More Obama Elementary School Songs … Since When is Education about Reading, Writing and Obama?

Are you kidding, another “All Hail Obama” song from school children.

Do you still think that there was no agenda with the class lesson plans during Obama’s speech on education to the school children? As if this one was not creepy enough, yet another video has appeared of 3rd graders singing the praises of Barack Obama. No agenda here between the President and Teacher’s Union.

The idea that educators find it perfectly okay to sing the praises of a sitting President is not only creepy, it is frightening and dangerous.

So this is what public school education has been reduced to. Maybe, just maybe the teachers union who is in the tank for Obama can find time to actually educate the children and not indoctrinate them? Since the LEFT considers Barack Hussein Obama the Obamamessiah, how is it that such brainwashing done by teachers is not stopped by the ACLU as a violation of “separation of church and state”?

Can you just hear the whining and MSM coverage if such time in school was being spent to sing songs about George W. Bush? How about Ronald Reagan?

However, this is not the first time that school teachers had children sing for a sitting ruler. In either case, it is as wrong as it can be. Key word here for the undoubted liberals that will lose their minds is, “a sitting ruler”. This kind of indoctrination of children so young and impressionable is frightening. Parents, stand up and get a clue. This goes beyond party lines, IT IS WRONG NO MATTER WHO THE PRESIDENT IS!!!

Who would ever think that this is the correct thing to do?

    2. St Stephen on September 26th, 2009 9:49 pm

…and who would think this minutiae means anything in the long or short run?

Even Yoyo, for all the programing he/she went through, knows that this is standard fare for the politicos vying for (re)election.

What is needed to talk about and discuss is not what he is doing like the previous presidents before him, but what he is actually failing at.

Priority one would be jobs, which would prop up the economy quickly. Some how or another he relies on a certain level of unemployment.

All the Republican Party needs to do is provide a logical, sane platform of creating an atmosphere conducive to manufacturers and other companies to be encouraged to maintain and erect plants in the USA that would hire hundreds of thousands to fill the needs of the national and international consumer.

For some obscure and seemingly hidden reason, he is brow-beating us to accept an inane plan of so-called “health reform”. It doesn’t even sound right and if it is pushed down our throats, there will be a voter reaction, both in 2010 AND 2012.

Out of subject to this thread but I have 2 ideas for how to make us feel better:

UN out of US, since I saw so few seats being occupied when we and our allies were speaking, and

US companies back to the USA, since the US companies in foreign lands want their cake and eat it to, at the immense cost of the USA,
These are not people that are too concerned for the welfare of the country. They are more international than National.

Jest a thought for a Saturday night.

You do realize this has happened for generations, right? School kids all over the nation have prayed for the president or sang songs about them. This is nothing new, but since it’s someone on the other side of the political spectrum from you guys you make a big deal about it. Pathetic.

Of the topic of this thread, but…

My sincere and heartfelt thanks, appreciation and respect for the Swiss government in assisting us and serving a 31 year old warrant to Roman Polanski, who is presently being detained and should be coming here to have justice meted out to him.

If the liberals cannot tell the difference between what is a Thank you song for some thing that was done and a “oh you are God and you are so great that we must bow down before you” son … then it just shows how dishonest and functionally illiterate moonbats truly are.

No, for generation children wrote thank you notes to the President. They sang songs of past Presidents and their accomplishments like George Washington and Lincoln.

They did not sing songs about sitting Presidents for generations. BS. In past generations, they actually used to teach in schools, not indoctrinate.

St Stephen – Congrats to the Swiss govt on a job well done! Polanski thinks he’s above the law, like so many others in show biz, positions of power, the wealthy, etc. Susan Denise Atkins, Sharon Tate’s cold blooded murderer, died three days prior to Polanski arrest. Karma/coincidental? It’s way past time to get all of the pedophiles, child abductors, and murderers off the street!

    7. Susan on September 27th, 2009 9:16 am

D – as a child, we didn’t sing songs for or about Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, or Ford. Actually, the only songs that were sung when I was in school were during school plays or in choir. The songs we sang we not POLITICAL in nature. YOU PROTEST TOO MUCH!!

    8. D- on September 27th, 2009 1:51 pm

I protest too much? I’m not the one protesting, I’m pointing out facts while you people scream about brainwashing. Plenty of schools did sing or pray for the current president. There were songs for LBJ, Nixon, and plenty of others. Just because you weren’t in one of those schools didn’t mean they didn’t happen. Just like this isn’t happening at every school. But hey, if they’re singing about the black man with the foreign name it must be evil and brainwashing, right?

SM: Their god will be growing horns before long when they hear that he is proposing longer school days and shorter summers!

I’ve got an idea for our president: How about less playing and watching movies at school and more teaching, coupled with less homework and teaching at home and more family time at night?

    10. super dave on September 28th, 2009 8:51 am

or, how about obama spending extra time in the white house (trying) to be president ? he needs a lot of teaching on what an American is.

    11. super dave on September 28th, 2009 10:28 am

D: obama has one mission. takeover and plunder before he is thrown or voted out. his ideas are
      as foriegn as he is.
kids don’t need to be forced to worship a false god. especially in school. he’s going way to far and is not focusing on the country, but his own ideas. this is not a president, this is a dictator.

    12. D- on September 28th, 2009 10:20 pm

Lmao. Wow, racism is what this all boils down to, hm Dave? As foreign as he is? Yeah, because Hawaii is a foreign country, right?

Here’s a little fact for all you Obama-haters that look for anything to attack him over. Kids did the same thing with Bush (and about Katrina of all things. How insane is that?)

SM: Its sad you think of your self as a racist.

Here is a little fact for Kool-Aide drinking Obama suck-ups. The politicization of schools should be off limits for all. However, it typical ignorant, just illiterate and ignorant fashion we have a bunch of jackasses trying to compare what is a thank note in the 21st century by school children to Marxists, cult-like chanting of heir leader.

Get a clue, but then again ,,, I’d rather you keep it up. You are just hastening the pace that Obama and his socialist, race baiting clan will be booted out of office.

    13. Scott on September 29th, 2009 7:59 am

D – you idiot or dolf or whoever…they are singing about his POLICIES douchebag; that’s called INDOCTRINATION. Get a clue.

    14. Dolf on September 29th, 2009 8:36 am

nop scott. I sign with my own name.

and singing a song isn’t indoctrination.

oh..wait…It might in your warped univers.

    15. D- on September 29th, 2009 10:33 pm

I’m a racist for pointing out another person’s racism? That makes a lot of sense. But I guess I shouldn’t expect rationality out of a right-wing lunatic.

Maybe it isn’t right for people to sing about their president, but I didn’t see you complaining about it when it happened with Bush. It has absolutely nothing to do with the song, and everything to do with the president they’re singing about. The worst part is that in this case it was a teacher, but with Bush it was his friggin’ wife that was “indoctrinating” the kids.
