Timothy James Chapek, Home Intruder Calls 911 in Fear that Home Owner Had Gun
OK … this might be one of the most bizarre home break in stories ever.
Timothy James Chapek broke into a home in Portland, Oregon and was in the bathroom shower when suddenly the home owner came back to their house accompanied by two German shepherds. Then the home intruder did what any criminal would do … lock yourself in the bathroom and call 911and stated that he was concerned that the home owner had a gun. WHAT!
Imagine being the 911 operator taking that call.
The police arrived at the home and arrested Timothy James Chapek without incident. There was no words as to whether the home owner actually ever had a gun. This one might go down as one of the most stupid criminal stories ever. Who says the Second Amendment is not a deterrent to crime?

Stupid is that stupid does.
I own several guns but I think I would of been laughing so hard I would not of been able to use them. Feed him to the dogs and take them to the vet and get them a tetanus shot afterwards.
At least the perp looks clean in his mugshot. That Mexican Bathroom Kidnapping Gang knew what they were doing when they put him in there!
