Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd Gives a Reporter a Lesson in Political Correctness … “Make No Mistake About It, There’s Nothing About Politically Correct in a Gun Fight.”
HERO OF THE WEEK … Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
A manhunt was underway for four suspects who killed two people in the home, a mother and daughter, who, Judd said, were “viciously murdered” in a manner “much too graphic to describe.” People were asked to stay in their homes, as hundreds of officers, including SWAT teams, scoured a Central Florida neighborhood for armed and dangerous men after a suspected robbery, high-speed chase and double homicide overnight. Finally, the police got their men as all four suspects were arrested and are now in custody. However, it was what Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said afterwards in a police press conference that people need to heed. A lily-livered, spineless member of the MSM asked the sheriff the following question, “Some of the comments you made last night about shooting the suspects, possibly, and the comments today about ‘ready for a gunfight’ — was that in the heat of the moment? Do you have any regret about that?” Are you kidding? Thankfully, the media is not responsible to protect and serve the public.
Needless to say Sheriff Grady Judd responded in a manner that should make all people of his country feel safe and secure, just like how you don’t bring a knife to a gun fight, you don’t bring political correctness either.
“I not only have no regret, I’m pretty excited about telling you that — that’s exactly what would’ve happened,” Judd shot back. “Make no mistake about it, there’s nothing about politically correct in a gun fight. There’s nothing about politically correct when you are keeping people alive and well and safe. And the people of this community and these law enforcement officers come first.”
“I meant every word of it then, and I mean every word of it now,” he added. “If you surrender peacefully, that’s the way we prefer it. You start pointing guns at us, you can not only plan on, but you can guarantee that we are going to shoot you.”

Um, At a Loss for Words … Sec. of State John Kerry Goes to Paris to Give the French a “Big Hug” and Brings James Taylor to Play ‘You’ve Got A Friend’ (VIDEO)
WELCOME TO THE JV PRESIDENCY OF BARACK OBAMA … JAMES TAYLOR APOLOGY FOREIGN POLICY FOR THE FRENCH? SNL WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO OUTDO THE REALTY OF THIS CLUSTERF*UCK THAT IS THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION AND A JOHN KERRY FOREIGN POLICY EMBARRASSMENT.
When I first heard this story, I thought it was a spoof from the Onion. Sadly, it was not.
The Obama administration got hammered from the RIGHT and the LEFT after they failed to send anyone of any importance to last Sunday’s “Unity” march in Paris, France against radical Islam, so they decided to make up for it today. What was the stroke of brilliance that Barack Obama, John Kerry and their minions came up with … why to send Secretary of State John “why the long face” Kerry to give the French a “Big Hug” and, wait for it, wait for it, also to send James Taylor and his acoustic guitar as well to sing, ‘You Got a Friend’. WTF, you got to be kidding! This is stunning, embarrassingly, awkwardly and ridiculously stunning.
Is this how low we have sunk in America under Barack Obama? The United States of America is the laughing stock of the world. Under the Obama administration the US went from being feared to playing the fool. Who in the hell signed off on this that it would be a good idea? Obama’s administration was reportedly caught by surprise at the size and the interest of last weeks march in Paris and those very same people sat around a frigging table and came up with this idea to make it right. REALLY?
I agree with Twitchy 100%, ‘No way this really happened.’
Warning … heavy sarcasm because that is all this embarrassing episode deserves.
Rumor has it, James Taylor was not first on the list. According to an anonymous source, the cast of ‘Friends’ was supposed to go to Paris and sing their theme song; however, Joey and Phoebe could not be reached in time. That and the Rembrandt’s were reportedly too busy.
I’ll be there for you
When the rain starts to pour
I’ll be there for you
Like I’ve been there before
I’ll be there for you
‘Cause you’re there for me too
Actually, the first idea from the Obama minions was to have Casey Casem provide a long distance dedication to France using the Dionne Warwick song, ‘That’s What Friends Are For.’ But it turns out that the Solid Gold dancer were no where to be found and could not fit into their 1980′s spandex outfits. Also, it seems that Dionne Warwick with Elton John, Gladys Knight & Stevie Wonder are no longer speaking to each other. That and John Kerry did not realize that Casey Kasem was dead.
Their second plan was to reunite the Jackson 5 so that they could sing, I’ll Be There’. However, even Barack Obama had enough sense to know that no one, not even the Obamamessiah could reunite the Jackson’s with all their dysfunction. For some reason Barack did know that Michael Jackson was dead, go figure.
