The National School Lunch Program, that is supported by first lady Michelle Obama is a failure. Just one yard after it was implemented, many school districts are dropping out of the federal lunch program because the children are not just eating it. “They say it tastes like vomit”. As more and more children, either go hungry for the rest of the day, or bring in their own lunches and don’t buy the lunches, the program cannot afford to pay for itself. How comical, the kids won’t eat the food and lunch rooms are losing money. This administration can get nothing right.

After just one year, some schools around the country are dropping out of the healthier new federal lunch program, complaining that so many students turned up their noses at meals packed with whole grains, fruits and vegetables that the cafeterias were losing money.
Federal officials say they don’t have exact numbers but have seen isolated reports of schools cutting ties with the $11 billion National School Lunch Program, which reimburses schools for meals served and gives them access to lower-priced food.
Districts that rejected the program say the reimbursement was not enough to offset losses from students who began avoiding the lunch line and bringing food from home or, in some cases, going hungry.
Look for this administration to put a penalty in place for those who do not buy the healthy lunches much like Obamacare. Didn’t Obama promise you can keep the lunch you had and it would cost less?

Lets face it everything these two try to force on the American people is a flop. Now lets just wait and see what a train wreck Obama Health care is going to be, and the bombing of Syria. 2016 cannot come quick enough.
obama is hired to do a job and we expect the same from michelle, we have yet to see it….we all know what they say isn’t what they do. Their not eating food in the White House that tastes like vomit. Lunch is something the appetite looks forward to but for children deciding not to eat and go hungry because the food tastes so bad just isn’t healthy. The obama’s are stupid, does anything with them ever make good sense.

I am a school kitchen worker. It is so upseting to the kids as well as it is to me to serve this food to my kids. They just throw it away they are so unhappy over this change. I am losing money kids wont eatso they bring own lunch or dont eat at all.Not eating is very bad for thier health more so then feeding them the way we use to. What was wrong with the 5 food groups?? at least the kids ate it and was happy. Have you ever ate cake with whole wheat or whole grain flour YUCK. I am at a district that can not opt out of the program i would if i could.We have a high amount of low income so lets feed them this crap and make them even more umhappy over things at school. IF WE NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE I SAY LET US GO BACK LIKE IT WAS
Mama Obama you should be ashamed to even say you are for our kids. Why would you do this to them. Pushing so many fruits and vegetables down thier throats. Not enough food to keep them full all day.We all in food service work hard at what we do trying to feed these kids healthy and we use to make good lunches for them. At least back then they were happy and healthy. I dont feel your children eat this way at school. If so i am sure you dont except them to eat it WHY? what are you thinking it sure isnt our kids you have in mind.It is so much more paper work, food cost is highier, kids are unhappy. I think children that go hungry is so important to me. Let us go back to the ways we use to feed them.
barak obama is eating a big fat heart attack, and yet it seems like his wife is telling our kids what they can and cant eat. also michelle obamas healthy lunches program is a waste of food. so many kids throw away the food that they are supposedly forced to take, else they cant get food. way to go michelle. some of the things the obamas do i dont really care, i am told they do their best to make this country great. and some of the things they do is good, wile others arent. like the obama care. i did some research and it seems like every time they have to make a correction, they take it from the people’s TAXES. thanks alot.
who knows maybe that pic is photo copied. who am i to judge what the president eats. i probably eat way worse than him. im a senior in high school. i hate what we get in the lunch rooms, no more pickles, donuts, salt, and we must have at least one fruit or vegetable. that is a waste of food. so i eat my food only because i dont want to waist it.
