Sybrina Fulton, Mother of Trayvon Martin, Says Stop and Frisk Is Racial-Profiling … The Exploitation of Trayvon Martin’s Death Continues

NYC … soon to be the new Chicago.

Are you kidding me, first Trayvon’s mother is against stand your ground laws and now stop and frisk? Neither of which had anything to do with her son’s death. What is the point of her honoring her son’s death other than calling everything racist?

Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin, goes on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ and states stop and frisk is racial profiling. Even though ‘stop and frisk’ laws have made NYC a safer place and actually prevented crime, these misguided individuals just want to call everything racially profiling. Flanked by NAACP’s Ben Jealous and Fulton’s attorney Benjamin Crump, this poor woman does not even realize she and the memory of her dead son are being exploited by race-baiters. How sad, or worse … she does. Sorry, but to end a police progam that actually works and actually saves the lives of individuals, including blacks, is just irresponsible. These race baiters have been looking for their “racial profile” campaign and they have found it by exploiting the death of Trayvon Martin. I can empathize with Sabrina Fulton’s loss, no parent should ever have to bury their child. But that certainly does not give you the right to back ignorant and foolish positions without question or criticism. Of course any one who disagrees will be branded a racist.

The wider point, Sabrina Fulton, i welcome you to the program. Just your reaction as a mother who’s lost her son so tragically and as now someone who’s trying to create something positive out of that searing loss by talking about stand your ground laws. You’ve heard the commissioner of new york say, look, what happened to Trayvon Martin, even though it was referenced in the judge’s ruling, is quite different. that was civilian on civilian. This is about civilians interacting with the police department. do you see that distinction or not?

I think it’s all about laws, and I think you have to give not only civilians, but you have to give the police officers the right direction. You can’t give people the authority, police officers the right to stop somebody because of the color of their skin.

Now for the sane side of the discussion from New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly who is adamantly is against the recent court ruling that ‘stop and frisk’ is Unconstitutional. This very law actually protect blacks in inner cities, but some how that is irrelevant. Once the law is banned and murders are on the rise of blacks  in NYC, the same people will be complaining that the police are doing nothing.

No, absolutely, we are sensitive to this. nobody wants to be stopped. at the very least, you’re giving up your time. But we need some balance here. the stark reality is that violence is happening disproportionately in minority communities, and that, unfortunately, is in big cities throughout America. We have record low numbers of murders in New York City, record low numbers of shootings. We’re doing something right to save lives. last year, as i said, we had a record low in murders. This year we’re running 30% below that. let me give you another figure. In the last 11 years, 11 full years of the Bloomberg administration, there were 7,363 fewer murders in New York City than there were in the preceding 11 years. Now, if history is any guide, those lives saved are largely the lives of young men of color. so, we’re doing something.

Let me go back to those numbers that you referenced and put it up on the screen for our audience and go through some of those numbers and where some of the criticism is. 4.4 million stops. 6% arrests. 6% summons. 88% no further law enforcement action. And then look at who is getting targeted. 52% black, 31% Hispanic, 10% white. I first want to focus on that 88% number of people not doing anything wrong. Does that not say to you as the commissioner of the police, we’re doing too much of this?

No. it doesn’t mean that people are not doing anything wrong. If you look at the statute, it says reasonable suspicion that individuals may be about to commit, are committing or have committed a crime. One of the classic examples that we use is somebody going down the street trying door handles, or a group of young men that the bodega owner fears going to strong arm rob them when they leave their store. so, there’s a preventive aspect to this. and people say innocent. that’s not the appropriate word. what we use here.

Wait until NYC looks like Chicago with the ridiculous murder rates … Maybe Trayvon’s mom will be happy then?

