted. Not one. And indeed, Colin Powell was subject to those rules because they began in 1995 — and the word you used, you said “may”, everything is “may” — is preserved and she did –

[...]

WALLACE: How about the Obama White House in 2011 saying that all work should be conducted on government e-mails?

DAVIS: In fact, the Obama White House has been unclear about what the policy is, because there are many –

Wallace continued to ask questions of Lanny Davis and why Hillary Clinton would be such a hypocrite in telling State Department staffers to use government email but for some reason she could not follow her own directive.

Hillary email FNS 2

Fox News Sunday transcript:

WALLACE: If Clinton did nothing wrong, why did she send out a memo, why did she send out a memo in 2011 to all State Department posts with this directive, avoid conducting official department business from your personal e-mail accounts. Why was it so important for every other member of the State Department, but it was a directive that she ignored?

DAVIS: I can explain that by saying that a secretary of state traveling to 111 countries might be needing to have one e-mail system versus people in the department who should use the official system. I wonder why you –

WALLACE: No, no, no. I don’t understand that. You’re saying it’s such a burden to have to use state.gov?

DAVIS: I didn’t say such a burden. You said such a burden. I said that it’s understandable –

WALLACE: Why?

Then Chris Wallace nailed Lanny Davis hook, line and sinker when he said, “If Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong, explain to me this comment from her in 2007.”

WALLACE: If Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong, explain to me this comment from her in 2007.

HILLARY CLINTON, FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE: Our Constitution is being shredded. We know about the secret wiretaps. We know about the secret military tribunals. The secret White House e-mail accounts. It is a stunning record of secrecy and corruption, of cronyism, run amok.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest Admits President Obama Knew Hillary Clinton Had a Private Email Address

LIAR IN CHIEF ALERT: THAT DIDN’T TAKE LONG FOR THE WH TO HAVE TO EXPLAIN OBAMA’S LIES ON SUNDAY THAT HE JUST LEARNED ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON’S EMAILS …

Shocker … White House spokesman Josh Earnest stated today that President Barack Obama was aware of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email address, even though the Barack Obama himself said he first learned about her private account from news reports during an interview with CBS News yesterday. Can you say pathetic? As opined at The Blaze, Earnest tried to explain Monday what Obama really meant in an interview with CBS News, when asked if that mean there were no emails between the two. Seriously America, why would Obama, the do-called great orator need Earnest to explain Monday what he really meant? What’s the matter Barack, was your teleprompter not handy during the interview?

BS Meter

“The president, as I think many people expected, did over the course of his first several years in office trade emails with the secretary of state,” Earnest said. “I would not describe the number of emails as large, but they did have the occasion to email one another.”

“The point the president was making was not that he didn’t know Secretary Clinton’s email address. He did,” Earnest said. “But, he was not aware of the details of how that email address and that server had been set up or how Secretary Clinton and her team were planning to comply with the federal record law.”

Bull, the question was, when was the first time he learned that Hillary Clinton was using an email system outside the US government for official business while she was Secretary of State? Obama answered, the same time everybody else did. Sorry Charlie, you have passed yourself off as the first tech savvy, Internet using, social media, blackberry using president. You knew damn well that an email account not ending in .gov was not on a government server. To say otherwise not only make you a liar, but a bold-faced liar.

THIS ADMINISTRATION IS INCAPABLE OF TELLING THE TRUTH.
