Democratic Strategist James Carville Tells Barack Obama to Pick the Crack Pipe Up

This comment by James Carville was so priceless it deserved its own post.

As reported at The Politico, Democratic strategist James Carville stated said yesterday on MSNBC’s ‘The Morning Joe’ that the best thing that President Barack Obama can do with regarding to his plummeting job approval poll numbers is to take a toke on Toronto mayor Rob Ford’s crack pipe. OUCH! Carville was referring to the Toronto mayor who recently finally admitted to smoking crack during a drunken stupor.

“I think the best thing he can do is take a toke on the mayor of Toronto’s crack pipe, because his numbers are about 48,” Carville joked on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” referring to Rob Ford, who has admitted smoking crack.

Ha, normally I use the phrase, “put the crack pip down.” This does not imply that one does drugs, but rather a comment one has made is as if they were on drugs. :-)

Of course Carville after making that crack cocaine reference then went on to defend Obama. However, Carville obviously heard Jay Leno’s joke of Obama, the crack pipe and his poll numbers which does not bode well for Obama as the mockery of his presidency has now reached the pop culture.
