Multiple Bombing in Beantown … Terror at the Boston Marathon

Terror has struck running of the Boston Marathon. Two explosions have rocked the Boston Marathon at the finish line of the race at 2:50 pm. The race was diverted and then was stopped as police and fire crews swept the area. A third  device was found, which was purposely detonated by Boston Police at Boylston Street. Following the explosions, all hell broke loose as people tried to flee the destruction and carnage. However, many were injured, maimed and worse. Fox News is reporting 2 dead and dozens injured. Sadly, the Boston Marathon was turned into a war zone. OMG, the pics are just gruesome, see here, but please be warned.

For anyone who has watched the Boston Marathon on Patriots Day and knows just how packed the streets get in anticipation of the pack crossing the finish line knows just how crowded it can be. Especially when the Boston Red Sox game gets over early from it’s 11:00 am start on Patriots Day. Say a prayer for the victims of this senseless tragedy.

UPDATE II: Boston Herald reports 3 dead and 134 injured as two huge blasts rock Boston Marathon finish line.

Two huge explosions rocked the Boston Marathon finish line at Copley Square just before 3 p.m. today, killing three and injuring 134 at last count, including several traumatic amputations on streets crowded with runners, spectators and post-race partiers.

Many of those injured are children — including an 8-year-old killed in the blast, the Herald has learned. Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis said tonight there is “no suspect” and the death toll is now at three.

Obama railed on Mitt Romney for paying less of an effective tax rate than most Americans, yet guess what America … so did Obama. If he really felt so inclined that this should not happen, why did he not instruct his accountants to structure his tax return so that he paid an effective rate of 30%? During a stopover on his European tour Friday, teen music sensation Justin Bieber visited The Anne Frank House, the Amsterdam museum dedicated to preserving the memory of the 15 year old  holocaust victim who died in the Bergen-Belsen Nazi concentration camp in 1945. The self-absorbed Bieber left the following comment in the guest book: “It’s truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber.” WTF!!! Just how insensitive and self-centered could this punk possibly be? Where does one even go with the complete disrespect that Bieber showed for Anne Frank, who chronicled her ordeal hiding from the Nazis during World War II in ‘The Diary of Anne Frank’.   Let us never forget the difference between Anne Frank and Justin Bieber, Frank is a hero, Bieber is a ZERO!
