Isn’t this an interesting turn of events in the case of missing 7 year old Kyron Horman …
Kaine Hormon, the father of missing 7 year old Kyron Horman, has filed for a divorce from the missing boys step mom. According to reports, Terri Hormon was served with the divorce papers and a restraining. An interesting development, indeed.
The father of Kyron Hormon, the 7-year-old Oregon boy missing for more than three weeks, filed for divorce from the boy’s stepmother Monday, court documents show.
Terri Hormon was served with the divorce papers and a restraining order late Monday night, reports CBS News Correspondent Bill Whitaker.
Kaine Hormon is said to have moved out of the house he shared with Terri. He reportedly took the couple’s 18-month-old daughter with him.
The step mom, Terri Hormon, has yet to be named a suspect in the missing 7 year old Oregon boys disappearance; however, she was the last known person to have see Kyron Hormon, police had called her in for a second polygraph exam and have reviewed her cell phone records. Without being named a suspect, the police are certainly taking a good long hard look at the step mom and her possible involvement in Kyron’s disappearance.
Kyron Horman has been missing since June 4, 2010 when he was alleged at his Oregon elementary school, even though the step mom’s cell phone records state something quite different.
