Things that make you go hmm … The NY Post is reporting that the Bill Clinton Foundation has spent over $50 million on travel since 2003. Bill Clinton and his Foundation have certainly been in the news lately, for all the wrong reasons.

I did not spend that $50 million on travel, not a single time …

Bill Clinton’s foundation has spent more than $50 million on travel expenses since 2003, an analysis of the non-profit’s tax forms reveal.

The web of foundations run by the former president spent an eye-opening $12.1 million on travel in 2011 alone, according to an internal audit conducted by foundation accountants. That’s enough to by 12,000 air tickets costing $1,000 each, or 33 air tickets each day of the year.

That overall figure includes travel costs for the William J. Clinton Foundation (to which Hillary and Chelsea are now attached) of $4.2 million on travel in 2011, the most recent year where figures are available.

Three teens who could have been Barack Obama’s son murder a white Australian baseball player Chris Lane in  Duncan, Oklahoma.Why did the three thugs do it … just for the fun of it because they were “bored”. UNREAL.  15 year old James Edwards and 17 year old Chancey Luna were charged with first degree murder.  17 year old Michael Jones was charged as an accessory to the killing. The callous story of what occurred the day of the murder is simply inhuman.  The three thugs spotted Chris Lane jogging along a road in an upper-class area of Duncan on Friday. The three then got into a car driven by Jones, drove behind Lane and then Luna shot him with .22 caliber revolver in the back.  The three will be charged as adults.

Question: What kind of low life’s have we raised in this country that would be so void of conscience? Seriously, how does any kid become like this who decides because they are bored, go kill somebody. Their parents should probably be charged as well. And while we are questioning adults … where are the cries from Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama? Can you imagine what would have happened had three white kids had gunned down a black kid because they were bored?

District Attorney Jason Hicks said outside the first court hearing in the Oklahoma town of Duncan that he was “going to do everything I can to ensure these three thugs pay for what they did to Christopher Lane”.

“To those friends of ours in Australia, we would say to you this is not Duncan, Oklahoma,” Mr Hicks said.

“This is not Stephens County, Oklahoma.”

Stephens County Courthouse heard how one of the boys accused of murdering Lane, 22, danced and laughed as he was taken into a police station to be charged after the killing on Friday.

James Edwards, 15, was treating the murder as a joke, Mr Hicks told the hearing.

Mr Hicks told the court that Edwards has previously been in contact with police, and that he had “an attitude of total disregard for law enforcement” when he was being charged over Lane’s death.

So who gets blamed for this sick and twisted thrill kill … The NRA of course.  Earlier in the day, former deputy prime minister Tim Fischer has urged Australian tourists to boycott the United States  in the wake of the shooting murder of the Melbourne baseball star. Before the Libs start blaming guns and the NRA and cry for stricter gun laws or the banning of all guns, some one may want to state the obvious that all three thugs were under age and could not buy a gun legally anyhow.

This is the bitter harvest and legacy of the policies of the NRA that even blocked background checks for people buying guns at gunshows.

“People should take this into account before going to the United States.

“I am deeply angry about this because of the callous attitude of the three teenagers (but) it’s a sign of the proliferation of guns on the ground in the USA.

“There is a gun for almost every American.”

Barack Obama Asks Supreme Court To Allow Warrantless Cellphone Searches … The Hell with the 4th Amendment

Isn’t this special, Barack Obama asks the US Supreme Court to allow warrantless cellphone searches. So much for the US Constitution and the 4th Amendment under this imperial president. Jammie Wearing Fool asks,  remember when they said if we voted for Mitt Romney our freedom and liberties would be further eroded? It appears that they were correct in an convoluted Saul Alinsky kind of way.

If the police arrest you, do they need a warrant to rifle through your cellphone? Courts have been split on the question. Last week the Obama administration asked the Supreme Court to resolve the issue and rule that the Fourth Amendment allows warrantless cellphone searches.

In 2007, the police arrested a Massachusetts man who appeared to be selling crack cocaine from his car. The cops seized his cellphone and noticed that it was receiving calls from “My House.” They opened the phone to determine the number for “My House.” That led them to the man’s home, where the police found drugs, cash and guns.

