Pop star Justin Bieber is being sued by a 20 year old woman who claims that he is the father of her baby. According to Radar on Line, Mariah Yeater, a 20 year old California woman has filed a lawsuit against Bieber and is demanding he take a paternity test. Yeater claims that she and the 17 year old Bieber had sex back stage at an LA concert three months ago.
A 20-year-old California woman has filed a bombshell lawsuit against teen pop icon Justin Bieber alleging he is the father of her three-month-old baby boy, Star magazine is exclusively reporting in its new issue.
Mariah Yeater is demanding the singer take a paternity test “to scientifically confirm” he is the father of the child, according to court papers obtained by Star.
Justin Bieber’s reps deny the charges.
Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied the accusations but a court hearing has been set for later this year. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s said: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
UPDATE I: Police may investigate Justin Bieber sexual tryst. Bieber was 16 at the time and the woman making the charges was 19. Isn’t this statutory rape?
California law states anyone who has unlawful sex with a minor and not more than three years older is guilty of a misdemeanor, which carries up to a one-year jail sentence.
“The issue of statutory rape even if she’s guilty, hypothetically, that has no bearing on the duties to provide child support,” said one of Yeater’s lawyers Matthew Pare. “It’s a totally separate issue.”

About fell over when I read about it “lasting 30 seconds”. Doubt this woman has been with Justin or ever met him. What rich, young star is going to have his first fling with some random (and VERY easy) fan after a concert? I say no way, but it’s always interesting gossip for the papers.

Actually Dolf, I’ve read quite a few articles and this 19 year old woman has claimed Justin told her it was his “first time”. Probably everyone else on this board has seen that other than you.
Also, I’ve seen photos of this woman. She’s got multiple face piercings and is in NO way even slightly cute. This is a money grab for interviews.
Justin should go ahead with the DNA thing and when/if it’s shown he is not baby daddy, that woman is in a lot of trouble for defamation more likely than not. If he IS…then she’s going to face statutory rape charges more likely than not in the state of California.

Dolf, I agree with you on that last comment. Men seem to have all brain cells travel ‘south’ where sex is concerned. That said, this kid has a pack of handlers and security. I’ve serious doubts he is ever out of their sight. It will be interesting to find out what is up with this crazy woman.
She probably wanted attention, but me thinks she’s getting a LOT more than she barganed for. Heck, the Bieber fans are already sending out thousands of death threats.
Personally, this story is the first time I’ve ever bothered to read up on Justin. His real GF is cute as pie though….so again, this alien-looking creature with the baby just don’t look like Justin-type pickins…you know?
