Obama Picks Politics Over Jobs … Postpones Decision on Keystone XL Pipeline Until After 2012 Election

Another complete and total lack of leadership … Wonder why America cannot create jobs and the economy continues at a snails pace. Look no farther than President Barack Obama. Not only has he been anti-business, he now is purposely not making decisions that would create jobs.

President Jobs: I am only for the jobs that I like that fit my liberal agenda

So President Barack Obama is really interested in created jobs for Americans? Then why did he just punt the Keystone XL pipeline decision until after the 2012 election? Obama always talks about his stimulus plan that created or saved jobs, is he going to count the following as his decision that killed 20,000 jobs.

Obama delays the decision on the Keystone XL pipeline until after the 2012 election and in turn delays the creation of thousands of jobs. Just how long does Obama need to make a decision? This has nothing to do with the health and safety of the American people, it has everything to do with partisan politics.

The State Department on Thursday announced that it’s punting a decision on the controversial Keystone XL pipeline until at least the first quarter of 2013 — pushing off a no-win decision for President Barack Obama until well after the 2012 election.

The State Department said it needs more time to “undertake an in-depth assessment of potential alternative routes in Nebraska.”

Obama said in a statement that he supports delaying a decision

Wasn’t it Obama that said, pass my jobs bill now, pass it, c’mon, pass it … pass it now. President Barack Obama wanted his Obamacare passed immediate, he wanted his failed stimulus plan passed immediately, he wanted his jobs bill passed immediately … however, when it comes to a presidential decision that would have actually created 20,000 jobs, Obama stalls to pander to the radical leftists of the green wing of the Democrat party. Way to go Barack.

“More than 20,000 new American jobs have just been sacrificed in the name of political expediency,” Boehner said in a statement. “The current project has already been deemed environmentally sound, and calling for a new route is nothing but a thinly veiled attempt to avoid upsetting the president’s political base before the election.”

Talk about political ideology over the success of the US economy and American worker, Obama rejects job creation as it would come as a result of energy that is not green enough for him. As stated by the Lonely Conservative, Obama’s vision for America is retroactive back to the horse and buggy. This president gets it, he just does not care.

What an epic failure Obama truly is. We can only hope that this clown is tossed out in the 2012 election and a President who actually cares about real job creation is elected and America can start back on the path of economic recovery following the four failed years of Obama.

When real jobs are out there, Obama punts and gives in to the environmentalists.

The environmentalists problem is they know nothing about the real environment and what effects a pipeline would actually have. It is all about not touching anything in nature. Don’t touch the land in any way even if it means starving a nation.

So President Zero really isn’t about fixing the economy, or providing jobs for a needy workforce, is he?

I always thought that building a bridge across this nation to reach a refinery was a stupid idea. Isn’t it cheaper to build a refinery closer to where the oil is? And, yes, there are still people who care about the environment; myself included.

If we have limited funds, we should be smart in spending them… waste not. Sad to think of all that money we spend on so-called ‘humanitarian’ causes abroad while the real humanitarian people are cut, ripped and torn.

GET YOUR PRIORITIES IN ORDER, Amerika…

      :D

Boycott, but in a gentile way!

Put your own on the backburner to simmer a slow death while you light the fires of war and massive bloodshed? Eleven… a billion for every day in September. Telling, isn’t she?

WHO are we saving, this time ’round, Great War machine… Armies for Higher?

Once again Obama finds a way to prevent 20,000 jobs from being created.

Obviously, the Feds have Obama on the run… look into the Companies who were going to bridge the gap. You’re sure to find corruption at the core.

      Ahhhh, Solyandra…

      Doesn’t that cook your goose?

SM: No actually it doesn’t, but your snark is hardly becoming and Solyndra will cook Obama’s goose. I would think that any sane American would be upset over wasted tax payer $’s down a rabbit hole. Key word, sane. Laugh all you want now with your disrespectful behavior, you shall be the one crying in November 2012.
