Something is so wrong with this picture on so many levels. A 10 year old little girl is missing and … no Amber Alert is issued because there is no signs of foul play? Unbelievable!
The entire article is a good read.

An AMBER Alert hasn’t been issued because she was not abducted, nor has there been any sign of foul play at this time, according to police. State police require one of those criterion be met before issuing an AMBER Alert.
The Rio Rancho School District did call it an AMBER Alert earlier Thursday, though state police said that one has not been issued. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children confirms there is no active Amber Alert for Alexandra.
