For many years I have said that Jerry Buck Inman should be examined in connection with this case:
A). Inman was a sex offender knowm to have been in Florida on around the time of Jennifer’s sudden absence.
B). Inman looks like the creepy person in the parking lot film.
C). Inman was convicted in the Tiffany Marie Souers incident. Miss Souers fit a similar physicality to Jennifer Kesse – young, blonde, attractive, living alone in an apartment complex.
Please have the authorities look into this. If they rule out Inman than the investigation is no worse off; however, if they find that Inman is key to Jennifer’s disappearance this lead may render some answers!
