Breaking: U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-D) was shot in the head outside a grocery store in Tucson while holding a public event. Also, several others have been reported injured in the event. ABC News is reporting 12 other injured in the shooting. Now it is being said that there are up tp 15 people injured in the shooting, including at least 3 members of Giffords’ staff. It is also being reported that the gunman is in custody by police. The gunman reportedly shouted something prior to the shooting.
Gabrielle Giffords was shot at point blank range at approximately 10 AM local time. As reported at The Hill, a gunman ran up and started shooting indiscriminately as Giffords was talking to a couple. The man then fled, but was tackled by a bystander and taken into custody.

U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head outside a grocery store in Tucson while holding a public event, Arizona Public Media reported Saturday.
The 40-year-old Democrat, who was re-elected to her third term in November, was hosting a “Congress on Your Corner” event at a Safeway in northwest Tucson when a gunman ran up and started shooting, according to Peter Michaels, news director of Arizona Public Media.
At least nine other people, including members of her staff, were hurt. Giffords was transported to University Medical Center in Tucson. Her condition was not immediately known.
Giffords was talking to a couple when the suspect ran up and fired indiscriminately from about four feet away, Michaels said.
The suspect ran off and was tackled by a bystander. He was taken into custody. Witnesses described him as in his late teens or early 20s.
UPDATE II: NPR is reporting that Gabrielle Giffords has died. Listening to FOX News, it was reporting that there were multiple fatalities.

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and six others died after a gunman opened fire at a public event on Saturday, the Pima County, Ariz., sheriff’s office confirms.

Oh dear God, what is wrong with people? A Congresswoman simply meeting with her constituents opens fire and just wounds and kills anyone in the area. Now we learn that Giffords has died along with others. There are no words that can describe man’s inhumanity to man. This is just horrendous.

UPDATE IV: OMG, FOX NEWS is reporting from a source that Gabrielle “Gabby” Giffords is alive and in critial condition. Please let this be the case, that in the fog of news, that Congresswoman Giffords is still alive.Brett Baier from Fox News further commenting that the hospital in Tuscon, AZ is reporting that Giffords si still in surgery and in critical condition. They have three sources that are stating she is still alive. SAY A PRAYER FOR GABRIELLE GIFFORDS AND THOSE OTHERS SHOT.
UPDATE V: Comments from GOP Speaker of the House John Boehner on the shooting of Gabrielle “Gabby” Giffords:
“I am horrified by the senseless attack on Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and members of her staff. An attack on one who serves is an attack on all who serve. Acts and threats of violence against public officials have no place in our society. Our prayers are with Congresswoman Giffords, her staff, all who were injured, and their families. This is a sad day for our country.”
UPDATE V: Yahoo reporting that Giffords; aide has died.
Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., was shot in the head and an aide killed Saturday when an assailant opened fire in an area where the lawmaker was meeting with constituents in Tucson, congressional officials said.
An unknown number of others was injured, these officials said, including additional aides to the lawmaker. They were taken to a nearby hospital.
Description of the lone gunman from Gawker:
The gunman was young, mid-to-late 20s, white, clean-shaven with short hair and wearing dark clothing and said nothing during the shooting or while being held down, although he struggled at first. He was “not particularly well-dressed”; he didn’t look like a businessman, but more of a “fringe character,” Rayle said. The sheriff’s department arrived, arrested the gunman and cordoned off the parking lot.
UPDATE VI: Shepard Smith of Fox News reporting Police have said that they are looking for a possible second suspect. Also 19 people have been shot od which 5 have died.
UPDATE VII: Federal Judge John M. Roll was among the wounded. Now reported that Judge Roll has died.
UPDATE VIII: AP is reporting the name of the gunman … Jared Laughner. I am wondering if they got the name spelled wrong, as there is a 22 year old male who lives in Tuscon, AZ named Jared L Loughner, according to white pages. UPDATE IX: Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik Press Conference confirms that Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was the target of the shooting and that Jared Lee Loughner did not act alone. They believe he had an accomplice, a white male in their 50′s. Dupnik stated that they had a photo of the man; however, they are not releasing it.
In a press conference Saturday night, Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik said Giffords was the intended target in the shooting and he described the suspect as one with a criminal record and one with mental issues. Dupnik also said he was “not convinced” that the suspect acted alone, but he declined to elaborate.
Six people were killed in today’s shooting, including U.S. District Judge John Roll, Giffords aide, 30 year old Gabe Zimmerman who was Giffords’ community outreach director, and 9 year old Christina Taylor Green.
Also killed was 9-year-old Christina Taylor Green of Tucson.
A neighbor was going to the Giffords event and invited Christina along because she thought she would enjoy it, said her uncle, Greg Segalini.
Christina had just been elected to the student council at her school. The event, held outside a Safeway supermarket north of Tucson, was an opportunity for constituents to meet Giffords and talk about any concerns they had related to the federal government.

Jared is sick. Expressing his controlling use of dreams is very sick. His recording of clips on youtube show his ability to think/reason is faulty or under the influence of drugs. What is conscience dream? Is it conscious dreaming or visioning?

I hope Gabby recovers, however I have more of a concern for the survival of Obama, as a nutter will take a shot at him (foreseen via dreams).
