WOW … Attorney Joe DiGenova for Whistleblower Says … 400 Missiles Stolen in Benghazi & “In Hands of Some Very Ugly People”

BENGHAZI-GATE: It’s all beginning to make sense why Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton wanted Benghazi to go away  …

During an interview Monday with WMAL’s Mornings On The Mall, Benghazi whistleblower attorney Joe DiGenova, who represents Mark Thompson, told WMAL he’s been told that some “very ugly people” had stolen the missiles, and that the Benghazi annex played a key role in the theft. The below is a must listen audio from Joe DiGenova that connects the dots as to why the Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton’s State department did what they did following the terror attack in Benghazi that left four Americans dead. It was never really about the Consulate for the terrorists, it was about the CIA annex. Ever wonder why the there was a delay of the FBI going to Benghazi to investigate the terrorist crime scene? Think the CIA wanted the FBI looking around and finding shoulder surface to air missiles right before a presidential election? What happens when these weapons are used against American targets? Weasel Zippers opines,  DiGenova “also notes that the President mentioned the sealed indictment to make it appear as though he was doing something, but violated a court order to reveal the sealed indictment.” I thought Obama was going to go after “leakers”? Except, when it is him.

Make no mistake about it America, Benghazi-gate is far worse than Watergate ever was. 4 AMERICANS DIED!!! But we have an obstruction administration and a complicit liberal MSM covering for their hero, Barack Obama.

More from Breitbart:

On August 12, Joe DiGenova, attorney for one of the Benghazi whistleblowers, told Washington D.C.’s WMAL that one of the reasons people have remained tight-lipped about Benghazi is because 400 U.S. missiles were “diverted to Libya” and ended up being stolen and falling into “the hands of some very ugly people.”

DiGenova represents Benghazi whistleblower Mark Thompson. He told WMAL that he “does not know whether [the missiles] were at the annex, but it is clear the annex was somehow involved in the distribution of those missiles.”

He claimed his information “comes from a former intelligence official who stayed in constant contact with people in the special ops and intelligence community.” He said the biggest concern right now is finding those missiles before they can be put to use. “They are worried, specifically according to these sources, about an attempt to shoot down an airliner,” he claimed.

Gee Hillary Clinton, are you still asking “what difference does it make?”

What’s Another White House Obamacare Delay to a Trainwreck … Out-Of-Pocket Expense Caps Waived Until 2015

CAN’T WE JUST DELAY OBAMACARE PERMANENTLY!!!

What a shock, another promise of Obamacare turns out to be a falsehood and forces yet another delay in the train wreck. One of the selling points for ObamaCare was that it placed mandates on insurance companies to keep out-of-pocket costs down for consumers. Guess what, the Out of pocket caps have been delayed until 2015 by the Obama White House. What a coincidence, another Obamacare delay after the 2014 midterm elections. At what point do we just admit that Obamacare cannot be implemented and it is the disaster that we knew from the outset of this law that was forced down the throats of Americans by Democrats.

This is the reason why 57% of Americans polled believe OBAMACARE IS A JOKE!!!

Obamacare

Now comes word that another costly provision of the health law—its caps on out-of-pocket insurance costs—will be delayed for one more year.

According to the Congressional Research Service, as of November 2011, the Obama administration had missed as many as one-third of the deadlines, specified by law, under the Affordable Care Act. Here are the details on the latest one.

Obamacare contains a blizzard of mandates and regulations that will make health insurance more costly. One of the most significant is its caps on out-of-pocket insurance costs, such as co-pays and deductibles. Section 2707(b) of the Public Health Service Act, as added by Obamacare, requires that “a group health plan and a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage may not establish lifetime limits on the dollar value of benefits for the any participant or beneficiary.” Annual limits on cost-sharing are specified by Section 1302(c) of the Affordable Care Act; in addition, starting in 2014, deductibles are limited to $2,000 per year for individual plans, and $4,000 per year for family plans.

There’s no such thing as a free lunch. If you ban lifetime limits, and mandate lower deductibles, and cap out-of-pocket costs, premiums have to go up to reflect these changes. And unlike a lot of the “rate shock” problems we’ve been discussing, these limits apply not only to individually-purchased health insurance, but also to employer-sponsored coverage.

Hot Air reminds us that the cap on out-of-pocket expenses was supposed to be the best part of ObamaCare for consumers. Of course all it was going to do was shift the expense to an insured’s health care premium.

The incident occurred at approximately 8:55 PM.  Atlanta Police spokesman John Chafee stated, “It appears that the male fell from an upper-level platform to a secured lot below.” The man was rushed to Atlanta Medical Center where he later died from his injuries. Authorities do not believe this was a case of foul play, it appears to have been accidental. An investigation continues.

Chafee said the fall occurred on the stadium’s back side. He said witnesses described the fall as accidental, but that police were not releasing other details of what they said.

He said he did not know if wet conditions or alcohol were factors.

According to the Fulton County Medical Examiner, the man has been identified as 29 year old Ronald Homer of Conyers, GA.

CNN:

A man died after he fell about 65 feet from an upper level of Atlanta’s Turner Field during a Braves-Phillies game Monday, police said.

The man fell shortly before 8:55 p.m at the stadium and landed in a secured parking lot.

Atlanta police said the fall appeared to be accidental and added it was too early to tell if alcohol played a factor.

However, the jury found that in 7 cases of murder the jury found that there was not enough evidence and 1 had not determination. On a personal note, I am not sure how the jury came to such a determination on the murders that Bulger was not responsible for. Every Southie knows exactly who was responsible for the murders. Whitely Bulger, the head of Boston’s Winter Hill Gang, was a heinous individuals and should never have been provided the befit of the doubt. This mob POS actually killed women.  In the end, the 83 year old Bulger will be spending the rest of his life in prison.

The turn of events was capped Monday when a federal jury found the former mob boss guilty on 31 of 32 counts — including extortion, money laundering, drug dealing and weapons possession. The jury held Bulger responsible for the murder of 11 people.

The 83-year-old Bulger faces a maximum sentence of up to life, plus 30 years in prison.

“So many peoples’ lives were so terribly harmed by the criminal actions of Bulger and his crew. And today’s conviction does not alter that harm, and it doesn’t lessen it,” said U.S. Attorney Carmen Ortiz, speaking about the victims and their families.

“However, we hope that they find some degree of comfort in the fact that today has come, and Bulger is being held accountable for his horrific crimes,” she said.

Bulger was accused of involvement in killing 19 people, including two women.
