A tragic end to the tragic life of Chris Henry …
26 year old Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has died from injuries after he fell off the back of a truck during a domestic dispute with his fiancee. A sad ending to an individual who has had a troubled past.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said Henry died at 6:36 a.m. Thursday. Henry was 26.
Henry was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after being found on a residential road. Police said the dispute began at a home about a half-mile away, and Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his fiancee was driving away from the residence.
Police said at some point when she was driving, Henry “came out of the back of the vehicle.” They wouldn’t identify the woman, and no charges were immediately filed.
TMZ has the 911 call where the woman driving the truck told the 911 operator that Henry was beating on the back window of the truck.
Statement from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell:
“We are greatly saddened by today’s tragic news about the loss of Chris Henry. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chris’s family, including his Bengals family. We have been in contact with the Bengals to offer our support through this difficult time.”
Emotional Chad Ochocinco asks why Chris Henry had to die so young? The answer can best be answered by the often troubled past of Chris Henry. Sadly, in many occasions one past does catch up to them. It had been said that Henry was a different person after being given a second chance. However, some times it is difficult to change one’s ways. In the end, it is another tragic story of a life cut way too short.

Does anyone really care that he is no longer taking up O2? Hey Rodger…..you let this douchebag play in the NFL and represent the league and you choke off Rush Limbaugh. You’re reached your level of incompetence.
The moral here is never ride in the back of a pickup. It looks like fun, but is very dangerous, especially if the driver is driving fast. I feel sorry for his fiancee and their families. I am reminded of that song by Joy Division, ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart.’
My prayers goes out to the family, but remember you have certain amount of time to be here on earth. He was a gift to everyone who knew him for 26 years, now he must return to heaven. There’s only one life to live amd life is short so make the best of it while your here. God Bless!
