NRA’s Wayne LaPierre Blasts Nanny Mayor Bloomberg on Guns, Calls Him “Insane” And “Reckless” On NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’ … “He Can’t Buy America”

The NRA has gained the advantage over Obama, Feinstein and gun grabbing Democrats the longer “We  the People” have to think about the issue and use common sense thinking as opposed to the  knee-jerk, emotional, exploitative Democrat agenda following the Newtown, CT shooting.

This morning on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’,the NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre  responded to and blasted the political opinions of the 1% New York City Nanny Mayor Michael Bloomberg. LaPierre told host David Gregory that he thinks Bloomberg is ‘reckless’ and he [Bloomberg] can’t spend enough of his $27 billion to try to impose his will on the American public. Bloomberg had previously announced that he will spend $12 million of his fortune to run anti-gun ads around the country. Where is the MSM demonizing the rich, 1% NYC Mayor for trying to buy his position?  As the Lonely Conservative aptly stated, Make no mistake about it America, Bloomberg is hardly a fan of the Second Amendment and any thing that says he is could not be farther from the truth. Bloomberg will take away your guns the same way he took away your salt and attempted to take away your large sodas.  Wayne LaPierre stated it beautifully, “he can’t buy America.”

The man behind the advertisement is not known for his kinship with the gun crowd: Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, the nation’s fiercest advocate of restrictions on firearms since the December rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.

From Mediaite:

NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre  lashed out at a wide range of the political opinions held by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg on NBC’s Meet The Press this morning. LaPierre told host David Gregory that he thinks Bloomberg is ‘reckless’ and that he won’t beat the NRA because of its grassroots support.

“He’s going to find out this is a country of the people, by the people, and for the people. And he can’t spend enough of his $27 billion to try to impose his will on the American public. They don’t want him in their restaurants, they don’t want him in their homes, they don’t want him telling what food to eat, they sure don’t want him telling what self-defense firearms to own and he can’t buy America,” said LaPierre.

Bloomberg announced last night that he will spend $12 million of his fortune to run anti-gun ads around the country. LaPierre told Gregory that the NRA is not intimidated by these plans because of their vast grassroots and small donor support from around the country. “We have people all over, millions of people, sending us 5, 10, 15, 20 dollar checks telling us to stand up to this guy that says that we can only have three bullets, which is what he said. Stand up to this guy that says ridiculous things like, ‘The NRA wants firearms with nukes on them.’ I mean it’s insane the stuff he says,” LaPierre said.

Nanny Bloomberg thinks because he is Mayor of New York and has a lot of money, he can tell everyone what to do.

LaPierre is right on target in tell the media about the people of the country supporting the constitutional right of the people to keep and bear arms. LaPierre handed Bloomberg his head in the interview.

In addition, Bloomberg lost his so called health edicts in the courts this past week. He does not have authority to pass laws or ordinances that have not been authorized by the City Council.

The audacity of the powerful to attempt imposition
of their personal vision(s) on the rest of We the People.
Power in the form of earned money, ill gotten money,
confiscatory taxation, and the rest seems to endow the
possessors of the dough with God-like aspirations.
Expression of these crazy thoughts proves the King(s)
      have no clothes!

This entire ‘Progressive’ movement is plagued with these
      idiots.

Looks like a big enough portion of the wealth
of the ‘Progressives’ is spent on key influence
peddlers such as the MSM, activist groups with
      causes, community organizers, bureaucrats
who wish to live high and keep their jobs, unions/
organized labor, educational content, and so on
that propaganda, control, and indoctrination can
      proceed.

Considering the sequence: (1) Nudge, (2) Push
      (3) Shove, and (4) Force, we are somewhere between
      3 & 4 IMHO.
