There’s Always Tomorrow For Dreams To Come True … Heart Warming Christmas Stories

And now for some great Christmas stories when so many are trying to take the “Christ” out of the season … Whether tough times or not, people continue their generosity. Try as many might to make the Christmas season generic and secular, they will never end the spirit of the Christmas season.

There’s Always Tomorrow

There’s always tomorrow,
For dreams to come true,
Believe in your dreams
Come what may.

There’s always tomorrow,
With so much to do,
And so little time in a day.

We all pretend
The rainbow has an end
And you’ll be there my friend someday.

There’s always tomorrow,
For dreams to come true,
Tomorrow is not far away.

We all pretend,
The rainbow has an end,
And you’ll be there my friend someday.

There’s always tomorrow,
For dreams to come true,
Tomorrow is not far away.

21 Christmases later, the Giving Tree program keeps on growing, providing for needy.

Twenty-one Christmases ago, Patti Betka, of Lorain, was an outreach worker for the former Center for Children and Youth Services. She had an idea to brighten the holidays for the children of her clients.

“I was working in a program for teen moms called the infant enrichment program. We taught parenting to young moms. I wanted to have a program to have gifts for them, so I mentioned it to the prinicipal of St. Peter School, Sister Annamae Murphy,” Betka said.

Hearing her idea, Sister Annamae said, “Let’s do a tree.”

The Salvation Army gives the most and pays itself the least
of most all the other organizations. Dedicated people donate
their time and efforts to provide help to so many.
