RSS#You Lie … New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo Says He Was Misunderstood when He Said Conservatives “Have No Place in the State of New York”
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo should try out for the men’s US Olympic gymnastic team with the back-bending, back-flips and contortions he went through trying to spin what he originally said, in that Conservatives have no place in the state of New York.
New York Gov. Cuomo is now saying he was misunderstood. Of course you were governor, because some how you are the victim here. Now Cuomo is back-peddling off his initial comments on WCNY and trying to say, I wasn’t telling anyone to leave … “My position is the exact opposite, right? We have all sorts of opinions in this state. We have people all along the spectrum, and it’s one of the things that makes New York special.” Yeah, that’s the ticket. And if you like your health insurance and doctor, you can keep your health insurance, Period! Cuomo said specifically, that there was “no place” in New York state for “extreme” conservatives who are pro-life and support the Second Amendment.
New York and America got a peak into what Go. Andrew Cuomo truly thinks and believes when it comes to anyone who does not agree with his liberal view point and agenda. Because liberals are oh so tolerant. Just curious, where was the MSM with the reporting of this political intolerance? Imagine if a Republican had said the same?

People misunderstood New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo when he said conservatives “have no place in the state of New York,” the Democratic governor explained Wednesday.
“I was not saying anyone should leave the state, right? And anyone who heard the comments knows that’s not what I was saying,” Cuomo said when asked about his comments at a press conference. “To the extent people want to have a political dialogue, that’s what it is.”
“I wasn’t saying anyone should leave the state,” Cuomo explained Wednesday. “My position is the exact opposite, right? We have all sorts of opinions in this state. We have people all along the spectrum, and it’s one of the things that makes New York special.”
Cuomo is up for reelection this year.
Why can’t politicians just admit they made a mistake instead of just further showing that they are lying sacks of bovine scatology?

SICK, SICK, SICK: Bus Stop in Barcelona, Spain Has Ad for ‘Abuse-Free’ Child Pornography Removed … Why Was it There in the First Place?

When is the world going to get serious about the exploitation of children? A bus stop in Barcelona, Spain had a poster advertizing pedophilia and child porn. The poster called for “abuse-free child pornography.” HUH? Oh yeah, abuse free child porn, like that actually exists. The ad actually called for adults to send naked pics of themselves when they were children. This is supposed to some how be an “abuse-free” for of child porn. There are some really twisted people out there. I am not quite sure which is worse, the sick and disgusting ad promoting pedophilia and child porn in this manner, or the fact that some advertizing firm actually accepted money and thought it was perfectly okay to published such material in public. Or was this some sick joke by an employee who thought this was funny? The ads were actually locked inside a glass display case, which indicated the only an individual with a key from the ad form could access the case. Thankfully, the ads have been removed and other bus stops have been inspected to ensure there were no other ads.
A poster appearing to promote pedophilia has been removed from a bus stop display near the famous Sagrada Familia cathedral in Barcelona, Spain, officials say.
JCDecaux, the advertising firm that maintains billboards at the bus stops, said the poster called for “abuse-free child pornography,” ThinkSpain reported Thursday.
The poster bore the word “Freedom” in large letters over the image of a semi-naked little girl. The text of the ad said, “Send us naked photos of when you were a child. For child pornography without abuse. +18 Yes to Pedophilia “ No to Abuse.”

9th Circuit Court Says the Second Amendment Protects the Right to Carry a Gun in California

So holds today’s Peruta v. County of San Diego (9th Cir. Feb. 13, 2014) (2-1 vote).
The court concludes that California’s broad limits on both open and concealed carry of loaded guns — with no “shall-issue” licensing regime that assures law-abiding adults of a right to get licenses, but only a “good cause” regime under which no license need be given — “impermissibly infringe on the Second Amendment right to bear arms in lawful self-defense.”
This comes as quite a welcome surprise as the 9th Circuit Court is hardly considered conservative leaning in its rulings.
As the NRO opines, in other words the decision states that, one has the right to carry a gun. The state can elect to recognize this by permitting either “shall-issue” concealed-carry or “shall-issue” open carry, but it cannot restrict or prohibit both.
