6 Year Old Ahlitta North Missing Since in 7/12/13 in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana (Update: Found Deceased in Garbage Can) … Rest in Peace

Six year old Ahlitta North has been missing since Friday, July 12, 2013 in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Ahlitta North was last seen Friday night at 11 p.m. in her home in the 2900 block of Destrehan Avenue in Harvey just before bed. However, what happened after that is unknown. But around 8:30 Saturday morning, the family discovered the child was missing prompting a search by authorities, friends and family. There were no signs of a forced entry.  The stepfather Albert Hill discovered the child missing and the front door unlocked. He had stated that he thought he had locked the door that night, “the door was unlocked, and I know I locked the door, the burglary bars and the regular door.”

“I’ve been walking from door to door, even asking people on the street to spread the word. This child missing is six-years-old. My questions is, she’s six-years-old, how did she get out the house?” said church member Darrel Henderson.

“There was no signs of forced entry,” said Col. Johnny Fortunato of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Fortunato said several personal items of the child’s were also missing. Ahlitta has braided shoulder-length hear and was last seen wearing a gray tank top with pink pajama pants.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this child or about her disappearance is asked to contact the JPSO Missing Persons Bureau at 504.364.5300 or Crimestoppers at 504.822.1111 or toll-free at 877.903.7867. UPDATE I: A sad a terrible conclusion in the case of missing 6 Year Old Ahlitta North. Authorities found the girls body stabbed and stuffed in a trash can down the street from her home in Jefferson Parish. The police have issued an arrest warrant for Matthew Flugence, the nephew of Ahlittia’s stepfather.  Flugence’s 21 year old brother Russell  was also arrested for obstruction of justice in the case. Authorities state that Russell Flugence had information about the crime that he didn’t come forward.

Louisiana authorities said Tuesday they found the body of a missing 6-year-old girl, stabbed and stuffed in a trash can down the street from her home.

Ahlittia North had been missing since Saturday morning. Her mother awoke to find her gone from their apartment in the New Orleans suburb of Harvey.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Matthew Flugence, who is the nephew of Ahlittia’s stepfather and who often babysat for her, Sheriff Newell Normand said.

After she was reported missing Saturday, investigators spent all day combing her neighborhood, looking in alleys, Dumpsters and boarded-up fourplexes. They found a pool of blood in one of the buildings, Normand said, and when DNA results came back Monday evening showing the blood belonged to Ahlittia, investigators searched the area again.

That’s when they found the girl’s body in a garbage can, wrapped in a blanket from her house and covered in a garbage bag, Normand said.

Investigators looked at the garbage can during their first search of the neighborhood, so they know the body was put inside sometime after Saturday — but they still don’t know when, he said.

As the Jury Deliberates the George Zimmerman Murder Case in the Death of Trayvon Martin … When Will the Idiots on Twitter & Social Media be Tried for Threats & Promoting Violence?

Sorry, death threats on social media and the Internet is not free speech.

The prosecution stated in their closing arguments that this case was not about race. Really? One might say that the case has been nothing but about race. Individuals have called Zimmerman a racist for targeting Martin, a black teen. The race baitors have called the Sanford, FL police and the original prosecutors for not arresting George Zimmerman initially.

But beyond that, as the 6 woman jury deliberates the guilt or innocence of George Zimmerman as to whether he acted in self-defense in killing Trayvon Martin as Zimmerman’s head was being beaten into the concrete or whether they believe that Zimmerman committed the unlawful killing of Trayvon Martin, but there is another question that needs to be asked and answers … who is going to go after the individuals on twitter and social media who have made death threats against George Zimmerman and incited riots? The authorities have asked for calm, the family of Trayvon Martin have asked for calm and so have the family of George Zimmerman. That has not stopped the heinous and horrendous threats against George Zimmerman. Why are these people not being held responsibly for irresponsible comments. This is not free speech, they are threats. But this is what has become of reverse racism in this country.

How is the following allowed?

