Former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle Shot Dead at Texas Shooting Range … Suspect Eddie Ray Routh Arrested & Charged with Two Counts of Murder

A real American hero is dead.

Chris Kyle, a former U.S. Navy SEAL and the US  sniper credited with the largest number of confirmed kills, was one of two people fatally shot at a North Texas shooting range Saturday. Kyle recorded more than 150 sniper kills, the most in U.S. military history. It is being reported that Kyle was shot a point blank range as Kyle was working with a veteran at the time of the shooting. The shooting occurred in Erath County, Texas, some 50 miles from Fort Worth. Chris Kyle is the author of the New York Times best selling book, ‘American Sniper’. Chad Littlefield was also killed. Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster was arraigned early Sunday on two counts of capital murder in the deaths of Kyle and Littlefield.

Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster was arraigned early Sunday on two counts of capital murder in the deaths of Kyle, 38, and Chad Littlefield, 35, at the shooting range about 50 miles southwest of Fort Worth.

Capt. Jason Upshaw with the Erath County Sheriff’s Office said Routh used a semi-automatic handgun, which authorities later found at his home. Upshaw said ballistics tests weren’t complete Sunday, but authorities believe the gun was used in the shootings. Upshaw declined to give any more details about the gun.

A close friend tells Breitbart News that Chris Kyle was at a veterans’ charity event, helping a fellow military member learn sniper shooting technique, and that he was shot by a Marine suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome. The suspect, Eddie Ray Routh, has been arrested in Lancaster, Texas in connection with the shooting.

This is the reason why Americans have a Second Amendment right to bear arms … to protect one’s self against thugs and a thug-like government.

A woman’s basketball coach at Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Detroit. Michigan shot two would be attackers with his conceal license hand gun. The coach protected himself and two other female basketball players who he was walking to their car in the school parking lot from two thugs. One of the attackers pulled a gun and grabbed the coach. The 70 year old coach, who had a conceal permit, pulled his gun and shot the two punks. He wounded one and killed the other. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Police sources tell 7 Action News that a women’s basketball coach from Martin Luther King, Jr. Senior High School shot two men who attacked him as he was walking two basketball players to their cars in the school parking lot.

Police sources say the coach was walking the two girls to their cars when two men allegedly approached and one pulled out a gun and grabbed him by his chain necklace. The coach then pulled out his gun and shot both of them, according to sources.

 You will never hear Obama, his minions or the national MSM touting such acts of defense by an American using their Second Amendment right to bear arms.

In an Obama, anti-gun world, the two thugs would have robbed these three victims, possibly killed them and done God knows what to the two females. All of this would have taken place before police could have ever been called to the scene. One which would have been a crime scene. Instead, in this case Americans took it upon their own to protect themselves and not be made victims. This is why we do not depend on government for self-protection.

Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta Admits on ‘Meet the Press’ that Information from Waterboarding Led US to Death of Bin Laden

Another White House lie debunked …

This morning on NBC’s ‘Meet the Press’, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta admitted that information from Waterboarding lead to tracking down and the killing of Al-Qaeda mastermind terrorist Osama Bin Laden. So much for President Obama and his lap dog media’s parroting that waterboarding played no issue in killing Bin Laden.

“The real story was that in order to put the puzzle of intelligence together that led us to Bin Laden, there were a lot of pieces out there that were a part of that puzzle. Yes, some of it came from some of the tactics that were used at that time, interrogation tactics that were used. But the fact is we put together most of that intelligence without having to resort to that.”

The Gateway Pundit reminds us that this was not the first time that Panetta had made such comments.

Thanks to Obamacare Smith & Nephew Orthopedics Laying Off 100 Workers Because of 2.3% Excise Tax on Medical Devices

Obamacare costs Americans more jobs …

The 100 employees who are being laid off at  Smith & Nephew Orthopedics in Memphis, TN and Andover, MA can than President Barack Obama and Obamacare for their new found unemployment. The lay offs are being attributed to Obamacare and the excise tax was built into the Affordable Healthcare Act and took effect on January 1, 2013 that puts a 2.3% tax on medical devices. Just yet more brilliance from Barack Obama and the government take over of healthcare. With a poor economy and a jobs market that continues to struggle with job growth, Obama has done his part to make sure even more Americans lose their jobs. All in the name of taxes and increasing g revenue to pay fro his boondoggle called Obamacare.

I guess its kind of hard for you to keep your insurance and doctors like I promised if you lose your job, eh?

Smith & Nephew Orthopedics is laying off an estimated 100 employees in Memphis and Andover, Mass., citing the 2.3 percent excise tax on orthopedic device companies as the reason.

Joe Metzger, senior vice president of corporate communications for Smith & Nephew, said the tax is impacting “a number of companies across the U.S.”

“Smith & Nephew is not immune from this added expense burden,” Metzger said in a statement. “Unfortunately, and in order to absorb this cost burden into our business, this has meant less than 100 positions have been made redundant across various departmental functions in our Tennessee and Massachusetts sites. The company is providing the affected employees with a comprehensive severance package and outplacement support.”

Smith & Nephew employs an estimated 1,815 people in Memphis, according to Memphis Business Journal research. Metzger declined to reveal how many of the roughly 100 layoffs occurred in Memphis. A report in the Memphis Daily News, quoting anonymous sources, said there were 60 local jobs lost.

Just curious, if Obamacare is so affordable, why are people losing their jobs to pay for it?

THE WHITE HOUSE HAS FINALLY RELEASED PICS OF PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEN OBAMA SHOOTING A GUN … BECAUSE HE CLAIMS TO SHOOT ALL THE TIME AT CAMP DAVID. JUST HOW MANY TIMES HAS OBAMA BEEN TO CAMP DAVID?

Oh sorry, this is the pic of Barack Obama shooting a gun and so called skeet shooting. BTW, one pic of the Imperial, anti-Second Amendment, gun control President Obama shooting a gun does not constitute him “shooting all the time”. Unless they can produce multiple pics with Obama wearing different clothing at different times, its all still BS. I have gone mountain climbing once and have a pic of myself at the base of the Matter Horn in Switzerland, that does not mean that I climb mountains all of the time. So how many times has Obama really shot skeet? I would dare say one could probably count it on one hand, maybe two fingers.

The following is kind of bizarre, the White House Warns: Don’t Photoshop Obama Gun Pic.  Really, just how thin-skinned are these people? What kind of dictator is this guy? Seriously, just what type of small individual makes such a comment and is worried about having their pic being photo-shopped? Too bad he was not more concerned with the four Americans murdered in Benghazi, Libya in a terror attack on his watch. They can release of picture of Obama looking like he has never picked up a gun in his life to some how prove he has gun cred, but cannot release the pics the night of the Benghazi terror attacks.

It would appear that not only does Obama have an issue with the Second Amendment and a right to bear arms. He also seems to have one with the First Amendment and free speech as well. Looks like its too late, its already been done and its a doozy.

UPDATE I: Some think he shoots the same way he throws a baseball. And the Lonely Conservative thinks Obama wears his mom jeans well. Have to agree with both.

UPDATE II: Who else but me thinks that the above pic is not skeet shooting? Sorry, although I have not done it all the time like Obama, I have gone skeet shooting on many occasions. Never did I hold a gun like he is and the gun appears to be even with the ground. That is usually called target practice, not skeet. Check out the technique below.
