Casey Anthony Sentenced to 4 Years … With Time Served, She is Out on July 13, 2011
MOVE OVER TWINKIE DEFENSE, CASEY ANTHONY HAS PROVIDED THE LATEST CRAZE … THE DROWNING DEFENSE, complete with duct tape.
JUSTICE SERVED IN DEATH OF CAYLEE ANTHONY, NOT!!! TOT MOM CASEY ANTHONY WILL GET OUT OF JAIL ON JULY 13.
My what a much different look she has with no jury to fool
Following the juries ridiculous verdict earlier this week, Casey Anthony was sentenced today by Judge Belvin Perry for the 4 counts of lying to police in the death of Caylee Anthony.Casey Anthony was sentenced to 4 years in jail and $1000 per each defense which in the end amounts to less than a slap on the wrist. Miss Anthony will be leaving jail next Wednesday, July 13. Granted Judge Perry’s hands were tied in sentencing, much as the Caylee’s mouth was duct taped, thanks to a Panillis County jury of 12 that took 10 hours to deliberate a capital murder case and some how believe that Caylee died accidentally.
Casey Anthony, who earlier this week was found not guilty of killing her daughter, was sentenced on Thursday to four years in jail. The precise amount of time she will spend in jail has not yet been determined but it is likely to be significantly less than one year and could be as short as a few weeks, given the nearly three years she has already served.
The Associated Press reported that she would be released from jail on Wednesday.
The judge in the case, Belvin Perry Jr., of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, said he would need to meet with lawyers for at least an hour Thursday morning to decide Ms. Anthony’s jail term based on how much time she should be credited with, including time served for good behavior. A decision is to be reached sometime Thursday.
Imagine that, a little girl is dead, Casey never contacted authorities for 31 days, partied, drank and spent nights with her boyfriend as Caylee rotted in a garbage bag in the swamp down the street from her home and tot mom gets out of jail next week. UNBELIEVABLE. A jury actually set this woman free, not finding her guilty of anything that had teeth. Thanks to that Casey Anthony is out next week. A juror who went on TV stated, “just because she was found not guilty does not make her innocent”. OH REALLY? You most certainly did. This same juror said that bad behavior was not enough to convict some one of a crime. WRONG AGAIN! This juries behavior just set a pathological liar and a sociopath free.
What do we learn from this case … be a real good liar and it rewards you. The fact that this jury found that she was not responsible for the death of her daughter is unconscionable. I guess the Twinkie defense will now take a back seat to the “DROWNING” defense.
Thanks to Bill O’Reilly on FOX News for being one of the few that actually showed outrage. Which is more than I can say for the clueless Sean Hanity and the bias Baez slanted Geraldo Rivera.

I think she may be so narcissistic that she is clueless to the amount of public disgust/ hatred that is leveled at her. She has made terrible choices in the past and will continue to do so. Changing her name or appearance isn’t going to shield her. She wants to be able to have a normal life, but it won’t be, ever.
What we learn from this trial is that Casey Anthony now firmly believes that her lies will work all of the time. She has always believed that she is smarter than everyone else and now it has been confrmed by the jury decision. She will continue to lie and steal and get away with everything she wants to do and doesn’t have to be responsible for a child. She can now earn money any way she wants and live the hih life amid her lies and sociopathy. DISGUSTING beyond belief.
She is SMILING!!!! What sane woman could smile knowing her child has been killed regardless of who or how? There is a Grander jury she has not faced YET.
NOBODY IS GOING TO LIKE THIS THEORY, BUT I THINK IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED…
THE JURY SAW THE PROSECUTION AS A TEAM OF “CONSERVATIVES”:
-WASP-ish, judgmental, prosecutorial, eager to punish, fascist.
THE JURY SAW THE DEFENSE TEAM AS A TEAM OF “LIBERALS”:
-Non-judgmental, tolerant, sympathetic, eager to advocate, and cool.
ERGO… NO MATTER WHAT THE FACTS REVEALED, THEY ALREADY HAD THEIR MINDS MADE UP – AND NOTHING WAS GOING TO CHANGE THEM!

SM: Anything is possible by their unreasonable decision. After all, Obama won Pinellas County in 2008 54%-45%.

Unfortunately there are at least 13 people (counting one alternate juror who has spoken out) that actually believe “beyond a reasonable doubt” means the prosecution has to prove: 1. Motive and 2. Where, how and when a person was killed in order for the charge of murder.
If they had listened close enough they would have heard the motive: Casey wanted to party and argued with her mother about the care of Caylee in the evenings.
Of course the prosecution does NOT have to prove a motive (though it does tie things up in a neat little package for dumb jurors). Nor do they have to prove where, how and when a person was killed. They only have to prove that a person was killed by the defendant.
No, we don’t know which day Caylee was killed, though we can suspect it was very close to June 18th. No, we know where Caylee was killed but suspect it was in the trunk of her mother’s car. We do know how – by chloroform with duct tape for good measure.
Were these jurors sleeping through the testimony about chloroform in Casey’s trunk? Were they sleeping through Cindy’s important lie about searching for chloroform? Did they miss the testimony about the smell in the car trunk? Did they miss the part that everything out of the mouth of Casey (and therefore her defense team) was a LIE?
What reasonable person would believe that a caring mother would cover up that her child was missing for 30 days, be able to act “normal” according to her friends, party, party, party and then LIE to try to continue the coverup?
If you accept the drowned story: explain how on earth a mother could contain her emotions enough that NO ONE suspected anything was wrong.
Are we getting the full story here???? I mean I can’t believe the corrections system just turns her loose on the streets like a lost little doggy. I would think they should have more of a plan for her like a halfway house, probation, some sort of factory work, so she can be assimilated back into society… maybe not. Maybe I’m going all doctor Phil here, but I really think Casey needs some major counseling and rehab back into society. She has a lot of debts to pay but I guess ABC TV will pay her enough for her B.S. that she might be able skate financially from now on too. It was reported that ABC paid for her to lawyer up. Boycott any future television news about this woman. The human interest story may always be there, but she is total scum and deserves nothing of star or media status nor any easy riches.

Just Bearly,
I believe you have brilliantly considered that perhaps Dr Phil WILL take her in and WILL make her a topic of one of his “FAMILY” shows and the BOTH will make tons of $$$$$’s
Brilliantly said. I could agree more. This sends such a bad message. If you kill someone, lie, send people on a wild goose chase and get away with it, more people will be doing it. Unbelievable, the jurors could be so stupid and not use common sense, exactly Linda’s fear in her closing statement. She must have had a gut feeling.
Could she be spayed before turning her loose on us again?
