IRS Deliberately Chose Not to Fess Up to Scandal Before Election … If this Fact Came Out in Middle of 2012 Election, “Terrain would have looked very different” (VIDEO)
IRS SCANDAL: From the Weekly Standard, the IRS knew the scandal and Conservative, political witch hunt that was going on in their department and deliberately chose not to tell Congress. Not one person in the IRS came forward as a whistle-blower and had the integrity and ethics to tell anyone what was going on. NBC’s Lisa Myers reported this morning that the IRS deliberately chose not to reveal that it had wrongly targeted conservative groups until after the 2012 presidential election. Imagine if this information came out during the 2012 Presidential election, the results might have looked very different. So in order to find the guilty, follow the money, or in this case the power, and who had the most to lose or gain. Sorry, but that goes straight to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and Barack Obama.
“[I]f this fact came out in September 2012, in the middle of a presidential election? The terrain would have looked very different.”
The IRS commissioner “has known for at least a year that this was going on,” said Myers, “and that this had happened. And did he share any of that information with the White House? But even more importantly, Congress is going to ask him, why did you mislead us for an entire year?

This is just more proof that the IRS has become a rogue agency that is and has broken the law time after time and gotten away with doing it.
The House needs to appoint a special prosecutor and begin investigations and criminal procedures against those found to be using power against the people. At the same time, they should issue a bill to defund the majority of the functions the IRS performs.
The third thing is to prepare legislation for repeal of the 16th amendment to be sent to the states for ratification and close this rogue portion of government forever.