19 Year Old Alyssa Hatfield Missing Since 8/17/13 in Orlando, FL

19 year old Alyssa Hatfield has been missing since early Saturday morning, August 17, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. Hatfield went missing on her first day of work at the Ink Spot tattoo shop located at 75 East Colonial Drive (map). According to police, a co-worker in the process of closing the business around 4 am Saturday went to the back of the building to lock a gate  as Alyssa Hatfield waited at the front of the store. However, when the coworker returned, Hatfield was gone. When a family member arrived to pick up the 19-year-old from work, she had already vanished. Hatfield was last seen wearing a black tank top, a black sweater and black tights. She was carrying a black backpack.

Investigators said they are searching for a 19-year-old woman who disappeared after her first day of working at a tattoo shop in Orlando.

Alyssa Hatfield, 19, started working at the Ink Spot tattoo shop at 75 East Colonial Drive on Friday, according to police.

Investigators said Hatfield was closing up the business with a coworker around 4 a.m. Saturday. The coworker went to the back of the building to lock a gate while Hatfield waited in front of the store. Police said when the coworker returned, Hatfield had disappeared.

Barack Obama starts out by saying over the past two weeks he has been visiting with Americans across the country to secure a better bargain with the middle class. Obama stated we needed to rebuild an economy that rewarded hard work and responsibility and “an economy built on the corner stones of middle class life, good jobs, a good educations, a home of your own, a secure retirement and quality, affordable health care. What a joke, who does this rodeo clown think he is kidding? Obama has had how long to fix the economy? Instead he made Obamacare his number one priority as Democrats had control of the House and Senate. The result was, along partisan line, Democrats and Obama forced Obamacare down the throats of Americans. Now this failed healthcare plan is hated by Americans. No body wants it. Not just Republicans, but the very people who passed it. It is Obama who has put in delays into the implementation of Obamacare. Let’s not forget this delay of out-of-pocket expenses that will cost Americans.  It is labor unions, federal government employees, the IRS and Democrat politicians who suddenly want to be no part of Obamacare, while others are supposed to be forced onto the train wreck. Barack Obama promised the American public that would of the pillars of Obamacare was that keep your own insurance. Guess what, “HE LIED!!!”

Even on vacation Obama finds time to make a hate-filled, slanderous Weekly Address to blame Republicans for his failure as a President. Instead of acting like a leader, Obama continues to play Chicago style, hate politics and to divide and conquer. His Weekly Address was shameful. Nothing more than completely shameful. It is reprehensible that the United States elected such a miserable, hateful individual who just lies to the American people to make political points. But, anyone who dares questions him is a racist. It is pathetic that Obama is still campaigning for Obamacare. But just curious, how did healthcare become a right endowed by Our Creator? Oh, because Obama said say by decree.

Obamacare was nothing more than a lie. Remember when Obama said, “If you like your health plan, you can keep it?” Remember when Obama guaranteed that ObamaCare would “lower premiums by $2,500 per family per year?” Obama also promised that is you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, PERIOD!   However, as stated at Town Hall, pretty much ever promise made was a lie. The reality is that just the opposite has occurred. Obama made promises he knew he could not keep, but it sounded good during an election as he knew the truth would not come out until after he was reelected for a second term. Now Obama looks to delay certain parts of Obamacare that are a disaster so that Democrats will not be affected in the 2014 midterms.What about all the jobs that Obamacare was supposed to create? Jobs created for who, the IRS?

Think about that.  They’re actually having a debate between hurting Americans who will no longer be denied affordable care just because they’ve been sick – and harming the economy and millions of Americans in the process.  And many Republicans are more concerned with how badly this debate will hurt them politically than they are with how badly it’ll hurt the country. [Editors note: These threats sound like the same ones he made about sequestration. Remember how Obama and Democrats said that sequestration cuts would damage the economy?

A lot of Republicans seem to believe that if they can gum up the works and make this law fail, they’ll somehow be sticking it to me.  But they’d just be sticking it to you. [Editors note: Obamacare is a jobs killer. Who's sticking it to who? 74% of business are either going to fire or make employees part time. Just how small is Barack Obama. He thinks this is about sticking it to him. His disaster of a healthcare plan is sticking it to America.   It was Democrat Senator Max Baucus, one of the architects of Obama care who is now calling it a train wreck.

