How do you know if the Obama Administration is lying to “We the People” … their lips are moving. These folks have taken lying to a whole new low.
White House Chief of Staff Jack Lew appeared on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace and out-right lied about everything and anything he was confronted with. First he was asked whether Barack Obama had broken his promise regarding raising taxes on families making less than $250,00. His response, a rambling statement that we have cut taxes for these people rather than answering whteher Obamacare tax is going to tax the middle class.
Lew them lied about the Obamacare mandate being a tax and the decision handed down by the US Supreme Court. It was simply shameless and dishonest even for Obama’s minions. To Chris Wallace’s credit, he kept interrupting the continued lies from Lew, but that did not stop Obama’s Chief of Staff from continuing to lie.
This is how shameful, pathetic and dishonest the Obama regime is. They lied to the American people and told us that Obamacare was not a tax. Then Obama sent his solicitor general to the SCOTUS and argued that Obamacare was a tax. Then when the Supreme Court declared this terrible healthcare bill Constitutional as a tax, Obama, democrats and Obama’s paid liars go out on the shows and not spin the facts, but flat out lie. Even when Jack Lew is presented with the very audio of Obama’s attorneys calling Obamacare a tax to the SCOTUS, he still continued to spew lies. The Lonely Conservative wonders whether Lew has a Burger King franchise, because he can certainly serve up some Whoppers. However, I am thinking that they might work for Disney, because there are no better “Lying Kings” than these folks.

Good grief, this lying sack of garbage even went on CNN and lied as well with regards to the executive privilege invoked by President Barack Obama regarding the Fast and Furious requested documents. When presented with past video of Obama questioning GWB invoking privilege, Lew acted as if it had never occurred. The White House Chief of Staff actually had the audacity to say that the Obama Administration has been the most transparent ever. You know what America, if you have to constantly say you are the most anything … you are not.
Its rather comical that the White House is urging Democrats to go on the offensive after the Supreme Court upheld the Obamacare and embrace Obama’s signature piece of legislation all the while they continue to lie and misrepresent the facts of the Obamacare tax and what the SCOTUS actually ruled.

When the federal government creats a special class of people who live off the backs of the taxpayers, they will vote for keeping their handouts. These people are enslaved by their choice of lifestyle.
It has been one hundred years since the progressives infilterated our government. It will take us at least one generation to reassert the principles of our founding fathers. It is time to get started.

Whether Roberts said it was a tax or not, it is NOT a tax. Taxes come through either an activity (purchase, making income) or what is known as a “direct” tax – also called a “head” tax, spread evenly per “head” to the states. Roberts himself said this was not a “head tax” and of course it isn’t because some people will pay NOTHING into ObamaCare. The mandate is based on income levels but is not executed by a purchase or any other activity.
Roberts argument is twisted and screwed. It argues against his own opinion that the mandate is constitutional.
If it’s a tax now, it was a tax when Romney did it in Mass. If one is lying they both are. Are you calling Rohmey a LIAR?
Actually, as Herman Cain says: Obama-Doesn’t-Care will be “reconciled” with 51 votes in the Senate in 2013 and Mitt Romney will be the President.

Taxes can also penalties for actions such as taking money out of your 401K early. Or penalties for non-actions such as NOT taking minimum disbursements from that same 401K. Whether those penalties fit into your definition of a tax, the IRS has the authority to collect them under the umbrella of “tax”.
One could also spin it as a $100(or whatever) tax for “Uninsured Medical Cost assessment” coupled with a deduction for medical insurance premiums, up to the amount of the tax. Same affect, and more certainly a tax.
I think the whole thing makes more sense as a Tax. Whether or not you agree with the reason you are being taxed, if we agree that it “IS” a tax, then the conversation can be driven to its conclusion.

We simply forget the promises Obama made about labeling GMOs[the scourge of the earth]to get elected in 2008.