You and I must make a pact, we must bring salvation back
Where there is love, I’ll be there
I’ll reach out my hand to you, I’ll have faith in all you do
Just call my name and I’ll be there
Third, it appears that Barack Obama, John Kerry and the State Department tried to get the Beatles back together for one final appearance and perform in Paris France their song, “With a Little Help From My Friends.” What better way to say I am sorry, than to reunite the Beatles. However, they ran into a couple of strategic roadblocks, no sarcasm intended, they really were not speaking to each other. Also, they appeared not to realize that John Lennon and George Harrison had passed..
What would you think if I sang out of tune
Would you stand up and walk out on me?
Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song
And I’ll try not to sing out of key
Oh I get by with a little help from my friends
Mm I get high with a little help from my friends
Mm going to try with a little help from my friends
What do I do when my love is away?
(Does it worry you to be alone?)
How do I feel by the end of the day?
(Are you sad because you’re on your own?)
No I get by with a little help from my friends
Mm I get high with a little help from my friends
Mm going to try with a little help from my friends
Then John Kerry thought, wait a minute, we can get Joe Cocker to sing the Beatles song, he remembered Cocker had done a fantastic job sing it at Woodstock. However, upon further review Kerry learned that Joe Cocker had recently passed as well.
The Obama administration then thought, hey let’s call Queen, they can sing, ‘You’re My Best Friend’. Nothing sucks up better and says I am sorry than telling someone they are your best friend, even if you don’t mean it. Once again Kerry and Obama had to be informed that Freddie Mercury died in 1991.
You’re the best friend
That I ever had
I’ve been with you such a long time
You’re my sunshine
And I want you to know
That my feelings are true
I really love you
You’re my best friend
Ooh, you make me live

NCAA Announces They Will Restore Previously Vacated 112 Penn State Football Wins Making Joe Paterno Again the Winningest Coach in Major College Football History
MOVE OVER BOBBY BOWDEN, JOE PA IS BACK TO BEING THE WINNINGEST FOOTBALL COACH IN MAJOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL HISTORY …
Joe Paterno, the late head coach of the Penn St. Nittany Lions, is back to being the winningest coach in major college football history. The NCAA announced on Friday that they would restore 112 wins by the school’s football team that were wiped out in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child molestation sex scandal. The deal still must be approved by the NCAA board and the Penn State board, but that is probably pretty much of a done deal. This would return Joe Paterno’s record to 409-136-3. Wow, this is big. The NCAA just blinked. They are basically admitting they overstepped their authority in the sanctions following the Sandusky scandal. By restoring the wins, Joe Paterno will move back to the top of college football’s all-time Division I, major college wins:
- Joe Paterno (409)
- Bobby Bowden (377)
- Paul “Bear” Bryant (323)
- Glenn Scobey Warner (319)
I wonder how long it will be before PSU brings back Joe Pa’s the statue?
The NCAA on Friday announced a proposed agreement that would restore 112 wins by the school’s football team that were wiped out during the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal and would put the late Joe Paterno back as the winningest coach in major college football history.
College sports’ governing body announced the proposed deal weeks before a scheduled trial in state court on the legality of the 2012 consent decree it would replace.
The new deal would direct a $60 million fine to address child abuse be spent within Pennsylvania and would resolve the lawsuit.
The deal still must be approved by the NCAA board and the Penn State board. Penn State trustees’ chairman Keith Masser told The Associated Press that board members were having a private discussion early Friday afternoon about the lawsuit.
The announcement follows the NCAA’s decision last year to reinstate the school’s full complement of football scholarships and let Penn State participate in post-season play, and comes just days after a federal judge declined to rule on the consent decree’s constitutionality. The proposed settlement does not discuss the validity of the original consent decree.
Watch live: Corman announcement on lawsuit over Penn State sanctions.
Today is a great victory for everyone who has fought for the truth in the Sandusky tragedy. The repeal of the consent decree and the return of the wins to the University and Joe Paterno confirm that the NCAA and the Board of Trustees acted prematurely and irresponsibly in the unprecedented sanctions the NCAA imposed on the University, the players, coaches and the community.
This case should always have been about the pursuit of the truth, not the unjust vilification of the culture of a great institution and the scapegoating of coaches, players and administrators who were never given a chance to defend themselves.
