Barack Obama Privately Supports Public Option … While Americans State Fear of Losing Private Health Insurance Trumps Public Option

Barack Obama continues to not listen to the will of the majority of the American People. They are resoundly against a public option, yet behind the scenes Obama pushes for one.

Barack Obama, if you deem 53% of the vote to be a mandate, what is 63% then?

The Two faces of Obama: I support government Single Payer … It’s not an integral part of Obamacare

In the end, guaranteeing no one is forced to change from their private health insurance trumps giving consumers the choice of a “public option.” President Barack Obama has claimed that there is nothing in the Obamacare bill that will make individuals change their health insurance. However, there is nothing in the bill that states it will ensure that they keep their same coverage either. The fact of the matter is that Obama cannot guarantee such events will take place. Who is to say that employers would not opt to a lower premium government public option and all employees will be forced to the government insurance plan without a choice?

Those in the liberal media continue to ask why is Barack Obama failing to get his message across to the American people? Actually, as American Power states, he is getting his point across, “We the People” just happen to reject it. Mainly because Obama cannot state what he really stands for and that is a single payer system with a government run public option as the means to the end. However, “We the People” do not trust what Obama or the Democrats say when it comes to a public option. They have spoken out of too many sides of their mouth on the issue.

One of the main reasons why Americans do not support Obamacare is because 63% of American voters state that the fear of losing private insurance trumps the public option. Obama’s public option is looked upon by Independents as a deal breaker. Most moderates put guaranteeing that no one is forced to change their health insurance first.

Sixty-three percent (63%) of voters nationwide say guaranteeing that no one is forced to change their health insurance coverage is a higher priority than giving consumers the choice of a “public option” health insurance company.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 29% take the opposite view. They say it’s more important to give people a government-sponsored non-profit health insurance option.

Obama and the Democrats have spoke from so many sides of their mouth with regards to the government run public option that they have lost the trust of the American people on this issue. First there is supposed to be a public option passed by the House, then Max Baucus says there is no support and there won’t be one and that was seconded by Barack Obama only to hear that Democrat Majority leader says there will be a public options and behind the scenes President Barack Obama strongly backs a public option.

Despite months of seeming ambivalence about creating a government health insurance plan, the Obama White House has launched an intensifying behind-the-scenes campaign to get divided Senate Democrats to take up some version of the idea in the weeks just ahead.

President Barack Obama has long advocated a so-called public option, while at the same time repeatedly expressing openness to other ways to offer consumers a potentially more affordable alternative to health plans sold by private insurers.

But now, senior administration officials are holding private meetings almost daily at the Capitol with senior Democratic staff to discuss ways to include a version of the public plan in the health care bill that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., plans to bring to the Senate floor later this month, according to senior Democratic congressional aides.

Wasn’t it Barack Obama that stated to “We the People” that the public option was not an integral part of the Obamacare plan? If it’s not integral then why is Obama under the cloak of darkness behind the scenes looking to have a public option? Hmm? Is anything that Obama says supposed to be believed? Why would Obama need to do this behind the scenes? Because public option is code for “Single Payer” government healthcare.

What part does “The Once” not understand that they people want their private healthcare and are willing to dance with the devil they know rather than “The One” that will take it away.

If Obam wants to turn the economy around he must: Lower taxes for all, get government off the backs of business, forget this health care bill, address immigration, lower the corporate tax rate to the lowest level in the world.

If I were trying to wreck the economy of the U.S. I would do just what your President is trying to do.

He is getting such a butt whipping, he’ll gladly sign anything bill that comes out of this, no mater how watered down, and proclaim victory.

More and more People are becoming aware of the
absolute ‘One Way Street’ of handing our power
and freedom over to the Government. Bankrupt
as it is, even Medicare had an influential role in
cranking medical costs up in the Private Sector.
With little oversight and cost control practices in
place these Federal ‘Entitlement’ schemes are
instrumental in inviting a feeding frenzy $$$
otherwise impossible in individual fee for service
      type medicine. Bigger=Sloppier and Vulnerable.

this healthcare plan is only going to help those who don’t work or pay taxes. out of his own mouth, bauccus admits that the middle class will suffer and his death plan will be unaffordable. this is as stupid a government as i’ve seen.
their elevator does not go to the top but seems not to move at all.
maybe they should go to the nearest zoo and get themselves a chimp that can figure this out for them. you know, chimps are smarter than democrats.

what will happen to all those who are in nursing homes whan obama’s gang cut more medicare funds for his healthcare reform ? will they perish for the sake of this death care plan ?
it’s already happening due to the democrats slashing funds. seems there’s a lie behind every democratic word spoken .

even as we read these posts today, now, the democrats are are trying (behind closed doors, behind our backs, in the dark)to form another plan that screws the taxpayers out of decent healthcare, while taking money out of our pockets.they do nothing out in the open, no transparency what so ever.
this healthcare reform will be the death of this country if led by obama and his henchmen.
