Jesse ‘LJ’ Matthew has confirmed he met the 18-year old in Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall and bought her drinks, but says she never got in his car. She went her way and he went his. Hmm, sounds an awful lot like he just left her on the beach, doesn’t it?
