I give Bill O’Reilly a lot of credit for discussing the situation for fear of being branded a racists …
Fox News Bill O’Reilly blasted Al Sharpton, the race hustler for his failure to help the black community and only promote racial division while making money in the process. Previously, O’Reilly did a talking points memo as to what the real problems were in the black community and was spot on. However, the race hustlers like Sharpton could never accept such comments because it did not promote racial divide and Sharpton could not turn a profit off it. It is a sad state of affairs when today’s Civil Rights activists are nothing more than agitators and the MSM gives them credibility. In the end, O’Reilly stated that Sharpton’s days are over, done! I could only hope so for the sake of the black community and racial peace in the United States.
“Sharpton and others are attacking me because I am a threat to them. They have failed. FAILED. to deal with problems in the black community and they make a lot of money promoting racial division… Talking Points believes the day of the race hustler has come to an end. This we and them business gets the country nowhere. There are severe problems in the black community that have to be solved… You bet, Al. Your day is done.”

Check out the talking points memo from O’Reilly that started it all as to the real problems in the black community. To not have a real conversation on the black community, not just racism … is the real racism. How can whites, blacks, anyone just sit by and watch it continue to happen without lifting a finger? O’Reilly called out the black race baiting merchants to address the real problems, not pray on the continued racial division and jump on the anti-George Zimmerman band wagon.
You want a conversation, You got it. The only problem is it has to be an honest conversation and stop the nonsense and for leaders to actually lead the way to a better America and stop the victimization. Those were basically the sentiments of Bill O’Reilly. Of course he will be branded a racist for actually caring and wanting to make a real difference.

CNN’s Don Lemon Backs Up Bill O’Reilly: ‘He Doesn’t Go Far Enough’ In Criticizing Black Culture

Lemon played a clip of O’Reilly stating, “The reason there is so much violence and chaos in the black precincts is the disintegration of the African American family…Raised without much structure, young black men often reject education and gravitate towards the street culture, drugs, hustling, gangs. Nobody forces them to do that. Again, it is a personal decision.”
“Bill’s got a point,” Lemon said. “In fact, he’s got more than a point…In my estimation, he doesn’t go far enough.”
Lemon then listed five essential reforms black men need to make in their lives in order to improve themselves and their communities: hike up their pants, remove the n-word from their vocabulary, take care of their communities, finish high school, and lower the rate of children born out of wedlock.

Independent thinking that does not conform with the agenda of race-baiters does prevail in the the African American community. The only problem intimidation prevents many independent thinkers from speaking out.
Norfolk NAACP president under fire for Facebook post

A Facebook post by the president of the Norfolk NAACP about the George Zimmerman trial has sparked criticism.
According to an image of the post shown on WAVY-TV, Tristan Breaux, 25, wrote, “I wonder why is it that we are always willing to say someone who clearly had a shaky past, was the victim. Are we blinded about why Trayvon was at his dad’s house in the first place, and why he wasn’t at home at the time he was shot? Please think logically and not racially.” ….
Several local NAACP members asked Breaux to take the post down, and he initially refused, said Jeffrey Logan, a former member of the local chapter’s executive committee.
“With a sensitive issue like this, for an NAACP president to post that – it’s not a good thing,” said former Norfolk NAACP President Bob Rawls.
Logan and Rawls said Breaux should resign his position.
MEMBERS OF THE BRANCH’S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SAID THEY HAVE NO PLANS TO SEEK HIS REMOVAL.

This is something that Bill should have addressed. I hope this is just a beginning and that he will get help from others to drive this effort.
The entire problem is that the likes of Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton ,to name two, have hi-jacked the efforts that Martin Luther King began and turned it into a money machine for themselves.
This needs to be addressed. The black community does not aspire to the values of the majority of people. The federal government is part and parcel of this via the destruction of the black family with the “Great Society Program”.
As long as the Democrat/Socialists have a majority in any house of the Congress and that includes some of the GOP as well, correction of this misplaced program will not happen. The section 8 housing and paying young black women when they have babies out of wedlock is the driving force.
This also comes from the black churches too. Black liberation theology is all about victims and disrespectful behavior to the main community. In fact, it is an ugly presentation of communism and socialism to the congregation.
The paper by John Hayward titled “How to be Stupid” carried on the Red State site recently should be a guide given to all of these poor people.
Being “too white” is being used to attack the small percentage who understand what it takes to escape from the getto.
This is the conversation that we need to be having. Quit playing the race card, stand up and be a good citizen, raise your kids, teach them to be respectful.
Is there still racism in America. Of course. But there are racists of every race. Let’s call it like we see it. I don’t owe people anything but respect for who they are. And I expect the same in return.

People wanting to express their gratitude to George for saving their lives in and overturned vehicle that could of burst into flames and exploded, but are suppressed and afraid of doing so.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Civil rights leaders on Wednesday hailed the passage of a Los Angeles City Council resolution calling for federal prosecutors to investigate the death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin.
In a 13-0 vote, the Council passed the resolution by Councilmember Bernard Parks, which urged the U.S. Department of Justice and the Attorney General to conduct an investigation into possible civil rights violations in Martin’s death.
The vote makes L.A. one of the first U.S. cities to formally endorse a federal civil rights probe announced by U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder in July. ….
