Texas Gov Rick Perry Jumps to the Lead in GOP Presidential Primary Poll … Perry 29%, Romney 18%, Bachmann 13%

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS AND FOR PERRY, ITS ABOUT JOBS, JOBS, JOBS …

The American public  was waiting for some one to emerge from the GOP primary candidates cast of many to beat Barack Obama … looks like Texas Governor Rick Perry is that individual.  PERRY SKYROCKETS TO THE TOP OF THE GOP PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY PACK! A note to Barack Obama, while the Obamamessiah takes a lame bus tour and talks of jobs, Rick Perry in Texas has created them.

Governor Rick Perry has splashed on to the seen and to the top of the GOP primary Presidential candidate polls. Following Perry’s announcement on Saturday in South Carolina, the Texas governor has vaulted into the lead according to the most recent Rasmussen poll. No wonder Obama and his minions were already taking shots at him. Perry has a double digit lead over second and third place GOP contenders Mitt Romney and Michele  Bauchmann. It would appear that the announcement in South Carolina of a strong governor of a state who has executive experience and has created jobs trumps Bauchmann’s winning of the Iowa Straw poll.

Texas Governor Rick Perry, the new face in the race for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination, has jumped to a double-digit lead over Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann with the other announced candidates trailing even further behind.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely Republican Primary voters, taken Monday night, finds Perry with 29% support. Romney, the former Massachusetts governor who ran unsuccessfully for the GOP presidential nomination in 2008, earns 18% of the vote, while Bachmann, the Minnesota congresswoman who won the high-profile Ames Straw Poll in Iowa on Saturday, picks up 13%.

Check out Rick Perry for President.

Its the first GOP Presidential primary poll since Ames, Iowa and it was a doozy. It was obvious to many that the GOP electorate was not really warming up to Romney. They were just waiting and so many were holding their breath and waiting for Perry to enter the race and enter he has,  Hey Barack, let’s see you talk your way out of the failure of your job creation against Perry.

Ronald Reagan was also a convert from social Democrat to
Conservative Republican. Perry also may have seen the light, but
regardless, he is spouting the truth about what We the People
want and seems to be 100% behind his words. Time will tell.

I pray to God that this man will be able to fight and win against this corrupt and immoral administration. He will be attacked and smeared and I am hoping he has a backbone of steel to withstand what they will do to him over the next year.

Aren’t you the folks that believe gov’t jobs aren’t really jobs?
All of a sudden, government jobs in Texas count as real jobs for conservatives I see. Haha.

      125,000 gov’t jobs created 2007-2010 in texas.
175,000 private sector jobs lost 2007-2010 in texas.

rightknight – Has Perry failed miserably?

The ONLY jobs the government ever creates are
more government jobs. The governments assignment
is to create the environment and economic conditions
supporting private sector job growth, but, it has
failed miserably and completely in doing even the slightest
      hint of that!

And for that profound screw-up the ‘government’ has given
      itself bonus raises. Bravo!

#2 – when you write “they”, you mean fellow conservatives I assume.

Michelle Malkin destroyed Rick Perry today.

However, holding candidates accountable is hardly destroying them. Maybe it would be for a Liberal because how dare anyone criticize Obama, do so and be called a racist. The GOP primary is to review the track record, policies, issues and vision and then choose the best one.

In the end, any GOP candidate is better than Barack Obama.
