Mitt Romney Voices His Disagreement with SCOTUS Decision on Obamacare (ObamaTax) … 21 Tax Increases in the Health Care Law Costing more than $675 Billion … “To Get Rid of Obamacare, We Have to get Rid of Obama” (VIDEO)

WHY WOULD IT SHOCK ANYONE THAT DEMOCRATS WANT TO RAISE TAXES ON AMERICANS … WAKE UP AMERICA!

Following the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare, namely Chief Justice John Robert’s ruling that Obamacare was Unconstitutional in that it was deemed a tax, GOP presumptive Presidential nominee Mitt Romney expressed his disappointment and disagreement with the Court’s ruling. However, as much as this may seem as a beyond questionable decision by Roberts and a short-lived win by Barack Obama as The One and his minions spike the healthcare affordable act football … Chief Justice Roberts calling Obamacare a tax just handed the GOP a huge game changing issue not only for Mitt Romney, but also for numerous House and Senate election in 2012. As Romney stated in his post SCOTUS decision, “the only way to get rid of Obamacare is to get rid of Obama”. Add to that regain the US Senate and maintain the House.

The high court’s ruling leaves in place 21 tax increases in the health care law costing more than $675 billion over the next 10 years, according to the House Ways and Means Committee. Of those, 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, the panel said, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers and an excise tax on medical-device manufacturers.

“This is a clear violation of the president’s pledge to avoid tax hikes on low- and middle-income taxpayers,” said a statement from the panel, which is chaired by Rep. Dave Camp, Michigan Republican.

Everyone thought that Democrats, especially those in swing states in close elections, were running from Obamacare like a gazelle from a cheetah in a Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom with the dearly departed Marlin Perkins prior to the SCOTUS ruling … vulnerable Democrats will be AWOL when it comes to discussing Obama’s victory in healthcare of creating the largest tax on the American people in the history of the world.

Barack Obama gets angry and says Obamacare is not a tax, “its absolutely not a tax increase …” Obama even mock George Stephanopoulos for looking up the definition of tax in the dictionary. How dare he.

President Barack Obama promised that there would be no tax increases on families making less than $250,000 a year. President Barack Obama and the Democrats said that Obamacare was not a tax. In the VIDEO above in an interview with George Stephanopoulos, Obama stated that absolutely Obamacare was not a tax. Guess what … IT IS. It’s safe to say that it will be difficult for Obama to run from his lie and the misrepresentation he perpetrated on the American public.

Some are questioning whether Roberts actually changed his decision at the last minute. Was the dissent vote actually the majority vote at one point and the individual mandate was to be declared unconstitutional? Who knows at this point and it changes little if it was proved to be true. The decision is the decision, as wrong and misguided as it was. It would appear that Roberts was more concerned with a result orientated decision and making the Court look non-political than actually following the US Constitution. However that being said, good luck to Obama and Democrats spinning their way out of this one in the 2012 elections. The voters hammered Democrats in 2010 in a show of disapproval … get ready for the shellacking x’s 2 in the upcoming ones. We will see how this plays out in the polls the energy it provides to Republicans, Conservatives and the Tea Party for the 2012 elections. Since the decision has been made, Romney has raised over $4 million in donations. Gloat all you want now Obama … we shall see who is dancing after the 2012 elections.

Rush Limbaugh: The Court Rules of Individual Mandate … Obamacare is the Largest Tax Increase in the History of the World

Does any one honestly think that Obamacare would have passed as a tax increase? Obamacare was a stealth tax all along.

Wasn’t it Barack Obama who stated that he would not raise taxes on a family making over $250,000? Wasn’t it Barack Obama who said over and over and over again that the “individual mandate” of Obamacare was not a tax? However, if it walks like a tax and talks like  a tax … it is a tax. Sadly today the US Supreme Court of the United States and mainly Chief Justice John Roberts called it a tax. That is the only reason why Obamacare passed Constitutionality.

Rush Limbaugh stated the following regarding Obama’s Barack Obama and the greatest tax increase ever perpetrated on the United States. We the American people have been deceived by Barack Obama in ways that no one could have conceived. Shame on Obama and Democrats for lying to teh American people. More so, shame on the SCOTUS and Justice John Roberts for bending over backwards to find a way to pass Obamacare. The end results, Obamacare is nothing more the the greatest tax increase in the history of the word.

RUSH:  Hey, folks, have you seen the economic news today?  Have you heard about the unemployment numbers today?  (laughing)  Gross domestic product, have you heard about any of that?  Because I have it here, and it sucks.  It’s a disaster.  The economy of this country remains a disaster.

And we, the American people, have just been deceived in ways that nobody contemplated.  And what we now have is the biggest tax increase in the history of the world.  What we have been told by the chief justice of the Supreme Court and four liberals on the court: Obamacare is just a massive tax increase. That’s all it is.  Obama lied to us about that.  The Democrats lied. “It wasn’t a tax. There was no way it was a tax.”

The chief justice was hell-bent to find a way to make this law applicable, so he just decided, you know what, as a tax increase, it works, because there’s no limit on the federal government’s ability to tax.  And it’s right there in the preamble of the Constitution, right there, Article 1, Section 8, the general welfare clause, it’s been established Congress can tax whatever, whoever, whenever, how much they want.  Even when they don’t ask for it, the Supreme Court is gonna find a way to make what they want to do legal because John Roberts said it’s not our job here to forbid this. It’s not our job to protect people from outcomes.  It’s not our job to determine whether it is right or wrong or any of that.  We just get to look at it. We can’t forbid this. Body of Missing 4 Year Old Carnel Chamberlain Found Thursday Afternoon Underneath Patio at the boy’s Home

Sadly, the body of 4 year old missing Carnel Chamberlain was found Thursday afternoon under the patio of the boys home. The 4 year old boy had been missing for seven days since first disappearing last Thursday night while in the care of his mother’s boyfriend, Anthony Bennett. He has been labeled a “person of interest” in the case.

BREAKING UPDATE: TV5 can confirm that the body of missing 4-year-old Carnel Chamberlain was found on Thursday afternoon underneath a patio at the boy’s home.

Police in Mount Pleasant were seen putting up crime scene tape around Carnel’s mother’s house. A crime lab vehicle and two Michigan State Police cars pulled up to the house and brought in a cadaver dog late Thursday afternoon. The animal was seen moving around the home’s front and back porches.
