UNBELIEVABLE …is it any wonder why Democrats lost their majority in the House and Pelosi lost her gavel.
Outgoing Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has either lost her mind, is delusional or is just a miserable liar who has no concept of reality or caring for the American people. Speaker Pelosi told reporters today that, “Deficit reduction has been a high priority.”WHAT!!! With Pelosi Democrat math, a $5.2 trillion federal defict increase in just four years is defined as a “Deficit Reduction”. How could this woman say this with a straight face? The answer, BOTOX. Then again, she also said she would run the most ethical Congress and drain the swamp. We all know how that turned out.

At her final press conference as House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said, “Deficit reduction has been a high priority for us. It is our mantra, pay-as-you-go.”
The numbers tell a different story.
When the Pelosi Democrats took control of Congress on January 4, 2007, the national debt stood at $8,670,596,242,973.04. The last day of the 111th Congress and Pelosi’s Speakership on December 22, 2010 the national debt was $13,858,529,371,601.09 – a roughly $5.2 trillion increase in just four years.Furthermore, the year over year federal deficit has roughly quadrupled during Pelosi’s four years as speaker, from $342 billion in fiscal year 2007 to an estimated $1.6 trillion at the end of fiscal year 2010.

Only Clinton in 1996 has created more and that was 2M more; 22M and that was after Clinton came back to the center and actually signed laws passed by a Republican controlled Congress.

Nancy Pelosi’s mortifying sermon yesterday.
The occasion was (or was Supposed to Be) the Loser quietly and briefly handing the speaker’s gavel oevr to the Winner.
Instead, Pelosi shamed herself and her supporters by acting as if she were there to accept the gavel. Hey, Grandma: You Lost, remember?
Her long, boring speech ostensibly specifying the many great accomplishments of Pelosi’s speakership was, in fact, a recitation of all the reasons she and her party got humiliated at the polls on November 2. It was incredible, it was partisan, it was ingracious. That is to say it was Perfect Pelosi.
When she was still speaking after 20 minutes I thought the House Sergeant of Arms was going to put in a call for the Jaws of Life to pry the gavel from Pelosi’s ancient, botoxed claws.
This was neither a concession nor a congratulatory (not to the winner, anyway) speech. This was Pelosi’s opening campaign speech to win back the office in 2 years….when she will be 114 years old.
Pelosi did nevertheless accomplish something remarkable. In a polarized nation divided by partisan issues, she managed to get nearly all of us to agree on something: that her behavior was impolite, irrational, and hideously inappropriate.
Mrs. Pelosi: please DO let the door hit you in your oft-liposuctioned backside on the way out the door. When you finally shut up, that is, Madam Not Speaker Anymore.
Other than that, have a nice 112th Congress!
