RSS2 Year Old Sky Metalwala Missing Since 11/6/11 in Bellevue, WA … Authorities Say Story Doesn’t Add Up
This missing child’s story not even coming close to passing the Hinky meter.
2 year old Sky Metalwala has been missing since Sunday, November 6, 2011 in Bellevue, WA. Julia Biryukova, the mother of the missing boy, told police that her car ran out of gas and she left 2 year old Sky Metalwaia sleeping alone in his car seat locked inside the vehicle that was pulled over on the side of the road. Biryukova then told investigators that she and her 4-year-old daughter walked to a gas station. When they returned to the car, the Sky was gone.
Bellevue Police Maj. Mike Johnson said, “Nothing about the story adds up.” Ut-oh, that res flag goes up again, Biryukova, is in the middle of a a bitter divorce proceeding with the boy’s father. Julia Biryukova, has also refused to take polygraph test.
Who on Earth leaves their two year old toddler in a car that has run out of gas and has no heat in November in Washington State? You mean this parent had two children and no cell phone? There were no other cars on the road to hail that would stop and help? One would think you might go to a nearby house for help. Police suspect foul play. Ya think? According to accounts, no one has seen the boy lately.
Clay Terry, one of the attorneys representing Metalwala, was not immediately available for comment. But he told ABC News affiliate KOMO that his client is “exhausted” and hadn’t slept much since his son disappeared.
The father of two has kept out of the spotlight, making one brief, soft-spoken public statement to reporters Monday outside his lawyer’s office, saying, “Please just return him back, like I just said to the police officers, the hospitals and the fire department. Please.”
Police have emphasized they aren’t naming any suspects yet, but they do suspect “foul play.”

Someone who does not care about the child.
Only time I EVER left my kids in the car when they were in a carseat was to pay for pumped gas in the cold months so they wouldn’t have to be in the cold too. Also, I ONLY did that if the car was in sight of where I had to pay the cashier.
I’d ALWAYS lock the doors to walk 20 ft away to pay. Other than that, I cannot think of a time I ever did so.
Had my car ever run out of gas (I’ve never had that happen), I would have either stayed with the vehicle, or taken the children with me, period.
This screams “mommy doing something to child to get back @ daddy” IMO.
My gut feeling is telling me this whack job beat his child to death. Probably beats his whole family? Strap his ass to lie detector test!

Greg, the mother was in full possession of both kids. Father was fighting for custody of both. Mommy had admit to daddy she’d “had dreams of killing the younger child by strangulation”. He had to commit to a mental facility. They kept her 3 days, gave her a &*#-load of drugs and decided she was fine. Well, something wasn’t fine.
Daddy has taken a lie detector test and was so tired it was inconclusive and he DID agree to take another soon as possible (may have already). He was so tired I read he couldn’t even get his own name right! The person doing the test is the one who said, this ain’t working. Let’s reschedule. Dad was more than willing.
The one not willing to take the lie detector is mommy. Hmmm….Casey Anthony revisited I fear
Now all these killer Mom’s know now they have to hide the body and wait for a long time period to report missing. By the time the child is reported missing and eventually found all evidence is gone.
