Governor Jan Brewer Signs Bill Authorizing Mexican-US Border Fence Built in Arizona
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has signed a bill into law that would authorize a security fence to be built in Arizona along the US-Mexican border. What are the odds that Obama will have AG Eric Holder sue Arizona for having the audacity to securing the border.
A bill signed into law by Gov. Jan Brewer authorizes erection of a security fence along Arizona’s portion of the U.S.-Mexico border, either in a compact with other states or by itself.
Spokesman Matt Benson declined immediate comment Friday on why Brewer signed the bill Thursday and on whether she plans to invoke the authority.
The bill does not specify a cost or make an appropriation but says the state would use donations, inmate labor and private contractors.

Good for Jan and Arizona. If the feds will not do their job and protect our borders, then the states will have to do the job.
Obama couldn’t protect anything. If he gets Holder to sue the state again, the Arizona congressional delegation should introduce an impeachment bill against Holder and Obama.
