According to the Dutch publication AD.NL Natalee Holloway’s body has been found in Aruba. AD.NL is sourcing Aruban authorities.
This has yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned for updates.

This comes to my mind. Aruba LE, Vanderstraten, and the rest of the criminals running Aruba are so freaking afraid the sporter is going to talk, they (Aruba) wants to produce the remains of Natalee to show ” we have been working hard on the case” Let’s beat the sporter to the punch, before he will implicate us all.

CBS news Crimesider reports, “Mansur told CBS affiliate WIAT that the search will occur “by the bird sanctuary near the hotel” and also at Monserat dam on the island. Mansur said that Aruban authorities “believe they must have missed something, some kind of evidence” related to Holloway’s disappearance.”

Latest news in Holland is that the Colombian police is investigating the disappearance of 2 Colombian girls who went missing during the time Joran was in Bogota. They were also in the casino’s he was seen in.
Thursday night there will be a special broadcast with Peter R .de Vries on Dutch tv where they have interviews with other casino visitors from the night of the murder in Peru. There will also be interviews with hotel staff, family members of the victim and the Peruvian police.
I wonder how many girls have been missing in Aruba before Natalee Holloway “disappeared”?

The real news in that bit was that JvdS is sort of suspected of being involved in the disappearance of no less than two girls visiting casinos in Bogota, source: El Comercio.
The serial killer accusation seems now justified, four victims, three countries and counting… Two victims do not make a serial killer.
If Aruba “finds” the body of Natalee Holloway THE DAY AFTER Joran confesses to the killing in Peru, it means they knew all along where the body was. He’s now been revealed for the monster he truly is and they can’t defend him and cover for him any longer.
I only hope there is a special place reserved in Hell for Joran and his ‘mother’ with his ‘father’ already burning and waiting for the rest of his evil family.

#6, I can’t tell you for sure but I can’t remember of a girl went missing before that time. I live in Holland and not on Aruba but I think we should have heard it over here if that was the case. I know that on this board Aruba is equal to hell but I don’t think it’s common that girls go missing on that Island.

I would not be surprised if Natalee Holloway’s remains were suddenly “discovered”.
Could it be that Joran would be immediately extradited from Peru to stand trial? Could it be that he will be found guilty of the disposal of a body following the accidental/natural death of Natalee Holloway … an misdemeanor under Dutch law?
Could it be that Joran will be sentenced to eight years in a Dutch/Aruban prison? In other words … it would be eight years breathing space for Aruban/Dutch authorities before Joran would be extradicted back to Peru to face Peruvian justice for the murder of Stephany Flores.
In those eight years of detainment there will be no fear by Aruban/Dutch authorities of Joran growing a conscience and openly “confessing” and revealing the truth regarding the happenings encompassing the morning of May 30, 2005 and … ALL those who participated in the cover up which has … for five long years … prevented justice for Natalee Holloway from prevailing and has denied her family a measure of closure.
Maybe sometime in that eight year period … Joran van der Sloot will no longer be deemed a liability … compliments of Aruba/Holland.

Someone needs to do a little research about the missing on Aruba. One example, Max Devries, 14 years old went missing one year before Natalee.

I read that Peru and Holland have no agreement to extradict, but could do so if BOTH agree. Watching them parade Joran after he was arrested, tells me that Peru isn’t likely to turn him over to ANYBODY else. They WANT him!

While I don’t pretend to speak for everyone on this board—what I can say is we hold the CORRUPT OFFICIALS in Aruba responsible for the subsrquent cover-up of the crime and their refusal to do anything about it.
The list of names are long- you know who they all are. One of them is dead now. Good riddance. Surely if you read Dario, Jossy Mansur has kept the Aruban people informed of all developments in the case. No grudge is held against the natives who live there—we have corruption in America as well (just like anywhere else). Don’t assume all Americans hold anyone responsible with the exception of the exact individuals who are.
If I had been an Aruban Citizen during the time—I know I would have protested every day to overturn those in power who contributed to committing the atrocity of a Crime against an American Citizen. Natalee Holloway was innocent, and didn’t deserve her fate. While Aruba is under the umbrella of the Dutch Antilles and their laws–seems to me the good Queen or someone would have done something about this instead of looking the other way.
Keep in mind that Aruba relies heavily upon revenue from the American Tourist Industry. Until the day those in charge in Aruba chose to finally cooperate and do something about what happened on their Island, I will never go back. If Justice is finally remedied- perhaps many of us who have been boycotting Aruba (for the reasons stated above) may chose to return. I read in the Cristian Science Monitar that in Peru the sentace for Murder is up to 25 yrs. where as burglery + Murder can get you a life sentance. So you are probably right but let’s see how it pans out with that info on his computer.
I can’t imagine that he would carry any incrimenating evidence on him though not even on a laptop.

I imagine Joran’s lawyer told him the evidence against him don’t look good for him and told him to cut a deal..Joe T may have been talking to the lawyer..not saying he did, but who knows.
Seems like if his admission is right..Dave Holloway was close to right about what might have happened to Stephany. I am not so quick to believe his story yet.
If you had incriminating stuff on your computer why would you leave it on when you left for coffee? How would Stephany know his password if he didn’t? Why was she found in a tshirt and panties? I am not doubting Stephany.. By all accounts Stephany was a smart gal.. 21 and in college for a business degree.. I am doubting Joran’s account of what happened. He wants us to believe that Stephany felt comfortable enough to go in a hotel room with him and run around in her t shirt and panties and the minute he goes for coffee,,, she starts googling his name..? I can’t even believe he would go buy her coffee or breakfast unless she paid for it. The gentleman doesn’t even bother to open the door and let her go in first when they arrive. Then, he wants us to believe when he comes back she confronts him then hits him? That is just an insult to Stephany’s intelligence. She googled his name and seen he killed Natalee and then confronts him and hits him, as small as she is and as big as he is? I remember the Kalpoes and Joran saying when Natalee got out of the car, fell down and hit her head, Joran came to her aid, Natalee shoved Joran and said she didn’t need his help.. Minutes later when he comes out of the hotel and appears to make sure the door is locked, he doesn’t appear to be some wackooo high on drugs, even tells someone not to bother his girl at the hotel and walks out normal, making plans to get out of town fast.
So far, all I see is someone trying to plea bargain with whatever to get a lighter sentence. That is based on 5 years of constant lying.
On that same night earlier..a male entertainer in the casino..can’t remember his name.. said he recognized Sloot from a tv show, killing Natalee in Aruba.. He said Joran probably talked to him more, because he spoke English pretty good.. He told him he was looking to get women….only was using vulgar terms refering to women. The guy said he got pissed off listening to him talk like that. When Joran left, the guy went over and told the guy running the casino that Joran was that person who killed Natalee in Aruba.. He told him to look it up. According to that guy Joran was looking for women that night.

It’s reporting on CNN that Joran’s attorney is trying to get his confession thrown out because he wasn’t represented properly. Hello-o-o-o! We know he lied anyway. He more than likely got sexual with her, and when he said, “She had no right,” meant she had no right to refuse him sex, so he killed her and then sat down on the end of the bed and ate his breakfast and tried to figure out how he could get her out of the hotel and dropped into the ocean. He had a chart of the “currents” on him. He must have had time to look those up while he munched on breakfast.
