RSSHaleigh Cummings father and ex-stepmom arrested today on drug trafficking charges in Putnam County, FL
If convicted as charged, Ronald Cummings, Misty Croslin and Donna Broch could receive a minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years in state prison. The others can receive minimum sentences ranging from three years to 15 years in state prison.

Six (6) Counts of trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $950,000.00)
Ronald Lemyles Cummings, DOB: 10/29/1983 –
Three (3) Counts of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $500,000.00)
Hope A. Sykes, DOB: 03/24/1991 – One (1) Count of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $150,000)
Donna Broch – One (1) Count of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $250,000.00)
Hank “Tommy” Croslin Jr., DOB: 08/02/1986 –
One (1) Count of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Bond – $100,000.00)
Maybe now we’ll finally get justice for HALEIGH!

What happened to Haleigh Cummings? I can’t help but wonder if Haleigh was sold for drugs. This is one messed up family.
Sadly, though—I don’t think we will ever really know what happened to Haliegh.

Much like the murder case of Caylee Anthony—-we all know who did it but the real murderer will never speak. At least Casey is in jail though and facing the death penalty. Stop spreading rumors. Ron is not covering for Misty killing his daughter. Its quite the opposite. You might be a bit more successful in your search for notoriety if you got your facts of the case straight. Your visions may be true, but your cicumstances are rediculous. “He’s doing the best he can…that isolation is what makes him craziest,” said Theresa Neves, Ronald Cummings mother.
Neves is talking about his son Ronald’s recent arrest. He, his ex-wife Misty, her brother, Hank Tommy Croslin Jr., and two others were all taken into custody last week on drug trafficking charges for selling and possessing pain pills.
“He said he read a 376 page book from three in the morning until three in the afternoon. So he’s doing a lot of reading, a lot of Bible study,” said Neves.
Theresa says Ronald is in a jail cell alone, in protective custody. He has a cot and a toilet in his room. The lights in his cell stay on all day and all night, so Theresa says Ron has been forced to sleep under his cot to try and get out of the light.
“I think one day, he called eight times. He was pretty lonely that day, I guess,” said Neves.

“I’m going to prison,” he said. He said he had no idea how long any sentence might be. When Cummings was arrested, a Sheriff’s Office spokesman said convictions on all the charges could mean 43 years in prison.
“This is a setback in my life,” Cummings said.

No Ron, a setback in life is your daughter being murdered and never finding her body.
You going to prison for 43 years, that is a promotion.
It’ll be a lot like going to camp… only the counselor will be allowed to throw you on the concrete and chain you to a bunk for acting like your sweet li’l ol’ self.

On Wednesday, Eyewitness News received jailhouse video of Misty talking to her parents on the telephone.
“Mom, I want out of here, I want out so bad” Misty said, crying. “I’m stuck in this one little cell all the time and they won’t let me do anything.”
