What a smug, superior crock of crap. Doesn’t it stand to reason that people in higher incomes have less reason to purchase lottery tickets? So is his answer to forbid people to buy lottery tickets if they don’t have a wealthy background. What anybody does with their money is none of his business, as long as they earn it themselves.
