39 year old Menachem Stark had been missing since Thursday, January 2, 2014 when he was abducted by two men after he left South Side Associates, located at 331 Rutledge St. around 11:30 p.m. Menachem Stark struggled with the suspects before forcing him him into a light-colored 2006 or 2007 Dodge Caravan. Sadly, this missing persons case has come to a gruesome end. The body of Menachem Stark was found at a Getty gas station on Cuttermill Road in Great Neck, Long Island about 20 miles away from where he was kidnapped.

The charred body of a prominent Hasidic real estate developer who was kidnapped Thursday near his Brooklyn office has been found in a smoldering trash bin outside a Long Island gas station, the police said on Saturday.
The body of the developer, identified as Menachem Stark, 39, was discovered on Friday afternoon by workers at a Getty gas station in Great Neck, about 20 miles away from where he was kidnapped, the Nassau County Police Department said in a statement on Saturday.