From Infowars,

Having tracked such threats for the last two weeks, it is clear that the volume of vows to stage violent disorder is now clearly at its peak as police prepare to counter flash mob violence in both Sanford and Miami.

The defense for George Zimmerman presented its closing argument this morning with the jury expected to deliver its verdict by the middle of next week. However, the rights and wrongs of the case have to a great extent been overshadowed by sustained threats by Trayvon Martin supporters to spark Rodney King-style riots if Zimmerman is found not guilty.

Extremist groups like the New Black Panthers have also promised to oversee a “rebellion” if Zimmerman is acquitted, warning that “If Zimmerman is acquitted there is likely to be unrest all over America, It will be way beyond the capacity of the NBPP.”

Go to Info Wars and see the endless number of death threats against Zimmerman and the threats of riots if these individuals do not get the verdict they want. In other words, the only verdict these folks will consider proper is guilty, otherwise they need to riot and not only harm George Zimmerman, but any one else who looks like that “creepy ass cracker”.

Sorry, but these people need to be tried for making threats. Individuals need to understand there are consequences for their actions and you don’t get to make death threats or threats of violence. This is just a sad commentary of what society has become. This is also what happens when you have an ignorant and divisive President of the United States in Barack Obama interject himself into an investigation and make the ridiculous comment that if he had a son he would look like Trayvon.

Pranked Fox Affiliate KTVU TV Station Reports “Sum Ting Wong “Ho Lee Fuk,” “Wi Tu Lo” As Asiana Llight 214 Crash Pilots

Are you kidding me that some one actually fell for this prank? And the media criticized blogs for not fact checking and editing … LOL!!!

As reported by Deadspin, San Francisco Bay area Fox affiliate KTVU learned the names of the flight crew of Asiana flight 214, which crashed last Saturday at San Francisco International Airport, killing two, now three. They went on air and stated the four named of the pilots: “Sum Ting Wong,” “Wi Tu Lo,” “Ho Lee Fuk,” and “Bang Ding Ow”. HUH?  What made it even worse was the newscaster’s serious reading of the names that puts it over the top. Good grief. I am sorry, but how new a news station not get what was a 4th grade telephone prank when I was a kid? How could no one have realized that this was an obvious spoof?

How long will it take for some one to call KTVU and ask whether their refrigerator is running?

Video via The Gateway Pundit

KTVU offered an apology after they realized they had been had.

On Friday, July 12, during the KTVU Channel 2 Noon newscast, we misidentified the pilots in the Asiana Airlines crash.

We made several mistakes when we received this information. First, we never read the names out loud, phonetically sounding them out.

Then, during our phone call to the NTSB where the person confirmed the spellings of the names, we never asked that person to give us their position with the agency.

We heard this person verify the information without questioning who they were and then rushed the names on our noon newscast.

The NTSB said late Friday that an intern had confirmed to a California news station the fake names of the pilots aboard the crashed Asiana flight in San Francisco. NTSB Press Release on the incident:

The National Transportation Safety Board apologizes for inaccurate and offensive names that were mistakenly confirmed as those of the pilots of Asiana flight 214, which crashed at San Francisco International Airport on July 6.

Earlier today, in response to an inquiry from a media outlet, a summer intern acted outside the scope of his authority when he erroneously confirmed the names of the flight crew on the aircraft.

The NTSB does not release or confirm the names of crewmembers or people involved in transportation accidents to the media. We work hard to ensure that only appropriate factual information regarding an investigation is released and deeply regret today’s incident.

Appropriate actions will be taken to ensure that such a serious error is not repeated.

