Police Confirms that Missing University of Minnesota Student Anarae Schunk is Dead … Evidence Points to Homicide
Missing 20 year old University of Minnesota student Anarae Schunk has been confirmed dead by police. Schunk was last seen at Nina’s Grill in Burnsville last Saturday with her ex-boyfriend, Shavelle Chavez-Nelson, also known as Anthony Lee Nelson. Police say that just before 2 a.m. Sunday, Nelson fatally shot Palagor Obang Jobi eight times in the parking lot after they’d gotten in a fight. Murder charges were filed Thursday against Nelson.
Anarae Schunk – RIP
Police have told the family of missing University of Minnesota student Anarae Schunk that she is dead.
“Late last night police confirmed the worst, Anarae is no longer with us,” her brother Owen Schunk wrote Saturday on a Facebook page dedicated to finding his sister. He added that the page will remain up as a tribute.
Burnsville police have not released new details on the case.
Her family had held out hope that the 20-year-old was in hiding out of fear of her felon ex-boyfriend, who remains in jail on charges of killing another man.
Schunk was last seen at Nina’s Grill in Burnsville last Saturday with her ex-boyfriend, Shavelle Chavez-Nelson, also known as Anthony Lee Nelson. They had broken up almost a year ago but she had reconnected with him to try to get back $5,000 she had loaned him, friends say.
UPDATE I: Police say evidence points to homicide.
Family members of the University of Minnesota student missing since a bar shooting a week ago said Saturday that she is dead and police believe it may be a homicide.
Burnsville police issued a news release Saturday that said they uncovered evidence Friday “that Anarae Schunk may have been the victim of a homicide.” Police did not elaborate on the nature of the evidence.

Pulitzer Prize Winner Seymour Hersh Says The Obama Administration Lies Systematically and American Media is Pathetic and Carries His Water
The MSM, from watchdogs to Obama lapdogs … And we wonder why investigative journalism is dead?
The Guardians’ Seymour Hersh calls out Barack Obama, his minions and the lapdog main stream media. Hersh says that the Obama Administration lies systematically and American MSM is pathetic, bias and afraid to actually report the truth regarding Obama. It does seem lately to actually get an investigative, non-bias news story these days, we have to look to The Guardian or other foreign media as the Americans MSM is in the tank for Barack Obama. Hersh is hardly a right-winger, who is calling the Obama administration a bunch of liars and the MSM in the tank. Hersh all but calls the American MSM propagandists and chicken to stand up to Obama. Instead of acting like objective “outsiders” the MSM instead acts in a partisan manner and tries to get their president reelected.
Remember when the MSM used to report the news, not act as a propaganda wing of the White House?
Seymour Hersh has got some extreme ideas on how to fix journalism – close down the news bureaus of NBC and ABC, sack 90% of editors in publishing and get back to the fundamental job of journalists which, he says, is to be an outsider.
It doesn’t take much to fire up Hersh, the investigative journalist who has been the nemesis of US presidents since the 1960s and who was once described by the Republican party as “the closest thing American journalism has to a terrorist”.
He is angry about the timidity of journalists in America, their failure to challenge the White House and be an unpopular messenger of truth.
Don’t even get him started on the New York Times which, he says, spends “so much more time carrying water for Obama than I ever thought they would” – or the death of Osama bin Laden. “Nothing’s been done about that story, it’s one big lie, not one word of it is true,” he says of the dramatic US Navy Seals raid in 2011.
The Obama administration lies systematically, he claims, yet none of the leviathans of American media, the TV networks or big print titles, challenge him.
“It’s pathetic, they are more than obsequious, they are afraid to pick on this guy [Obama],” he declares in an interview with the Guardian.
“It used to be when you were in a situation when something very dramatic happened, the president and the minions around the president had control of the narrative, you would pretty much know they would do the best they could to tell the story straight. Now that doesn’t happen any more. Now they take advantage of something like that and they work out how to re-elect the president.

OBAMACARE: Democrat Senator of West Virginia Joe Manchin Breaks Ranks to Back “GOP” Mandate Delay
Think Democrats in “RED” states are not politically scared to death of Obamacare?
US Senator Joe Manchin (WV-D) has broke ranks with his fellow Democrats and says he would support a stopgap spending plan that delays the individual mandate in President Barack Obama’s Obamacare. Manchin is from the “RED” state of West Virginia and knows just how unpopular this healthcare boondoggle truly is. But aren’t Democrats supposed to be for the “people” and against “big business”? Or at least that is what they say. So why don’t Democrats support a delay in the “individual” mandate like they were for big business?
U.S. Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia broke ranks with fellow Democrats and said he’d support a stopgap spending plan that delays the individual mandate in President Barack Obama’s health-care law.
“There’s no way I could not vote for it,” Manchin said at a Bloomberg Government breakfast today. “It’s very reasonable and sensible.”
The individual mandate is the linchpin of the law that requires Americans who lack insurance to purchase health care through government-run exchanges. Republicans, led by a group of newcomers in the House, are pushing to dismantle the health-care law and are using a ticking clock on a possible Oct. 1 government shutdown as leverage.
The Democratic-led Senate will vote in coming days on the stopgap spending plan and before sending it back to the House will remove language that defunds Obamacare. Obama and House Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat, have said they won’t support using the budget to change the health law.
Manchin, 66, said he’d be willing to delay the individual mandate as part of the budget negotiations because the Obama administration in July gave businesses an extra year to provide their workers with health insurance.
So why is the Obama White House against the people getting the same breaks as they have provided big business? From CNN comes White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was dismissive Thursday of comments by Sen. Joe Manchin endorsing a one-year delay of the new health care law’s individual mandate.
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was dismissive Thursday of comments by Sen. Joe Manchin endorsing a one-year delay of the new health care law’s individual mandate.
“The fact is you have to make the system work,” Carney told reporters during the White House press briefing, arguing that one of the most popular aspects of the Affordable Care Act, the protection of those with preexisting conditions, cannot work without the individual mandate.
So are the rats really jumping ship or is this prearranged with the White House to let vulnerable Democrats off the hook in Red States?

George Zimmerman Pulled Over for the THIRD Time by Police Since Acquitted for Murder Charges in Death of Trayvon Martin
As the Daily Mail reports … So much for George Zimmerman keeping a low profile after his acquittal for murder charges in the death of Trayvon Martin. George Zimmerman was pulled over for the third time since his his “not guilty” verdict of murder charges. This time police stopped him in Brevard county, FL and given a written warning dated August 19, 2013 at 11:06 a.m., from FHP, Zimmerman had improper tag display on his Honda truck and that his vehicle’s excessive tint needed to be corrected. Zimmerman told the police that he had installed the heavy tinting because he had been receiving death threats since being acquitted of murder.
George Zimmerman was pulled over by police for the third time since his acquittal, it emerged today.
Zimmerman was stopped by Florida Highway Patrol troopers in Brevard County on August 19 just after 11am.
He received a written warning for having an improper tag display on his Honda truck and was told the window’s excessive tint needed to be corrected.
He told the trooper he installed it after he was acquitted because he had been receiving death threats.
Fox News has the other two incidents:
Since being acquitted for the murder of Trayvon Martin in July, Zimmerman has been pulled over twice prior to this for speeding — once in Texas and once in Lake Mary.
He was let off with a warning in the Texas incident and fined $256 in the latter.
Damn, how many times is this dude going to continue to pop up in the news? One would think he would want to melt into society and never be head from again, for his own sake. Who would have ever thought that Casey Anthony would have done a better job of keeping out of the public sight than George Zimmerman?
