JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE & CELINA: Grandfather of 11 Year Old Celina Cass Wants Justice and Says, “I don’t want no Casey Anthony”

The stigma of the miscarriage of justice in the Casey Anthony murder trial has made it all the way the the northern reaches of the Granite state of New Hampshire. The grandfather of the once missing and now found deceased 11 year old  Celina Cass stated that he hopes that the police and investigators are able to answer the questions in the “suspicious” death of Celina. He also stated that he wants justice and that whoever is responsible for the murder of Celina Cass gets the max. The grandfather then stated, . “I don’t want no Casey Anthony.”

Justice for Celina Cass

The grandfather of 11-year-old Celina Cass, whose death has been ruled “suspicious,” pleaded with police to solve the case and said he hopes it doesn’t leave unanswered questions like in the Casey Anthony murder trial.

“I just hope justice is brought and whoever’s responsible gets the max because that little girl didn’t deserve that,” Celina’s grandfather, Wally Laro, told the Boston Herald Wednesday. “I don’t want no Casey Anthony.”

This is yet another reminder to the clueless and irresponsible jury in the Casey Anthony case where they returned a “not guilty” verdict in that tot-mom did not murder her daughter Caylee Anthony.  For the news challenged jurors in the Casey Anthony case, guess what, in rural, rural Stewartstown, NH, that appears to almost be more in Canada than the US and has a population of 800 … they have heard of you, the miscarriage of justice and the Casey Anthony murder case.

Celina Cass had been missing a week when she went missing on July 25, 2011 when her body was found the Connecticut River not far from the Stewartstown, NH. On the day that the missing 11 year old’s body was found in the river by divers wrapped in a blanket, her step father, Wendell Noyes, checked himself into a mental health facility. The stepfather has a history of mental illness (schizophrenia) and has an arrest record.

The stepfather has a history of psychiatric problems. He was involuntarily committed to a mental facility in 2003 because of schizophrenia and arrested for threatening an ex-girlfriend, according to court documents. At the time, the judge in the case wrote that Noyes was “a potentially serious likelihood of danger to himself and others.”

Also, the step-father’s pickup has been hauled away by investigators. I guess we can assume who the investigators have their eye on.

With no sign of any break in when Celina Cass went missing from her home, one has to suspect that someone inside the home or someone she knew, or both is responsible. One has to wonder why a mother would expose her children to an individual with a history of mental illness and violence.

Noyes was charged with violating a protective order held by his ex-girlfriend and for criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and hindering apprehension. The girlfriend, who lived with her two kids at the time, said Noyes broke into her home while she was sleeping, lifted her mattress and slammed it down and then threatened to throw her down the stairs.

More resonance from the miscarriage of justice for Caylee. Everyone is now aware of it.

I wonder which grandfater, the paternal or maternal? Too bad he didn’t pay more attention to the daily activities in that home.

Grandparents need to ask questions and observe what is happening in the home of their grandchildren.