For nearly three years, everyone associated with Penn State has had to bear the mark of shame placed upon the institution by the NCAA. It was a grievously wrong action, precipitated by panic, rather than a thoughtful and careful examination of the facts.
Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman is holding a 1 p.m. news conference to make a major announcement in the ongoing litigation involving the NCAA and Penn State University concerning the validity of the 2012 Consent Decree that resulted in sanctions against Penn State.
Corman’s lawsuit has turned into a case testing the validity of the penalties contained in the consent decree that resulted in a $60 million fine, a bowl ban, scholarship reduction and the vacation of 112 victories earned by the football team between 1998 and 2011.
The pivot points for any new settlement of this case, which is currently scheduled for trial in Commonwealth Court next month, would be full restoration of the wins, final disposition of the fine proceeds, and some closure on the divisive issue of whether the NCAA properly intervened in the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
UPDATE I: Statement from The Paterno family:
Fortunately, through the tenacious efforts of Senator Jake Corman and Treasurer Rob McCord, a large measure of the wrong has been righted. This is a major victory in our continued pursuit of justice for Penn State. The victims deserve the truth as do those who have been smeared by the deeply flawed Freeh report, which served as the basis of the actions by the Board Trustees and Penn State.
Through our pending litigation, we intend to continue the job of uncovering the full truth in this case.
UPDATE II: Here’s the release from the NCAA:
NCAA reaches proposed settlement in Corman lawsuit
Agreement allows fine money to be distributedJanuary 16, 2015 12:58pm
Programs serving child sexual abuse survivors will now receive millions of dollars as part of the NCAA’s proposed settlement with Pennsylvania state officials. This lawsuit stemmed from the NCAA’s sanctions against Penn State University for its role in allowing serial child sexual abuse to occur on its campus.
The proposed settlement agreement with the NCAA, university and state officials, among other things, restores Penn State’s vacated wins from 1998 through 2011.
Subject to board approval from Penn State and the NCAA, the new agreement between the NCAA and Penn State, replacing the 2012 consent decree between the parties, provides the following:
Penn State agrees to commit a total of $60 million to activities and programs for the prevention of child sexual abuse and the treatment of victims of child sexual abuse.
Penn State acknowledges the NCAA’s legitimate and good faith interest and concern regarding the Jerry Sandusky matter.Penn State and the NCAA will enter into a new Athletics Integrity Agreement that (with concurrence of the Big Ten) includes best practices with which the university is committed to comply and that provides for the university to continue to retain the services of Sen. George Mitchell and his firm to support the university’s activities under the Athletics Integrity Agreement and in the areas of compliance, ethics and integrity.
In July 2012, the NCAA Division I Board of Directors and Executive Committee issued unprecedented sanctions for Penn State’s role in enabling child sexual abuse to occur on campus. In addition to the $60 million fine and vacation of wins, these penalties included a four-year postseason ban, scholarship reductions, five-year probation and a waiver of transfer rules. The NCAA Executive Committee restored postseason access and the full complement of scholarships in 2014, based on the recommendation from Athletics Integrity Monitor Sen. George Mitchell in response to the university’s progress.“I am pleased to learn that financial resources to help child sexual abuse survivors will soon become available,” said Sen. George J. Mitchell. “I remain impressed with Penn State’s progress to date and look forward to its many reforms and improvements continuing to take root.”
“Continuing this litigation would further delay the distribution of funds to child sexual abuse survivors for years, undermining the very intent of the fine,” said Harris Pastides, University of South Carolina president and member of the NCAA Board of Governors. “While others will focus on the return of wins, our top priority is on protecting, educating and nurturing young people.”
The lawsuit originally asked the judge to restrict the distribution of the $60 million fine to child sexual abuse prevention organizations in Pennsylvania rather than national organizations. The NCAA repeatedly attempted to resolve the dispute regarding the fine, even agreeing to move the funds into a state endowment rather than distribute them nationally as originally intended. The judge denied this motion and expanded the lawsuit to include the NCAA’s authority to act in this matter, which the plaintiffs did not previously question. Penn State initiated the latest settlement discussions in mid-December.
“Today’s agreement with Penn State reaffirms our authority to act,” said Kirk Schulz, Kansas State University president and chair of the NCAA Board of Governors. “The NCAA has a legitimate role when a member’s actions threaten the integrity of college sports. We acted in good faith in addressing the failures and subsequent improvements on Penn State’s campus. We must acknowledge the continued progress of the university while also maintaining our commitment to supporting the survivors of child sexual abuse.”