The defendant was convicted, but on appeal he argued that accessing the information on his cellphone without a warrant violated his Fourth Amendment rights. Earlier this year, the First Circuit Court of Appeals accepted the man’s argument, ruling that the police should have gotten a warrant before accessing any information on the man’s phone.

The Obama Administration disagrees. In a petition filed earlier this month asking the Supreme Court to hear the case, the government argues that the First Circuit’s ruling conflicts with the rulings of several other appeals courts, as well as with earlier Supreme Court cases. Those earlier cases have given the police broad discretion to search possessions on the person of an arrested suspect, including notebooks, calendars and pagers. The government contends that a cellphone is no different than any other object a suspect might be carrying.

Endangered Person Advisory: 12 Year Old Adrianna Horton Missing Since 8/19/13 in Barton County, MO … Suspect Taken into Custody But Girl Still Missing (Update: 34 Year Old Bobby Bourne Charged With Kidnapping) (Update: Body of Adrianna Horton Found Deceased)

12 year old Adrianna Horton has been missing since in Golden City, MO. Horton was seen getting into a vehicle Monday afternoon at 5 pm. The vehicle was later stopped at about 6:30 PM, the suspect was taken into custody; however, the child was not the car. Adrianna Horton is still missing. Police continue the search for missing Adrianna Horton.

The sheriff says she was seen getting into a vehicle in Golden City around 5:00pm Monday afternoon.  The vehicle was stopped an hour-and-a-half later with the suspect being taken into custody, but Horton wasn’t in the vehicle.

The FBI and Missouri Highway Patrol are also assisting with the search.  A helicopter could be used at daybreak Tuesday if Horton isn’t found.

Horton is described as 4’ 5” tall and weighs 70 pounds.  She has short brown hair, brown eyes with a fair complexion.

The Barton County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at Golden Ave at High St, Golden City at 5:15 P.M. on August 19, 2013.

Missing Is: Adrianna Horton a white, female, age 12

The endangered missing person: Adrianna Horton, is a white, female, age 12, hgt 4’05″, 70 lbs, short brown hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, wearing pink t-shirt with hearts on it and jean shorts.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident (Include pertinent medical, mental, or other well being information): Adrianna Horton was observed getting into a vehicle at approximately 5:00 P.M. on August 19, 2013.  The suspect and vehicle were located at approximately 6:30 P.M. on August 19, 2013.  The suspect has been taken into custody and the vehicle impounded.  Horton is still missing.

Investigators have scheduled a briefing for 10:00 Tuesday morning where more details may be released.

UPDATE I: 34 year old  Bobby Bourne has been charged with the kidnapping of 12 year old Adrianna Horton.

Bobby Bourne, the man who has been charged with kidnapping of 12 year old is described as a family acquaintance. Bourne is being held in the Barton County jail on $1 million bond.

34-year-old Bobby Bourne is charged tonight with kidnapping 12-year-old Adrianna Horton. Police say the man from Lockwood was last seen with the girl in a park Monday.

Horton’s eight-year-old sister said Bourne drove up to the girls three times while they were playing in the park.

“He said, ‘Can you help me find my two youngest daughters? They went over to their best friend’s house,’” Lydia Horton said while clutching a picture of her big sister. “Then he said to Sissy, ‘ I have a secret to tell you when we get on the highway.’”

The girl said she turned around and her big sister was gone. Lydia said she ran to her grandmother’s house and told the adults that Adrianna had disappeared.

“What upsets me the most is, she knew this man, she played with this guy’s kids,” said her grandmother. “She would not have gotten into that car willingly.”

UPDATE II: Sad news in the case of missing 12 year old Adrianna Horton. She has been found deceased.

A body was found today in the search for a kidnapped 12-year-old girl, although authorities in Missouri said a positive identification had not been made.

Adriaunna Horton’s father, James Horton, told KMBC-TV that his daughter’s body had been found.

A spokesman for the Missouri State Highway Patrol declined to disclose where the body was found, KMBC reported, but confirmed the search effort for Horton has been suspended.
