Fox News Bret Baier Interviews Barack Obama on Heath Care … See Obama Filibuster

Kudos to Bret Baeir from Fox News for holding Obama’s feet to the fire and asking the tough questions that Americans wanted to hear. So much for being the “Great Communicator”. Obama got schooled!

There is a reason why President Obama’s approval ratings are tanking.  Gallup poll now has Obama more unfavorable than favorable.  Yesterda’s display by The One of once again not being able to answer Obamacare questions and concerns further showed by he is considered the most partisan President ever.

FOX News’ Bret Baeir interviewed President Obama on Obamacare and it became evident rather quickly that The One was not used to being challenged by any tough questions.  During the interview Obama became frustrated by being challenged and interrupted. There was no teleprompter to save Obama as he filibustered his way through the interview with his talking points.  It also became rather obvious why Obama has not held very many press conferences with the media. Why did he accept to do this interview then?

As stated by NRO, this was the best interview of Obama of the year by any media.

BAIER: You called it an ugly process just last month.

OBAMA: I’ve got to tell — I’ve got to say to you, there are a lot more people who are concerned about the fact that they may be losing their house or going bankrupt because of health care.

BAIER: OK, so we have —

OBAMA: And so — so the — look —

BAIER: Deem and passed, Senate reconciliation and we don’t know exactly what’s in the fix bill. Do you still think —

OBAMA: No, we will — by the time the vote has taken place, not only I will know what’s in it, you’ll know what’s in it because it’s going to be posted and everybody’s going to be able to able to evaluate it on the merits.

But here’s the thing, Bret, I mean, the reason that I think this conversation ends up being a little frustrating is because the focus entirely is on Washington process. And yes, I have said that is an ugly process. It was ugly when Republicans were in charge, it was ugly were in Democrats were in charge.

BAIER: This is one-sixth of the U.S. economy, though, sir. One-sixth.

Obama also stated during the interview that, ‘Procedural’ Spat Over Health Bill Vote Doesn’t Worry Me’

Procedural spat, Constitution be damned says Obama. Please note that the process that President Barack Hussein Obama talks about as not being important and what the people do not care to deal with is called the US CONSTITUTION.

One thing is for certain, there is a reason why every poll shows that Americans want nothing to do with Obamacare. Obama nor his minions have never been able to sit down and honestly explain the bill without using lies, distortions and talking points.

This interview was full of so many WTF moments from Obama, we saw witness as to why The One hides behind a teleprompter.

Please stop using Fox and News in the same sentence, or at least adjacent to each other in the same sentence. This guy’s boorish, amateurish and downright rude behavior was an obvious grandstand attempt at showing what a tough questioner he is, when, really, he simply showed a lack of professionalism. It annoys me when Chris Matthews interupts and talks over his interview subjects too — I’m bipartisan when it comes to rude, annoying talking heads, and their rude, annoying interviewees (like most of the “political strategists,” code for out-of-work PR hacks looking to catch on with a cash cow so they can feed at the public trough).

Fox News and Brett did a stellar job of nailing Obama down, finding out how little our “President” knows about what is in the bill”Obamacare”

The reason Obama could not answer questions was because Rohm Emanuel was not around to tell Obama what Rohm’s plan was all about.

Brett has the Testosterone carriers the others lack.

      #1, Lenny,

Did he pick on your poor widdle Pwesident? O! that bad ole newsman I’m sorry that bad ole Foxman made your widdle Pwesident look like an ASS. Face it idiot, Obama is a lying piece of excrement, and you and the minions fell for his BS. Now we are all going to Pay! The truth is the Health Care Bill will not be 940 billion over ten yeras but rather 157 billion per year when benefits start which computes to 1.57 Trillion over a ten year period of benefits, DUH! Does this compute to you Mr. El Presidente dodged and sidestepped the questions just like the Politician in the “The Greatest Little Whorehouse in Texas”. This legislation is CRAP and the Constitution has been and is being violated daily by these GOONS.

poor lenny, sorry that squiggy wasn’t there to console your boy barry. and explain why they try so hard to make obama look whiter ?
i mean, everybody knows he is african and i doubt that he has a single ounce of white blood in him. if he paid millions to hide his true identity, he wouldn’t hesitate to use some unknown white woman to pose as his mother.
he is a rude bastard and has no place in our society as president or even the status of being a citizen !!

