An Atlanta judge has ordered President Barack Obama to appear in court for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn’t a natural-born citizen and can’t be president. Obama’s minions say there is no merit. However, the hearing is set for Thursday before an administrative judge as Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi denied a motion by the president’s lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to show up.
President Obama has been ordered to appear before a judge in Atlanta in a case challenging whether he is qualified to be president of the United States, according to the Associated Press.
The judge set the hearing for this Thursday after denying on Friday a motion by Obama’s lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to personally show up.
Obama, however, will be nowhere near Atlanta on Thursday. According to the White House, he will be out West promoting the agenda he plans to lay out in Tuesday’s State of the Union address. Obama Thursday plans to make appearances in Las Vegas and Denver areas before traveling on to Detroit to spend the night.
Supposedly Obama will be no where near Atlanta on the date of the hearing. Um, so what? According to reports,from the White House, “The One” will be out West promoting the agenda he plans to lay out in Tuesday’s State of the Union address. Let me translate that … Obama will be campaigning and fundraising on the West Coast at tax payers expense under the guise of doing something that is beneficial to America and the economy.
Maybe they can find Obama in contempt of court for not appearing. However, he will most likely just bill the fine to the tax payers.
On a separate note, I question all the time whether Barack Obama is qualified to be President of the United States and it has nothing to do as to where he was born, its based simply on his lack of any qualification to do the job.

It would take a billion dollars for Barry to run a lemonade stand for a year. He has never been responsible for anything on his own.
I do care where he was born. This whole case is for his records to prove he is elgible to be on the ballot in Georgia in 2012. The DNC changed the certification language to accommodate Barry in 2008 for every state except Hi.
No one really knows where this guy was born or who his parents really are. It is time we learned the truth. His whole life has been one of mystry.

The so called “long form birth certi.” released by the white house and posted on the white house web site was proven to be a fake with 1961 typewriter numbers and letters and modern computer numbers and letters.
What a trick to get a 1961 typewriter to make computer numbers and letters.
I think the man with well-endowed ears was probably born in Hawaii…BUT…I think he or his parents renounced his citizenship in Indonesia which would disqualify him. Also think he probably attended college on funds reserved for foreign students.
I’ve read interesting articles about his birth and citizenship, all of which point to the fact he did, indeed have American citizenship renounced and that disqualifies him in itself.

The facts are clear, and the law is clear. All it will take is for a judge to issue a ruling. Do you think AKA OBAMA and his lawyers fret about this? They certainly are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight this issue. So far, no court or judge has issued a ruling on the merits of any legal case against AKA OBAMA. Cases have been dismissed on legal technicalities, but no actual case has yet been heard.

What is a Community Organizer? Well, IMO it’s someone who decides to rouse a group of aging hippies to do things like occupy public parks, abandon babies, urinate on crosses and steal bronze baptismal fonts and rape passerbys. Oh wait! That’s Occupy Wall Street. Barack Hussein Obama, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm indeed.
Let me think. A Community Organizer must be someone who appeared from no where, has no records existing that he even went to school, no records existing that anyone even knew him before he appeared to organize a community, no records existing that he is a close friend of an unrepentant Marxist terrorist who helped his entry into Chicago politics, no records existing that he ever went to church or if he did, he never listened to the minister spouting anti-American hogwash. No records existing that he was registered as being Muslim at the grammar school in Indonesia where he never went and no records existing that he was adopted by his non-existent step father in Indonesia and has an invisible Indonesian Muslim half-sister.
Or could it be that a community organizer fails to answer a subpoena to appear before a Federal court in GA because he is busy taking care of “Presidential business,” three campaign appearances instead of answering the subpoena and failing to give the court any legal authority for not answering the subpoena?
