The Anti-First Amendment WH: Barack Obama White House Threatens Veteran Journalist Bob Woodward … “You Will Regret Doing This”

SEQUESTERGATE: Chicago-style politics at its worst … now they are attacking the press.

The Empire Strakes Back … Not only does the Barack Obama White House not like the Second Amendment, it would appear that they also have a disdain for the First Amendment and “Freedom of the Press”. A senior White House official threatened Bob Woodward in an email stating, “you will regret doing this”.  The “this” that is being referred to is veteran journalist Bob Woodward’s not carrying the water for Barack Obama like the rest of the liberal, corrupt media complex when last week Woodward called out Obama for what he said was “moving the goal posts” on the sequester by requesting that revenue be part of a deal to avert it. Woodward had previously stated, “So when the president asks that a substitute for the sequester include not just spending cuts but also new revenue, he is moving the goal posts… [T]hat was not the deal he made.” How dare anyone go against the imperial president Obama and call him for what he is, a liar. As stated at the PJ Tatler, Woodward spoiled Obama’s plan to blame the entire sequester on Republicans, then allow the cuts to hit, and blame them again.

So what does the Obama WH do, attack a member of the press and try and trivialize him. So much for “Freedom of the Press”. Woodward stated, “It makes me very uncomfortable to have the White House telling reporters, ‘You’re going to regret doing something that you believe in.” What must the rest of the MSM be thinking, who have never displayed a spine or journalistic integrity when reporting on President Obama?

Bob Woodward said this evening on CNN that a “very senior person” at the White House warned him in an email that he would “regret doing this,” the same day he has continued to slam President Barack Obama over the looming forced cuts known as the sequester.

CNN host Wolf Blitzer said that the network invited a White House official to debate Woodward on-air, but the White House declined.

During CNN’s “The Situation Room” interview with Wolf Blizer veteran journalist Bob Woodward stated that that a senior White House official threatened him saying, “It was said very clearly, you will regret doing this.” Bob Woodward calls the Obama Administration Mickey Mouse. “[W] hen the president asks that a substitute for the sequester include not just spending cuts but also new revenue, he is moving the goal posts,” Woodward wrote. “His call for a balanced approach is reasonable, and he makes a strong case that those in the top income brackets could and should pay more. But that was not the deal he made.”

WOLF BLITZER, CNN: You’re used to this kind of stuff, but share with our viewers what’s going on between you and the White House.

BOB WOODWARD: Well, they’re not happy at all and some people kind of, you know, said, look, ‘we don’t see eye to eye on this.’ They never really said, though, afterwards, they’ve said that this is factually wrong, and they — and it was said to me in an e-mail by a top –

BLITZER: What was said?

WOODWARD: It was said very clearly, you will regret doing this.

BLITZER: Who sent that e-mail to you?

WOODWARD: Well, I’m not going to say.

BLITZER: Was it a senior person at the White House?

WOODWARD: A very senior person. And just as a matter — I mean, it makes me very uncomfortable to have the White House telling reporters, ‘you’re going to regret doing something that you believe in, and even though we don’t look at it that way, you do look at it that way.’ I think if Barack Obama knew that was part of the communication’s strategy, let’s hope it’s not a strategy, that it’s a tactic that somebody’s employed, and said, ‘Look, we don’t go around trying to say to reporters, if you, in an honest way, present something we don’t like, that, you know, you’re going to regret this.’ It’s Mickey Mouse. Isn’t this something? When Bob Woodward was reporting on Watergate and bringing down the presidency of Republican Richard Nixon, he was a hero. Now that Woodward is using the same truth and principles he did during Watergate against Barack Obama, the LEFT are attacking him. It is so predictable and pathetic. How about a little consistency folks? In all reality, had the liberal, corrupt media complex done their job and actually investigated this president, his anti-Constitution, green-energy payoffs would have made the Watergate scandal pale in comparison to the actions during the Obama administration.

Miss Delaware Teen USA has resigned Tuesday after a video surfaced online that allegedly features the 18-year-old beauty queen engaging in a sexual act.

But she says the woman in the video wasn’t her.

A rep for the pageant confirmed Melissa King’s resignation to TMZ, stating: “I would like to confirm the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant has received a resignation letter from Miss King’s attorney.”