You are DUMBER than I thought if you believe what you say. As Forest Gump would say Stupid is as Stupid does. Just like Lamar Alexander said to that idiot Obama, it will cause our Premiums to go up and eventually the only game in town will be the Government Option. Yea, Fool that is what we need. I worked for the federal government for over 35 years I have personally seen the waste in our Government programs so don’t lecture me on how we need this. We Da#n sure do not need the federal government in complete control of our lives and this is just another nail in our coffin another way for Obama and the Dems to rule our lives from the cradle to the grave, No Thanks Stupid.

    9. joan on March 18th, 2010 6:40 pm

i think the health care bill should voted on by the people not by the senate or the congress. i also think that obama and nancy both should resign and give the american people a real president and house speaker, i am tired of them shoving this health bill down our throats

    10. Dave on March 18th, 2010 7:54 pm

      Lenny,

If you are so bipartisan, were you frustrated that your president didn’t answer simple questions? If you weren’t, I’m sorry, you are not bipartisan. Obama, “Everyone knows what’s in the bill”, but when asked specific questions on Conn. and Fla., he didn’t know. How does “everyone know” and he doesn’t?? Kinda like the “Bush Doctrine” question Charlie Gibson asked Palin??
Unfortunately, Brett didn’t keep on asking the same question until he answered it. NO TELEPROMPTERS SUCKS HUH, OBAMA!!

    11. megamooo on March 18th, 2010 8:31 pm

@Lenny: Come on now…if we’re assessing this interview realistically, FoxNews was quite respectful of Mr. President. It’s clearly Mr. President who refuses to simply answer a question (and stop talking!) in his innate attempt to control. Let’s also admit that Mr. President’s tactics are yet another example of his all encompassing plan to totally governmentalize our beloved USA as quickly as he possibly can.

Please identify what provision of the Constitution you think that the proposed procedure contravenes.

      Anyone?

It amazes me how many people have discovered such a blatantly unconstitutional procedure, years after Republicans repeatedly used it. (sarcasm)
      ____________
SM: Ah dude, just because the Republicans did it, doesn’t make it right either. Unconstitutional is Unconstitutional. However, the difference being the extent of the bill.

Please do not compare the murder of a crack dealer on the corner to genocide. Both are wrong, yet not quite in the same scope.

I wonder how many liberals would be cheering Baier if that was Bush sitting across from him.

Obama interupted Baier everytime he pressed an issue, that speaks volumes. He couldn’t even give a straight answer. Why is that?

And if Fox is not a worthy news org. why did Obama agree to an interview?

Wolf Blitzer, now there is a hard hitting non bias newsman. (sarc obviously)

    15. cobb nero on March 19th, 2010 9:20 am

PBO can’t pass lies all the time, but the facts are difficult to confront. EspeciaLly when you’ve lied as much as PBO.

Maybe he should step down if it’s too difficult. I hear China is hiring…

yoyo, please explain why they try to make your boy look white during interviews ?
he looked like one of those cannibals in africa with the white mud smeared on them.

#13: SM: yes. Maybe you shouldn’t compare risking your political future for helping a few million people with buying votes with unpaid tax cuts. They screwed normal political process for nothing more than dishing out half legal presents they didn’t even own.

Democrat reconciliation: change of the system for future savings and health care for the uninsured.

Republican reconciliation: tax cuts buying votes and favours from important and powerful lobby buddies.

    19. Michelle on March 19th, 2010 9:04 pm

      #18

So what you are saying is that every uninsured person will receive health care if this bill passes?

You really believe that? Who is going to pay for this? Do you know of any persons who have not received care because they were not insured? Do you believe that illegals should receive free healthcare? Do you believe that the elderly and the unborn should be targeted? Do you believe in rationed healthcare?

If you answer yes to any of these, then you are a sad, pathetic person.

It is not possible to insure every single person in this country without raising taxes. I personally do not want the government deciding if I can receive treatment, what doctor I can see and making any decisions concerning my health.

      Are you completely insane?

    20. super dave on March 20th, 2010 12:14 pm

jjay is just one of those who will be subsidized so he is waiting for his handout like the rest of the liberal dumbasses.

    21. J.jay on March 20th, 2010 1:38 pm

As I have repeatedly stated: The simple fact that nationalized health care works in almost all other developed countries invalidates all the doomsday scenarios.
In Europe they would (and most certainly do) laugh about the shit our government has to wade through to get this done. They all already have it. In the big European countries you will not find anyone who has no health insurance. It is a requirement.
Here’s a little treat for you:

None of the fears you parrot are more than hearsay, while there are a few 100 million living examples to the contrary.

Reform my ass!!!My insurance premiums just went up 20% for the same old shitty coverage that breaks my ass every time I go to the doctor .Reform? What a f****** joke.