George Zimmerman Murder Trial “Race Politics” … State Attorney Angela Corey Fires IT Director Ben Kruidbos Who Raised Concerns in Trayvon Martin Case about Evidence Discovery

Isn’t justice supposed to be separate from politics? How about “race politics”? Not in the George Zimmerman murder trial in the death of Trayvon Martin

State Attorney Angela Corey has fired Ben Kruidbos, the IT director for the State of Florida, who raised concerns in the George Zimmerman murder trial in the death of Trayvon Martin. Last month Ben Kruidbos testified about his concerns that the prosecution did not provide information to the George Zimmerman defense team. Defense attorney Mark O’Mara has commented on numerous occasions and expressed his concern over the actions of the prosecution handing over information in a timely and proper manner.  So the obvious question that needs to be asked, why now? What a vengeful and bias effort on the part of Angela Corey. Some one does the right thing and makes mention of possible misconduct by the prosecution and for his efforts, he is fired.

Zimmerman_Ben_ Kruidbos

State Attorney Angela Corey fired her office’s information technology director Friday after he testified last month about being concerned prosecutors did not turn over information to George Zimmerman’s defense team in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

On the same day attorneys finished their closing arguments in that nationally watched trial, a state attorney investigator went to Ben Kruidbos’ home about 7:30 a.m. to hand-deliver a letter stating Kruidbos “can never again be trusted to step foot in this office.”

The letter contended Kruibos did a poor job overseeing the information technology department, violated public records law for retaining documents, and noted he was questioned in March when the office was trying to determine who had leaked personnel information obtained through a computer breach.

IT director who raised questions about Zimmerman case fired.

Through his attorney, Wesley White, Kruidbos informed Zimmerman’s defense team that the information existed.

In court, Kruidbos testified he was concerned that he potentially could be held liable if information wasn’t shared. He said, “all the information is important in the process to ensure its a fair trial.”

The defense believes Kruidbos’ testimony is relevant because it supports their claim that the state violated rules of discovery.

Can you say “WHISTLE-BLOWER”? Is Kruidbos being scape-goated by Angela Corey in an attempt to try and dismiss his future words against the State as a possible “whistle-blower”? Kruidbos is being represented by attorney Wesley White,  who resigned from the State Attorney’s Office in December and is a critic of Corey.

In an interview Friday, Kruidbos denied the allegations in the letter, which was written by Cheryl Peek, the managing director of the State Attorney’s Office.

He said he had acted in good faith about “genuine concerns.” He said he had been proud to work at the State Attorney’s Office and feared the letter would cripple his chances at finding another job to support his family, including a 4-month-old son.

“I don’t have any regrets,” he said, “but I am terrified about the future and what that will end up being.”

His attorney Wesley White — who resigned from the State Attorney’s Office in December and is a critic of Corey — said the firing was aimed at sending a message to office employees “that if they feel like there is wrongdoing,” they should not disclose it or seek legal guidance from a private attorney.

Ben Kruidbos testified on June 6, 2013 in sanctions hearing during the George Zimmerman murder trial

So why was Ben Kruidbos really fired? He dared say something bad and in good faith about the conduct of the prosecuting attorney in the George Zimmerman case. Kruidbos was concerned about the data and the source file was not matching.

Kruidbos said he became concerned that lead prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda might not have turned over Kruidbos’ report to defense attorneys. Kruidbos asked White in April for legal advice and described some contents of his report such as a photo of an African-American hand holding a gun, a photo of a plant resembling marijuana, and a text message referring to a gun transaction.

White then contacted one of Zimmerman’s attorneys and learned the defense had not received the report generated by Kruidbos. The defense did receive the source file from the cellphone and used its own experts to extract data.

Last month, Zimmerman’s attorneys subpoenaed both White and Kruidbos during a pretrial hearing on their motion seeking sanctions against prosecutors. Circuit Judge Debra Nelson deferred a ruling until after the trial.

Obviously we can see how politics is working in Florida and that all the cards are stacked against George Zimmerman. Anyone who takes emotion out of the equation can see that this is a “self defense” case. That is what the original prosecutor and Chief of police thought. For their efforts, they were both forced out of office. Former Sanford police chief Bill Lee told CNN in an interview that he was fired for not arresting George Zimmerman and political pressure was brought to bear. We can now see that he was telling the truth, because look what just happened to Ben Kruidbos.
