Maybe we will once and for all learn that there is no rehabilitating these sex offender animals! All they wind up doing is escalating their crimes until it ends in murder.

Convicted sex offender John Albert Gardiner has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the rapes and murders of 14 year old Amber Dubois and 17 year-old Chelsea King. Gardner was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for his crimes as well as a third life sentence for good measure.
John Albert Gardner had previous pleaded guilty to murdering the two teen girls.
What the hell is up with the MSM lately and their slobbering over terrorists and rapist killers? I can’t even begin to understand why the San Diego News Network actually bothers to waste words and reference that “tears streamed down Gardner’s face as the girls’ families read statements”.
Tears streamed down Gardner’s face as the girls’ families read statements. He wiped tears away with the lime-green jumpsuit he wore. He kept his head down, crying harder when Amber’s family screened a video with photos of the blue-eyed teen with friends, riding horses and playing in the rain.
Who honestly cares whether this murderous pig cried! Do you think for one second Gardner cared whether Amber or Chelsea cried as they begged for their lives while this rapist murdering dog had his way? But for some reason like with the recent Times Square terror bomber the MSM feels the need to humanize these pieces of garbage.
There is only four words needed to be reported and those were the ones of the families to Gardiner at the sentencing … GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!
Speaker number is David Cate, Amber’s stepfather. He to reads a statement and as he proceeds, Gardner still shows no movement, no emotion. He continues to look down as he says if they had put more money into the prison system the public would never have to see or deal with a sick pedophile like you (meaning Gardner). According to her father, Amber’s seven year-old little sister says she hates John Gardner as much as she hates the devil.
Still no movement from Gardner as he says an eternity is a long time to burn in hell and you will not be missed.”
Actually, I am sure that Gardner will have plenty of time, in fact an eternity, in the not too distant future as there is a special place already reserved in the 7th level of hell for this murderous, raping dog.
When will we ever learn as a society that these sex predators cannot be rehabilitated? The only remedy is prison bars, a needle or a bullet. The rapes and murders of Amber and Chelsea could have been foreseen by all, including his family. Gardner served a mere 5 years for the beating and molesting a 13 year-old girl in San Diego in 2000. He faced a maximum of nearly 11 years in prison, but in the brilliance of the prosecutors they only asked for six years. That’s it, 6 lousy years for a sexual predator. What did it learn Gardner … how to rape and murder.
When will we start taking these crimes serious in the beginning and lock this animals away forever.

I agree with your article completely. If the lawyer had to finish his sentence themselves, we might get these people out of society forever.
Now the governor is going to investigate the parole system.
I say to the governor, just eleminate the idea of parolle for all criminals. And anyone who has used a weapon to commit a crime gets an automatic introduction to life, if any, on the next level via a needle or a firing squad.

I’m so deeply saddened and so sorry that these two girls were murdered by this monster ~ or any children are violated & some end up murdered at the hands of such heinous monsters committing such acts of violence upon innocent children… when it could have been prevented had our laws and judicial system been different.
Who are these inept jerks that release these predators back into society? Do they need more innocent children murdered to show statistically that these Predators can NOT be rehabilitated? Why aren’t our laws more strict?
I have no idea as to why monsters are in a catch and release program and why it’s permitted over and over and over again. Other than, when I’ve asked the answer given was it’s to save money… it costs money?…in my State about $40,000.00 a year. ~ aren’t our children priceless and worth keeping these monsters locked up for life?
It’s absolutely unconscionable that more is not being done within our society to STOP these violent acts upon children ~

There are those wrenching t.v. ads showing animals that had been abused ~ dogs and cats ~ with Sarah McLaughlin personally asking for help for the cute animals suffering ~ while her music is played in the background… Would it take T.V. ads??? or a similar campaign on these sexually abuse children who are suffering or have been harmed by a monster predator for folks to take notice and give a crap? Is society that apathetic or numb to it all?
There needs to be a paradigm shift…

I do pray, that these 2 families will have support and counsel to heal ~ it’ll take them a lifetime to do so and I can’t imagine their pain and suffering, of having their children murdered…I’m truly, so saddened and sorry for their loss. They have my heartfelt sympathy and prayers as they journey through their lifetime of grieving. May God Give them, His strength to continue on…
For Amber and Chelsea ~ I pray, Society will give a shit about you. Forgive my language ~ however, I pray, that your precious lives were not taken in vain and that something is done in your memory, to honor your precious time here on earth.
Some of us do care and are outraged by the continual heinous acts of violence toward children.

John Gardner pleads guilty to murdering Chelsea King and Amber Dubois

District Attorney)Dumanis said that on March 5, three days after Gardner was arraigned on charges he murdered King, the defendant led authorities to Dubois’ body.
The only promise made to Gardner, Dumanis said, was that the information could not be used against him in court.
No other evidence, including DNA, was found to tie Gardner to Dubois’ murder, and prosecutors knew they couldn’t make a case against the defendant, Dumanis said.
She said the death penalty was still on the table in the King case, but recently Gardner offered to plead guilty to both murders and admitted killing both girls and assaulting the woman in Rancho Bernardo Park.
“By accepting this guilty plea, we are obtaining a conviction for the murder of Amber that we would not otherwise have been able to obtain,” Dumanis said.
Both the King and Dubois families agreed that accepting the defendant’s offer to plead guilty was the best solution that could be attained, the district attorney said.
“We do know that a sentence of life without the possibility of parole means the defendant will die in prison,” Dumanis said.