Some even say that if you call their office with questions about the law, they’ll refuse to help.  Call me old-fashioned – but that’s lousy constituent service.  And it’s not what you deserve.

Your health insurance isn’t something to play politics with.  Our economy isn’t something to play politics with.  This isn’t a game.  This is about the economic security of millions of families. [editors note: All Obama has done is play politics with health care and jobs. Who is delaying parts Obamacare until after the 2014 midterm elections? Who has done nothing to create jobs, full-time one, not part-time. Folks, Obamacare is such a joke that half of Affordable Care Act Call Center jobs will be Part-Time and will come with no Health Benefits benefits. Oh the irony.

See, in the states where governors and legislatures and insurers are working together to implement this law properly – states like California, New York, Colorado and Maryland – competition and consumer choice are actually making insurance affordable.

So I’m going to keep doing everything in my power to make sure this law works as it’s supposed to.  Because in the United States of America, health insurance isn’t a privilege – it is your right.  And we’re going to keep it that way.

Teacher Summer Michelle Hansen Allegedly Had Sex With Underage Students in Classroom, Offered Sex as a ‘Prize’ … Charged with 16 Sex Related Felonies

Hmm, California teacher offered sex as a prize for ding well, must be part of that new “common core” curriculum …

31 year old Summer Michelle Hansen, a special education teacher at a high school in southern California, has been charged with 16 sex related felonies as she is accused of having “unlawful sexual intercourse” and “unlawful oral copulation” with 5 under age boys. None of victims were her students; however, the boys “were all students at Centennial High. The crimes are reported to have taken place from May 2012 through May 2013. She faces up to 13 years in prison.

A special education teacher at a high school in southern California has been charged with 16 sex-related felony crimes, the Riverside County District’s Attorney’s Office said in a press release earlier this week.

Summer Michelle Hansen, 31, is accused of having “unlawful sexual intercourse” and “unlawful oral copulation” with five underage boys.

According to the District Attorney’s office, some of the crimes even took place on the Centennial High School campus.

“The crimes are alleged to have taken place from May 2012 through May 2013, and took place in her classroom, in a utility room at the school, in her vehicle while parked near one victim’s home, and at another victim’s home,” said the press release.

Now image how outraged everyone would be had the teacher been a male.

Illegal Immigrants, Oh Sorry Undocumented Students Demand In-State Tuition Change to Tuition Policy in North Carolina … Why Aren’t They Paying OUT-OF-COUNTRY TUITION!!!

Illegals push for in state tuition in North Carolina when they are not even US citizens. They are made to pay out-of-state tuition. HELL, they should be paying OUT-OF-COUNTRY TUITION!!!

Many  illegal aliens were arrested during a protest Thursday at Wake Technical Community College demanding that they receive in-state tuition fees, rather than out of state tuition even though they are in the United States illegally. What a joke, if that is the case than student that is legally in the US should be allowed in-state tuition as well. If we are not going to be a country with borders, why have states with them as well?

At some point the United States has to figure out if we are a country of laws or not. And if borders actually mean something.

Dozens of undocumented students at Wake Technical Community College are pushing for changes to a policy that requires them to pay out-of-state tuition.

The students are forced to pay the out-of-state fees, which are nearly four times the cost of in-state tuition, even if they graduated from a North Carolina high school and have been living in the state for some time.

Five students were arrested at Thursday’s protest after repeated warnings to leave the campus. Wake Tech officials said the group didn’t file the proper paperwork to protest at the college. The five individuals, ranging in age from 17-27, are all charged with second-degree trespassing.

Meanwhile, undocumented students moved their demonstration to the highway demanding equal tuition rights.

“I think it’s discriminatory because they give us the opportunity already to be able to study here. We work really hard,” said undocumented student Jose Rico.