King spoke to a Delaware news site and denied that she is the one featured in the sexually explicit video, posted on an adult website.

File this one under the category when someone in the main stream media actually does their job and holds a president accountable no matter what his party affiliation.

Legendary journalist Bob Woodward of “Watergate” fame is calling out President Barack Obama as the deadline for  sequestration nears. As the Obama White House uses scare tactics instead of leadership telling Americans that all things will cease to exist, families will suffer, children will go hungry and the sun will not come up tomorrow … Bob Woodward calls out Obama and likens his actions to madness. Woodward blasted President Obama for playing politics with sequestration and putting the United States at national security rick.

It’s one think for Republicans or conservative media to say that Obama is showing a failure to lead, but then one of the journalistic lions like Bob Woodward says it … everyone takes notice and listens.

Can you imagine Ronald Reagan sitting there and saying ‘Oh, by the way, I can’t do this because of some budget document?’ Or George W. Bush saying, ‘You know, I’m not going to invade Iraq because I can’t get the aircraft carriers I need’ or even Bill Clinton saying, ‘You know, I’m not going to attack Saddam Hussein’s intelligence headquarters,’ as he did when Clinton was president because of some budget document? Under the Constitution, the president is commander-in-chief and employs the force. And so we now have the president going out because of this piece of paper and this agreement, I can’t do what I need to do to protect the country. That’s a kind of madness that I haven’t seen in a long time.

It certainly is madness. Yes, just imagine how the liberal MSM would be reporting this story if Reagan or either of the Bush presidents has done the same and put party politics over country?

This is going to leave a mark against Obama. Bob Woodward is a respected journalist and it is going to be fool hearty for Obama and his minion to tarnish Woodward’s image. Although they will certainly try.

30 Year Old Kira Trevino Missing Since in Friday, February 22 in St. Paul, MN (Update: Husband of Missing Woman Jeffrey Trevino Arrested on Suspicion of Murder)

30 year old Kira Trevino has been missing since Friday, February 22, 2013 in St. Paul, Minnesota when she failed to report to her job as a store manager at the Mall of America. Trevino works as manager at Delia’s, a clothing store for teenage girls. According to St. Paul Police Sgt. Paul Paulos , Kira Trevino  was last seen by her husband, Jeff Trevino, at the couple’s home on Friday. Co-workers have stated that it is very unlike Kira to just not show up for work and out of her character. I think we know where this is headed.

Kira is 2001 graduate of D.C. Everest High School. Her maiden name is Steger.

She’s described as having blonde hair, green eyes, 5’4”, and 110 lbs.

Kira has family in Wisconsin.

Kira Trevino’s car was found at the Mall of Americas.

Kira Trevino, 30, works at Delia’s at Mall of America as a manager and hasn’t been heard from since Thursday night. Mall security noticed her car in a parking ramp on the west side of the mall at about 4:55 a.m. Monday and called police.

Authorities canvassed the car and said there was “evidence that concerned investigators,” but they wouldn’t elaborate further on what that meant. She is described as about 5 feet, 4 inches tall with blonde hair, green eyes and weighing about 110 pounds.

UPDATE I: So much for no body, no crime … Husband of missing Mall of America manager arrested on suspicion of murder after police conduct search of the Minnesota house they shared.

The husband of missing Minnesota woman Kira Trevino, 30, has been taken into custody today on the suspicion that he murdered her.

Jeffrey Trevino, 39, is being held at Ramsey County Jail following the disappearance of his wife, a manager at the Mall of America, who has not been seen since Friday.

Her abandoned car was found in a Mall of America parking lot on Monday morning with her cell-phone and purse still inside and subsequently officers performed executed a search warrant at the couple’s home in the 500 block of Iowa Avenue E in St. Paul.

UPDATE II: Investigators found “copious” amounts of blood evidence in the couple’s home.

Kira Trevino, 30, was last seen the night of Feb. 21 as she left work at the Mall of America, but authorities found so much blood in her car and home in St. Paul that they believe she is dead. Her husband, Jeffery Dale Trevino, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree murder.

“This was an extremely violent act, and we need closure,” St. Paul police Sgt. Paul Paulos said. “The tip line is actually for Kira. … It’s to find out where she’s at, where she went, and to really help us complete our puzzle.”