The NCAA will aggressively defend the Paterno estate’s challenge to the validity of the now-replaced consent decree.

Race-Hustler & Charlatan Al Sharpton Calls for Emergency Meeting to Address ‘All-White’ Oscar Award Nominations and ‘Selma’ Snub
AND IN THE CATEGORY FOR BEST RACE HUSTLER AND SHAKE DOWN ARTIST … AND THE OSCAR GOES TO AL SHARPTON!!!
Now that Ferguson, MO has faded from the media and so has Al Sharpton, chief race hustler and Charlton is on to his next shake down and attention seeking effort. Al Sharpton is criticizing the Oscars for their lack of diversity in selecting nominees and stated the following, “I have called an emergency meeting early next week in Hollywood with the task force to discuss possible action around the Academy Awards.” (VIDEO) HUH? Sharpton stated, “The movie industry is like the Rocky Mountains, the higher you get, the whiter it gets.” Um, could this guy be any more racist in his own comments? I was actually waiting for the obligatory Jew comment, but I guess Sharpton refrained. Just curious, why is it that everything has to be about race with this guy, other than the obvious? Sharpton was peeved because the Academy Awards only nominated the movie ‘Selma’ once. Honestly, who cares. But of course Sharpton has little to support his ridiculous “racist” claims as Selma was nominated for best picture, the top Oscar award.
Wasn’t ‘Hustle and Flow’ already a movie?
The Rev. Al Sharpton was left fuming mad after the Oscars revealed its all-white list of nominees for this year’s Oscar awards on Thursday.
“The movie industry is like the Rocky Mountains, the higher you get, the whiter it gets,” Sharpton quipped in a statement released later in the afternoon.
Sharpton, a critic of the lack of diversity in Hollywood, also announced he was holding an “emergency meeting” next week to address the issue.
“I have called an emergency meeting early next week in Hollywood with the task force to discuss possible action around the Academy Awards,” he said.
The prestigious awards ceremony was widely criticized after its nominees for best actor, best actress, and best director were all white. In the past two decades this has happened only one other time, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
No one says it better than author, attorney, former Ronald Reagan administration official, president of Landmark Legal Foundation and syndicated conservative talk show host Mark Levin when it comes to calling out Al Sharton. As Levin said in responding to Sharpton’s current Oscar shakedown, “Al Sharpton has a very sick demented mind. Everything is about race. Everything is about race. Everyone who disagrees with him is a racist. How did this happen that this man, this putrid insignificant, barely articulate, buffoon of a human being could be on the stage like this all the time? Just muscle his way in. He owes taxes, he’s had court rulings against him, he has been involved in sleazy activities and yet there he is. I’ll tell you how it is. Because he is Barack Obama’s friend. Because Barack Obama brings him into the Oval Office, because Barack Obama promotes him, because he is a Barack Obama surrogate in places like Ferguson and with the NYPD, that’s how. I SAY SCREW ALL OF THEM!!!”
Mark Levin: Al Sharpton criticizes Oscars for “lack of diversity”
When liberals attack liberals … Al Sharpton calls ‘emergency meeting’ over Hollywood’s all-white Oscar list.
Mr. Sharpton gave kudos to the judges for nominating “Selma” for best picture, but then he decried the lack of diversity in the other categories.
“The lack of diversity in today’s Oscar nominations is appalling and while it is good that Selma was nominated for ‘Best Picture,’ it’s ironic that they nominated a story about the racial shutout around voting while there is a racial shutout around the Oscar nominations. With all of the talent in Selma and other black movies this year, it is hard to believe that we have less diversity in the nominations today than in recent history,” he said, Business Insider reported.

F&R Auto Sales of Westport, MA Belittles, Humiliates and Attempt to Get Pizza Delivery Driver Fired over Presumed $7 Tip … Major Internet Backlash Against F&R Auto Sales Over Posting Video
AND YOU WONDER WHY USED CAR SALES MEN ARE CONSIDERED POND SCUM … ADD IN USED CARE SALES WOMEN AS WELL.
