The gig is up … it’s no laughing matter now for “Mean Girl” Lindsay Lohan … Tears of a Clown.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel handed down a 90 day sentence to Lindsay Lohan and blasted her for not taking her probation in two 2007 drink-driving cases seriously. It is about time some one held celebrities to some standard. Maybe, just maybe this will knock some sense into this fool and she will get some help. Who’s crying now.
Lindsay Lohan broke down in tears as she was sentenced to 90 days in jail after violating her probation.
The stunned actress sobbed as the Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel handed down the term and blasted her for not taking her probation in two 2007 drink-driving cases seriously.

She was handed a box of tissues to wipe her eyes as the tears flowed.
Lohan told the judge: ‘I have tried to do the best I can. It’s just been such a long haul. I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you and your terms.
What ever happened to this Lindsay Lohan?
This is interesting from USA Today, Lohan hardly gets it, Lindsay Lohan sobs, sends middle finger message. Will she ever get the message and get her life back in order before it is too late?

she looks like skank. I don’t think she is cute anymore. If it were you or I we still be in jail from 2007. Why is she crying. She’s a lesbian, she should really enjoy jail.
Lindsay needs to realize this is the best thing that could happen to her. She’d be wise to realize this may be her last chance to avoid ending up like Jimmy Hendrix, Janice Joplin, Jim Morrison, etc., etc., etc….

I applaud the judge for finally getting this little kwupie doll’s attention. These little twerps think that the law and orders from a court don’t apply to them. Then when the courts finally get enough and do something, they turn on the tears.
I hope she doesn’t try to run to Europe during the time the court has allowed her to get things in order. If she does, then she aught to get the full sentence for running from the law.
This is a little girl’s mind in a woman’s body, twenty-four going on twelve. Maybe she can begin to grow up.
Time to wake up and smell the coffee! Reality check comes to all of us, the sooner the better!
Read an article yesterday stating she would only have to serve 25% of the sentence because of jail overcrowding.
There must be a VIP area, as the article indicated she wouldn’t be put in with the general population. So, is it like cell block “Hollywood”? Anyone know the difference between the Jones’ and Lohan areas?
Will the late-night shows be doing jokes on her “F**k U message writen on the fingers? Figure they will have to compare it with Palin’s hand notes.

I used to like Lindsay in movies..I think she has talent..unlike Paris Hilton.. Unlike Paris Hilton, she has to work for her money too.
Unfortunately she has fallen the way of many young celebs.. It is sad.. I tune out when this comes on.. She don’t need publicity right now. She needs to be in treatment..for addiction. Hopefully to save her life.
I think that Lindsey is a living reminder of what happens when a GIRL is raised by Hollywood and has no structure ..from her Parents. I think she is wise enough to know what is right and wrong. She though has never known the world or word of NO. Lindsey she is ” mirroring” a bit of Casey Anthony without child – hands on 1000x’s the cash flow. Running wild without boundaries. And her parents cheering on her bad behavior. More $$$ in their pockets. Let her pay the price. Does not matter if Lindsey was Dead ..by overdose, or alive making a movie. To her parents she is what she is ” Money in the Bank” ..and I think that Lilo knows it too. SAD SAD SAD. She said in court ” she works to supports others” – Her Mother, I am guessing. Certainly not her Attorney.

lindsay should do the time but, in another instance, Michael Irvin, former cowboy player, arrested several times for cocaine posession, never did a day in jail. Dante Stallworth, driving drunk, runs over a meican and kills him, does about 3 days in jail, Ray Lewis accused of murder, never does a day in jail. Pacman Jones in on a shooting that leaves a man paralyzed for life gets off scott free. so i don’t look at lindsay being that bad.
Dave, I agree she should do the time. I think that is the only thing that is going to wake her up. She needs to serve. The thing is though, they are saying the jails are too over crowded – that her stint of 90 will be cut. I don’t know Super Dave.
She should go to jail for her convictions. If she was just a girl off the street she would have already served time. Her reckless behavior is not only her own but could very well hurt an innocent person. This protection of Hollywood is forever long. We have a Son of Marlon Brando for instance. Many who have walked. We saw the son of Michael Douglas walk. Cameron the drug king pin. These people who have the highest paid attorneys seem to think just because they have representation -they paid a cool million to the atty for their kid to walk? The next Hollywood child or youngster that goes postal ? what’s going to be their sentence? Pan handling within the store fronts of Rodeo Drive?
If Lilo can’t even be put in “jail” for 90 days – due to overcrowding ..what message does that send? I have no answers.

No Super Dave she’s not that bad but she still broke the law and even though you listed much worse offenses it doesn’t negate the fact that she broke the law and she was given several warnings!
If I have to follow the law then so does everyone else!

Why does she act so surprised? She was TOLD she HAD to go to all of her meetings, and she missed tons of them while out partying? WTF??? If any person who was not an actress or sports star was told he same thing, they would have been busted sooner and done more time. Us average people who would be seriously not wanting to go to jail would be getting our ass to the appointments. Not partying instead and then crying when we got told like somehow we are surprised or don’t deserve it. Just like this freakin Joran van der sloot. What’s the Point of her Sentence??? They ” the powers that be” did state within 2 hours of her 90 days sentencing – There is no room at the INN.
She may serve a week if that in jail and be sent off to some Pampered chef ” rehab” for another week – then her ATTY’s are going to try to swoop in and sway, because she has a Movie Deal. I think this will all be another sham and walk away in the end. And You know who is going to suffer the most? Lindsey. She will. This “intervention” for her to learn upon is so needed. Its all there for you to read and see. Why? Do I care? Because I have a daughter that is younger than Lilo and I pray to god that she does not see her as a role model. Or someone to emulate. As well as I pray that other girls ” do not think they can get away with sxit because Lilo does”. So many young girls love LILO and will never admit it to their parents. So many hate her, so its the opposite effect on girls.They than see her as ” rebel” and they adore her. They watch her every move. I bet her biggest fans are under 14. Just Saying. For those who have never sinned, done anything bad, ie shop lifted as a kid, never had a fight in their family, never did anything wrong, please cast the first stone.
I think people are missing the point. why would you care or give a sh it if you have a loser judge like that. Do you think for one second that any of us would get this treatment? Look at all the stuff she done and this case is from 2007. you me and the average person would be sitting behind bar like were this judge should be by letting this girl make a joke of the court. Shame on you judge. what a disgraced the rest of us regular tax paying people.
