Amber Alert Issued For 4 Year Old Victoria Sierra Abducted by Non-Custodial Mother Lavondy Sierra in Lame Deer, MT (Update: Child and Non-custodial Mother Located in Bozeman)
An AMBER ALERT was issued on November 12, 2014 for 4 year old Victoria Sierra, a Native American female child, who was abducted by her non-custodial mother Lavondy Sierra. The abduction took place in Lame Deer, Idaho. Authorities believe they could possibly be in the Bozeman or Billings area.

Lavondy Sierra is a 32-year-old Native American female, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 250 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair, and is a know drug user. Lavondy was last seen driving a maroon 1989 Plymouth Voyager van with fake Idaho license plates. They are could possibly be in the Bozeman or Billings area.

UPDATE I: Child and Non-custodial Mother Located in Bozeman, Montana.
According to officials, the abducted child and her non-custodial mother have been located in Bozeman.
The woman wanted by law enforcement this weekend in connection with a missing/endangered child incident called the Bozeman Police Department early Saturday morning, telling police she was in Bozeman with the child.
Officers met with the woman and the child and Bureau of Indian Affairs. Bozeman Police Department believes the incident was a custody dispute. It’s unknown if the child is still with the mother at this time. Northern Cheyenne Law Enforcement are in charge of the case now.
Upon investigation, it was determined the woman had not committed an offense or violated an order of protection.