The following sorry might just be a public service announcement to never do business with F&R Auto Sales in Westport, Massachusetts. As the story goes according to the Boston Globe, that has now went viral thanks to the idiots at F&R Auto Sales posting the video on-line, a pizza delivery man dropped off the order from Palace Pizza totaling $42 and change. They gave Jarrid Tansey, the delivery man, $50, that included two $20′s and two $5 bills. Any normal thinking person would think that if you are giving more than the cost of the order, especially with a delivery order, the overage amount would be a tip. So thought Jarrid Tansey as he left the used car lot. Oh but no, not for the jerks at F&R Auto, the dealership called the pizza place back and forced him to return the $7 and change, leaving the man without any tip. The confrontation was captured on video.
The owner of the delaership supposed apologized to the pizza restaurant. Sorry dude, you are probably going to have to go further than that.
After a back and forth conversation whether the pizza delivery man was respectful and the folks at the used car dealership far from it, Tansey left. As he walked out the door, one brave female employee said, “Out the door before I put my foot in your ass.” Really? One can only imagine what they say about their customers when you walk out the door. Not to be outdone, at the end of the video, some self-important dude wants to cause further trouble and threatens to get the person fired saying, “Get the f*cking owner and the manager on the phone, I want that mother-f*cker done. I want him fired.” Hmm, Really? Maybe it is you that should be fired?
A note to F&R Auto Sales, you mess with the bull, you get the horns. To the jerks at F&R Auto Sales who asked like such idiots and maliciously wanted to get this pizza delivery man fired who was just trying to do his job in s respectful manner, maybe it might just be you who should be fired. Who the hell do you self-important, self-righteous asses think you are? You are used car sales people. Also, it is exactly this type of behavior that causes retaliations that may escalate far worse than tough talk in an office and acting all big and bad. You may not want to try and screw with someones job in this day and age, you might just get blow-back that you never wanted.
Needless to say the reviews on YELP and Google for F&R Auto Sales have much to be desired. The Raw Story points out that there are even complaints against this business even before the pizza backlash, areview from October of this year said, “I do not know how this place is still in business with all the people they scammed.” Maybe the owner of F&R Auto Sales would have his employees read, “Used Car Sales for Dummies” because belittling, harassing and hassling a minimum wage worker who is in the same sales industry as you over $7.00 and in doing so decimating your used car business is brilliant. Way to go geniuses! Of course that is before you fire all of them yourself.
Warning – Adult Language
The delivery man in the video is an employee at Palace Pizza named Jarrid Tansey, according to two employees there. Lianette Hernandez, a cook and cashier, and Adam Willoughby, a manager, confirmed the video came from an interaction at the nearby dealership F&R Auto Sales on Saturday.
The total bill for the pizza and drinks was just over $42, Hernandez said, and dealership workers gave Tansey $50 in two twenties and two fives. In the video, Tansey says he confirmed that they wanted to give the whole $50, and then left with what he assumed was a $7-and-change tip.
However, the dealership then called the pizza place back and forced him to return the $7-and-change, and he was left without a tip, leading to the heated conversation on video.
“It just doesn’t make sense why you’d hand me a bill that you were just gonna have me drive back here to give you back anyway,” Tansey says in the video. “I’m not mad, I just had to waste my resources coming back here.”
But the office-workers are adamant about their position in the video.
“So listen: The manager apologized once for you. Do you want him to apologize again for you?” [editors note: Actually, yes I do because you seem to have not got the message. As a matter of fact, the pizza delivery man should have said he wanted an apology from him]. the worker in blue says.
“Out the door before I put my foot in your ass,” a female office-worker in green says. [Editors note: wow, what a brave soul, you make your tough comment as the individual is leaving. Brave act used car sales bimbo].
“Get the f—ing owner and the manager on the phone, I want that mother-f—er done,” another man in the office says after Tansey leaves. “I want him fired.”
The video was originally posted on YouTube, but it has since been made private. [editors note: Nice try, this is the world-wide-web dudes, you are not the only individuals who have downloaded the video. Your rotton behavior does not go away that quickly.] However, a Google index of the video shows the title as originally being “irate pizza driver.” The angle of the video suggests it comes from a stationary security camera inside the dealership’s office.
Willoughby, who was working that night, said he got a call from F&R Auto Sales saying that Tansey had “verbally berated” them. He said they took the call seriously at first and asked Tansey about the interaction. After Tansey explained what had happened, managers decided not to discipline the driver.
“This isn’t the first time we have had problems with F&R Auto,” Willoughby said.
“All the time, there’s always a problem, always an issue,” Hernandez said. “We’ve been going back and forth with them for a long time.”
