Two More People (Mark Mayfield & Richard Sager) Arrested and Charged in Photo Case of Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R-MS) Bedridden Wife Rose

TWO MORE ARRESTS IN THE CLASSLESS EXPLOITATION OF SENATOR THAD COCHRAN’S BEDRIDDEN WIFE.

Attorney Mark Mayfield, a vice chairman of the Mississippi Tea Party and an officer with the Central Mississippi Tea Party, and Richard Sager were arrested Thursday by Madison, Mississippi  police in connection with the Rose Cochran photo scandal. Mayfield, a real estate attorney, was arrested and charged with conspiracy. Richard Sager was charged with evidence tampering and conspiracy. Mayfield and Sager appeared in court Thursday where Madison Municipal Judge Dale Danks set his bond at $250,000 for Mayfield and $250,000 per count per count for Sager, who faces one charge of conspiracy and one charge of tampering with evidence.

You've_GOT_To_Be_Kidding_Me

16 WAPT’s Scott Simmons has learned that two people are facing charges in connection with the case. One of the two is Mark Mayfield, who is a member of the board of directors for the Central Mississippi Tea Party, said Madison County District Attorney Michael Guest.

Mayfield, a real estate attorney, was arrested Thursday by the Madison Police Department. Mayfield is charged with conspiracy.

Richard Sager, of Laurel, was also arrested Thursday, Guest said. Sager is charged with evidence tampering and conspiracy.

Clayton Kelly was arrested Friday and is charged with exploitation, filming without permission and conspiracy. He’s accused of taking photos of Rose Cochran at St. Catherine’s Village, the nursing home where she has lived for 13 years.

Erick Erickson of Red State reports that Tea Partiers can be idiots, but the McDaniel camp was not involved and then comes the money line, “There you have it. But way to go tea party types for largely sabotaging a campaign you support.” And there you have it, a note to the Tea Party folks … you have to act far and away better than establishment Democrats and Republicans because you do one thing wrong and all will be branded. You do not get the benefit of the establishment because of their ability to cover up corruption and conspiracies and in the case of Democrats, have the MSM run cover for you. Of course there still remains the question of what on earth was there to gain by exploiting the bedridden, nursing home resident wife of a senator who suffers from progressive dementia. Talk about poor judgement and a questionable thought process.

Michael Guest, the district attorney for Madison and Rankin counties, told Simmons that he doesn’t believe anyone with the McDaniel campaign is involved.

Another Obamacare Swindle on the American Poeple … Tax Payer Bailout for Insurance Companies Who Lose $’s That Provide Coverage Through the Affordable Care Act

ITS THE GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING IT TO THE AMERICAN TAX PAYER …

Obama administration officials for months have denied charges by opponents that they plan a “bailout” for insurance companies providing coverage under the healthcare law. Here comes a shock, guess what … THEY LIED!!! As reported at the LA Times, in yet another end run around Congress, quietly adjusted key provisions of its signature healthcare law to potentially make billions of additional taxpayer dollars available to the insurance industry if companies providing coverage through the Affordable Care Act lose money. Ever wonder why insurance companies were all in for Obamacare? Looks like they had an out to be paid back for losses through a government bailout courtesy of the American tax payers.

This law should be considered a crime perpetrated on the American people. There was an intelligent, logical and proper way to go about attempting to provide healthcare to Americans who wanted it and make it affordable … THIS WAS NOT IT AND WAS NEVER INTENDED TO BE.

Obama_bend Over

The Obama administration has quietly adjusted key provisions of its signature healthcare law to potentially make billions of additional taxpayer dollars available to the insurance industry if companies providing coverage through the Affordable Care Act lose money.

The move was buried in hundreds of pages of new regulations issued late last week. It comes as part of an intensive administration effort to hold down premium increases for next year, a top priority for the White House as the rates will be announced ahead of this fall’s congressional elections.

Administration officials for months have denied charges by opponents that they plan a “bailout” for insurance companies providing coverage under the healthcare law.

They continue to argue that most insurers shouldn’t need to substantially increase premiums because safeguards in the healthcare law will protect them over the next several years.
