As reported earlier today, CBS and 60 Minute correspondent Lara Logan was sexually assaulted on the day that as she covered the chaotic fall of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in Cairo’s Tahrir Square. However, it just got worse, if possible. Lara Logan was repeatedly sexually assaulted by thugs yelling, “Jew! Jew!” NICE. Who would have thought this story could get worse?

A network source told The Post that her attackers were screaming, “Jew! Jew!” during the assault. And the day before, Logan had told Esquire.com that Egyptian soldiers hassling her and her crew had accused them of “being Israeli spies.” Logan is not Jewish.
In Friday’s attack, she was separated from her colleagues and attacked for between 20 to 30 minutes, The Wall Street Journal said.
Isn’t it ironic, as Jammie Wearing Fool opines, for the past two years the liberal MSM has portrayed the Tea Party as being an out of control group of hateful, racists, brown shirts … yet it was the peace loving, freedom fighting Egyptians who beat up reporters and sexually assaulted them. I guess a sexual assault does not fit the MSM’s narrative of the Egyptian freedom march. Imagine how the media would have reacted if a Muslim was ever sexually assaulted at a Tea Party event as individuals yelled religious slurs. Then again, it is hard to imagine, because it would never happen.

But CBS? They sat on their own story. For five days, as reporters reveled amid giddy celebrations in Tahrir Square, and as President Obama praised President Obama’s handling of the Egyptian crisis, CBS reported nothing.
Five days of silence — not even “60 Minutes” coverage of the Egypt story. No mention of the “mob of more than 200 people whipped into frenzy” who attacked their own reporter.

…hen I discovered that Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn went to Egypt, I immediately cast doubt as to how “democratic” was going to be.
It appears that my suspicions are being validated, as violence of all types is the norm for for the ends of their goals. Always was and hasn’t changed now, either.
Now with Iran crossing the Suez Canal with two of its warships, it seems that the lid is off and the so-called “revolution” is not a “revolution” at all, but a ploy to lull us into some state of complacency. “Aw, see? They want democracy.” No, it doesn’t look like they do.
